"When we check in, the staff offered us to upgrade the room by paying 20 pounds and another 20 pounds to get breakfast. The room is big and comfortable, so we did not know exactly the room size which i bought from agoda. Beside the hotel there are a lot of shops, like primark, mark n spencer, next, and coffe shop, etc. Near shopping area and tub of Marble arch station"

"I had a 2 night business stay here. This hotel consists of 4 separate properties along Gloucester Place and this caused initial confusion. I had given the taxi driver the address on the booking, no. 51, but he dropped me at the first building on Gloucester Place he saw with a sign for Z Hotel. I walked to no 51 to be told that my room was in no 87. This initial confusion was soon forgotten when I arrived at no. 87. It is a beautiful Georgian townhouse, sensitively and recently converted to hotel use. It feels like an exclusive boutique hotel, of the sort that would cost far me than the rate I paid. The free wine available adds to the feeling of being in an exclusive club, rather than an inexpensive hotel. The room was nice, with fresh, clean decor and a comfortable bed. I didn't hear a sound and slept well. Breakfast was served at a communal table and include a good selection of breads, cereals and fruit. All of this within 3 mins of Baker Street tube station. A good spot."
