This hotel is super big and deluxe with a cheap price which I can never find another one in other cities or countries. The inner design is luxurious and the room is clean. The sea view is also good, seongsan ilchulbong and sunrise can directly be seen in our room. However, It is sad since the weather is cloudy on the night we stay. We only booked for 1 night. I regretted that I should stay more nights since here is really perfect regrading to its price.

I went here with my wife on our honeymoon. First of all, I recommend renting a car, because the hotel is about a 90 minute drive from the airport. (The hotel also has a shuttle service from the airport) However, I think the remote location is what makes it stand out, as all of Jeju's other luxury hotels are located near or in Jeju City, which can feel rather crowded and busy. The Haevichi is located almost directly on the oceanfront. If you want luxury and 5-star amenities, while still maintaining a "retreat" feel, this hotel might suit you. The hotel's exterior, I must admit appears a bit mediocre compared to some of Jeju's other famous luxury hotels, such as the Silla. However, upon entering, the hotel is bright and modern with stone, steel and glass accents. There are also touches of greenery, which allude to Jeju's lush vegetation. The breakfast is person, but well worth it. You can choose from a variety of western, Korean and Japanese foods that will keep you full well through lunch time. Every hotel's desire is to have repeat customers, and my wife and I agreed upon checkout that this is the only hotel we will use for our future Jeju excursions.

5 star rate with 3-star room/services, photos look a lot nicer. -No safe in the room, -No black-out curtain, very bright in the morning -Room was not cleaned for the first night, -The water in the jacuzzi seemed used and unchanged from previous use, -Informed the cafe staff (who are also the hotel staff) about the clogged drain in the shower (when we just checked in) but nothing was done about it, -Staff could barely speak English although they tried to be friendly -Coffee capsules was not replenished, -Housekeeping service was unreliable (read from other reviews as well) This so-called hotel (I won't call it a hotel as a hotel offers a variety of services) needs to beef up or has a long way to go in order to charge such expensive rate. Location is however fantastic.

We stayed 5 nights in the modern Golden Tulip hotel. And we had a wonderful stay, mainly because we got upgraded after some technical issues with our room. The standard rooms are not that special, although it has a big shower. The room we ended up in, had a jacuzzi, a massive king size bed and 180-degrees sea view. You have to be aware that not only the breakfast is not included in the price, the rooftop pool isn’t either. You have to pay 10.000 won each, to access the knee deep pool. This isn’t mentioned on the hotel website nor on the booking site. The artist impression of the hotel and it’s location is also misleading as it’s not a beach side location. There is a beach in walking distance. There are plenty of seafood and pork restaurants nearby. Budget options for diner are a bit limited. The bus stop is nearby, so it is easy to get around. Some staff members speak English. They solved the issues during our stay.

Location: 10mins walk from SeongSan Ilchubong Crater. Lots of parking space available. With a 7-Eleven within the hotel. Giving it a 5 star rating for the location. Staff: Hotel Staff were good in English. Asked for upgrade and they did upgrade us to a triple sharing room. Although the upgrade were not really useful since there were only 2 of us. But still a thumbs up for their free upgrade. Comfortability: The bed were awesome and very comfortable. If only there were more hangers provided in the room. Do note that there is no cabinet for hanging of clothes. They only provided 3 hangers in the room. Facilities: We didnt use any facilities except for the hotel parking lots which was plentiful. Thus, unable to comment anything on their facilities.

The double bedroom is just too small a couple ... Luckily our objective is outing so TV is not important to us. (no tv is provided for business travel) This hotel is Surrounded by local traditional restaurant and all are delicious (Just anyhow pick one further up from playce hotel is fine. I booked a discounted price room , so no complaint about the price. Overall good for this hotel but if they had breakfast provided would be best.

The hotel was quite basic and kept clean. but i was disppointed when i was told there's extra fee for using the swimming pool(₩9,900/person). And there's another extra fee for using the sunbed by the pool. I know the hotel rate is quite cheap but i would have considered a diffrent hotel if I had known i had to pay extra money to use the pool. They should notify this when booking. Other than that, i enjoyed staying there. Location was great. Close to ilchulbong and many restaurants.

We have lived there for three days and enjoy our vacation so much. 1) The receptionists and workers are very nice and always have imediate response to our needs. 2) This hotel is as clean as other 5 stars hotels. We appreciated that they provided two bottles of free distilled water everyday. 3) This hotel's location is near the tourist spots like Seongsan and the terminal of Udo. We can go there on foot with two little kids which are three and five years old. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who looking for a hotel with high quality and affordable price in Jeju.

Great place if you want a nice clean modern apartment. Not luxurious but definitely nice. Negative for us was mainly the location. We had booked in another part of the island, but the previous week's typhoon damaged it so they cancelled on us. Finding another suitable place on short notice wasn't easy. Arts Spa and Pool Villa was great in that sense...a nice apartment on short notice when we didn't have many good options. But the location isn't inspiring. Overall I'd recommend it, but maybe view the surroundings first so you understand the location. Another typhoon came through while we were there. I can report that the units are very sturdy (and, happily, the electricity didn't go out).

This hotel is quiet although being used by local. But the guests are all well behavior. The staff (Cleaning and Front office) very friendly and helpful. Location: Breakfast : very good choice 1. Western (Egon Schiele- 2 bldg away-must GO!), Tsuma Sushi (cafe&Beer) 2. Lunch: There is always a local Korean serving very good & reasonable Black Pork Noodle (opposite Tsuma Cafe) But prepare to Q for 30mins. Value and worthy waiting for this noodle. 3. Nearby Local Seongsan Transit : (8 mins walk -opposite of Golden Tulip Hotel). Plenty local Korean restaurant, serving good value : Seafood Ramen , Grill fish and BBQ black pork +mixed sea.Value 4 money. Lowest, I known of this. 4. Down road Goseongojo-ro , plenty of good & value food(Local Bakery spoil with choices (next to the bus stop), Chinese Tim Sim (opp bakery shop) & 14 type fried chicken menu. Travelling to sightseeing within eastern island like Udo,Iichulbong,Lava and Seogwipo . Many public bus. just know e arrive timing.
