"Went here on Nov 12-19 2017. Very clean hotel but very small, stayed in double room. Difficult to open luggage in the room. Complete hotel stuff: fridge, toothbrush, towels, body wash, conditoner, shampoo (all shiseido brand), shower cap, comb, hair dryer. The room IS the length of a double bed, no space in front of bed. The hotel could only pick between airconditoner and heater so it’s quite hot if they decide to turn on the heater. You’d have to open the window for the cold to come in. Great location though. Near Dohtonburi - 2 blocks away - 5-10 min walk. Near Namba station (Midosuji Line) so it’s ideal if you’re travelling around Kansai."

"Stayed for 6 nights. Room was a bit smaller than expected but was spotlessly clean. Comfy beds, spacious bathroom. Location is great — hotel is beside AEON, a 24/7 foodhall and supermarket, and Family Mart is just across the street. Hotel is also a few steps away from Exit 2 of Yotsubashi station (Y14 of Metro Subway) with access to Namba (Dotonbori) and Umeda (Link to Kyoto, Kobe, Nara) stations. Breakfast buffet was okay but I hope they change some items like every other day. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Overall look of the hotel from the inside to the outside is beautiful. Hotel is well kept and neat. It had the perfect location: we had access to both the high end shops and mall (Daimaru), but also very close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi. We got to enjoy the view of Midosuji Street's winter illumination both from our hotel room and every time we cross the street. Hotel is very accessible. It has a direct access to the subway station, so we didn't have to go out the streets to ride the train. We were also pleasantly surprised that the Kansai airport limousine bus directly stops over the hotel driveway at a certain schedule. You just have to ask the hotel front desk of the bus schedule and book in advance (at least the day before check-out/departure). I also wish to applaud their staff for the excellent service. Very courteous, accommodating and helpful. Bravo! We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Osaka 😊 "

"The hotel is strategically located at the heart of the shopping district of Osaka City. It’s a few steps from the subway (Midosuji line), just outside the hotel there is a convenience store, the main shopping district is just across Midosuji avenue, which is located East of the hotel, and is called Shinsaibashi suji, a covered shopping street and south of that is the area of many affordable eating places (Dotombori area). Getting to Dotombori from the hotel would only take 10-15 mins by foot. Hotel was clean and there are smoking and non-smoking rooms. The rooms have free and fast internet via LAN. The bed's pillows were strange, each bed had 1 feather down pillow and 1 hard pillow with bead like things in it. The bathrooms are small, it is similar to standard cruise ship cabin bathrooms. I think certain floors were non-smoking, so those areas thankfully do not smell like smoke. While the smoking floors, naturally smell like smoke. We got a twin room, it is small for a Western norm, but I think all hotel rooms are small in Japan. From my friends who have visited Japan, they say that the rate I got for the hotel was quite cheap and very reasonable. The front desk were very hospitable and friendly. Generally had a pleasant stay in the hotel, we would stay there again next time. "

"Luggage storage available after checkout that makes everything more convenient. Hotel location is extremely strategic, as it is only 7-10 minutes away from train station, around 6 minutes away from Dontoburi Street, 11 minutes away from Hozenji Yokocho and a few more attractions in Osaka! Other than that, the hot spring here is zen and relaxing, and there is also sauna here! Hot spring is also open on midnight, thus it's the best place to go after sightseeing in Osaka. There is Family Mart just beside the hotel, thus it's convenient to get a quick supper. The hotel room itself is also quite spacious, and the bathroom and toilet are seperated. The price of the hotel is also affordable after taking into account of all these!"
