this hotel is located on london road in manchester, it is very strategically located. as i took a train up from london to manchester piccadilly, it only took me a while to get to the hotel from the train station. on top of that i was pleasantly happy with the size of the room provided. it was definitely bigger than what i need and ive got nothing to complain since all i ask for from a hotel is the clealiness.

On arrival the hotel looked beautiful. The lady at the desk was super friendly and couldn't be more helpful, she assisted with a slight issue with my request from when I booked brilliantly. The room we chose was beautiful, very clean, and had tea and coffee facilities. The area was quiet, but a short walk away was a couple of nice local pubs. The breakfast in the morning was beautiful and the staff were again very helpful at getting a table and tea and coffee for us. The dining room and lounge areas were clean and tidy, and well decorated. I couldn't fault this place atall. 100% consider going back if I went to Manchester again. And i fully recommend the hotel, the staff, and the food. Really enjoyed my stay.

I found this hotel perfect for my need to get to Manchester airport for an early morning flight. The staff were all most helpful and welcoming and the convenience of the restaurant was an extra bonus, not having to go in search of a good meal before turning in for the night. We were upgraded too which was a lovely surprise and the bed was very comfortable. Such a pleasant stay that we will use this hotel whenever we fly from Manchester, thank you all.

I found the Crowne Plaza Manchester, Oxford street, in every respect excellent. However, there are some minor issues that could be improved: - The breakfast could have more variety. - The restaurant could have a bigger menu. The qualtiy of food was very good, but not excellent. - A swimming pool would be a good investment. - Pick-up service from and to the airport - More variety in the cussions. At the time being they are all too hard.

Very basic, with shared (but clean) toilets, but among the cheapest places I could find, for the date I stayed. The duvet was too narrow, but tucking the bedspread in, all around the bed, sealed it in place. The Chinese lady at reception was very pleasant, but the main benefit was the flexible check-out option - £8 an hour after the normal check-out time of 11am. After a very late night, being able to check out at 1.30pm was a godsend and the extra £24 seemed very reasonable. A few mins walk to Rusholme curry district, around 20mins walk to the University on Oxford Road, with loads of buses 2mins walk from the hotel that go down Oxford Road and into town or Piccadilly.
