Hotel is located in the center of Tagbilaran City. It is within walking distance to the malls and restaurants. Hotel staff made a big difference in the hotel. Guest are greeted with a smile and would go out of their way to assist every guest. There's a Club on the ground floor of the lobby and it is popular among the locals. Music from the Club could resonate to your r...

I found the best hotel value for money in Bohol. Because it's new and food at the restaurant were fantastic. They also have free pick up if they don't forget... Staff at the restaurant organized very well. It seemed much different organized from reception erea. They forgot to pick me up and no apologized. I also complained for the slow services, but the man who seem...

1. Suggest that the rooms have even a small refrigerator and that the circuit breakers for the water heats are upgraded. 2. The best staff I have ever had at any hotel, especially the girls who worked days. Very helpful in finding us a reliable driver to take us on tours. 3. Great centralized location; near the pier, the airport, the malls, and good restaurants. 4. Su...

The Hotel is new. Great room facilities, just wish that they have bidet in the toilet but it's not a problem to us. bed is comfy and air conditioning unit is good. i am surprise that the room we booked has its own terrace. the very best part is that the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices and tastes good. my 3yr old toddler loves to watch in their Smart T...

It's in the middle of all the attractions (must see) in Bohol. Panglao is a 40 minute drive and Chocolate Hills about an hour. Just 5 minute walk to the nearest public market and supermarket. The hotel is 5 minute drive to the airport and the Tagbilaran Port can be seen right scross the bay. Best of all, the hotel offers the comforts and facilities that a 4 star or...

We stayed here for 5D4N. If you're only a group of 2 to 3 persons, I would suggest room 205. It is close to wifi router and really spacious. Here are my comments. 1. Staff- They are so responsive and welcoming. 2. Breakfast/choices of food: I loooove all they served us. They also have value meals from 85php to 100php with rice and ice tea. Super affordable and wort...

Very friendly and helpful staff, the best we have had in the Philippines. They arranged our washing for us very quickly and helped us with directions and ferry times. They were really lovely! The breakfast included was good, especially the French toast with mango. The room we had was very nice, clean and comfortable and had big windows and was spacious, however our f...

The Sun Avenue is truly a gem. The front counter staff are ready to assist you with your needs in a friendly manner. The included breakfast is very good with a couple of choice that change daily. The rooms are large clean and comfy. Close to the ferry docks. A short walk to restaurants and a large shopping mall. Alex, at the front counter can assist you with your tour ...

the receptionist or front desk personnel (estelle) was very nice and helpful. she assisted us in booking our bohol countryside tour, recommending to us a very pleasant and able tour guide and driver (jun). upon our request, she even arranged for our seaport pick-up and panglao tour on a later date even if we were no longer staying in vest pension house. our room had...

The hotel may appear to be aged but i think it has to do with its design. But overall the hotel is very nice esp their restaurant with lots of china. my wife loves the place. The bath tub that we had was very clean and functional with very hot water system.

the hotel is a few minutes away from the airport... and with the free shuttle from airport to hotel, getting there would not be a problem... the hotel at the heart of tagbilaran.. it's a walking distance to the cathedral and bohol museum and lots of restaurants including malls... the room is clean and wide... the staff are very kind and helpful... since i was traveling...

Pros: -very cheap rates but with 5 star amenities and service - super clean and spacious rooms -extremely friendly and courteous staff -quick laundry turnaround - no xtra charges - pickup and dropoff at airport or ferry port -free centrally located with lots of stores within a block -plenty of public transportation right outside the hotel -excellent food at restaurant...

I highly recommend this place. I made a mess of my booking, purely me to blame it was the sort of mistake that I could have been penalised for. The staff could not have been more helpful sorting out my error. The rooms are very nice, clean and bright. The rooms at the front do get some stret noise however. Overall a great place to stay, I would say the restaurant is ...

The hotel was built in 1970s (and claims to be the first hotel in Tagbilaran), so everything is quite outdated but, considering the price, where else you can get a swimming pool and a large room for P1050? The room itself is clean, just looks very old. There were not many customers so sometimes I felt like staying in a personal hotel :-D Just a short P30 trike ride fro...

Location is ok, in the center of Tagbilaran, not far from the port though in a small dark area when night comes. Same remark as for Panglao, demand is apparently higher than the supply that's why I felt it was quite pricey for what you get. Room is really basic of a local hotel, bed is ok but not really comfortable, no blanket. It was noisy in the morning and it also f...

Rooms are quite big, slept pretty well here, they have a really bad ant problem, its rather out of control, nothing is safe, from them. we got a free breakfast, which was pretty poor. not much to do here, Bohol was my least favourite place, I really did not like it. Don't hire a motorbike from the hotel they add on 200p, best to sort one yourself, we got one for 400...

It is my first time booking online, though a bit hesitant, I find Haven and gardens Hotel a perfect choice. It has a good location - near the airport. Though our room is in the 3rd floor and no lift, it was the least of our concern. The room itself is clean and spacious. The staff could have been friendlier and accommodating - the reception I mean. But there's always a...

Basic accommodation for a night with no restaurant and a shower in need of some work (I do not like having to flip a 220V breaker on and off repeatedly while standing in a wet shower to get hot water). However, a short distance away was the Bohol Tropical with excellent food and waterfront setting where you could spend the $40 you saved by staying at the Kode.

I would not return this hotel again. First, my room was taken by others when I got there even though I fully paied it through agoda. The staff could not speak English and no warm shower, very old room and facility. The wall was also very thin... Only positive side is the price. Never stay in this hotel again.

Besides the AC was really loud, the size of the room actually is really big comparing to normal philippine's economic type of hotel. A bit old fashioned, but very neat and clean. Some features are old but still functional well.. But, yes, the AC was too loud I had to turn it off when I felt a bit cooling down. No hassles at check in when I arrieved really late witho...

We choose the Chriscentville Hotel at this time because there was no electricity after the earthquake in Bohol. This was the only Hotel with an 24 H generator. The Hotel Price was very Cheap so we didnt expect much. You have to book a Executive Room to be able to look out the Window. Lower Categories dont have any Windows. There is a good Aircon in the rooms and our ex...
