This hotel is best suited for someone who is traveling for business and/or wants a quieter hotel. Although near Tokyo Tower and Shiba Park, there is little foot and vehicle traffic in this area. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Hamamatsucho JR Station or Daimon Station subway station for the Oeido and Asakusa lines. Closer to the station is where you'll find restaurants, bars, cafes, and other establishments. Not much shopping in this area. Restaurants are relatively pricey in the hotel, so we ended up walking towards the stations for cheaper eats. No Wifi (paid or free) but there are computers available for use in the lobby for a small fee (coin-operated). There were wireless connections available, but they seemed to be pay services. If you forgo housekeeping services, you can earn a credit (forget how much) to spend at the hotel or shops downstairs. However, you can only skip housekeeping two days in a row. If we are looking for a hotel in this area, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

i'll start by saying that i didn't have really high expectations for this hotel. i read a lot of the reviews after my company booked my business trip and informed me that i'd be staying at the good hotel. here are the bullet points: room size: other reviewers seemed to complain a bit about the rooms being dark. they are, but the size is more than adequate. smaller t...i'll start by saying that i didn't have really high expectations for this hotel. i read a lot of the reviews after my company booked my business trip and informed me that i'd be staying at the good hotel. here are the bullet points: room size: other reviewers seemed to complain a bit about the rooms being dark. they are, but the size is more than adequate. smaller than most standard chain hotels, but did not feel cramped. service: the staff seemed to be nice enough, but i did not hear any awful answer to the things that are not functional at the good hotel. i stayed only four nights. the lobby was ok. value/location: this is where the good hotel earns the three-four stars. for what you pay, which typically isn't much, you get enough and you're in an incredible location right in the middle of downtown tokyo. last thing i'll say is that i got the impression that others did about breakfast. i did see a lot of people enjoyed their meal at the hotel.

A great hotel with excellent facilities - a very decent gym with a good sized swimming pool. Staff at the hotel were very helpful - We visited during the Sakura season, and concierge was most helpful in pointing out the best places to go for this seasonal attraction, along with making recommendations for food and reservations to our chosen places. There's no shortage of good food options near the hotel, and even a convenience store across the street, along with a medicine shop located closeby. The hotel is also located near a train stop. Highly recommended!

I lived in Tokyo for many years and know it well. This hotel was a surprising find, since I had never been before. It was lovely, located just off a major intersection in one of those wonderfully secluded corners of Tokyo, no more than a five-minute walk from any of three subway lines, within walking distance of entertainment, the new Mori district in Roppongi, shop...I lived in Tokyo for many years and know it well. It was lovely, located just off a major intersection in one of those wonderfully secluded corners of Tokyo, no more than a five-minute walk from any of three subway lines, within walking distance of entertainment, the new Mori district in Roppongi, shopping, nightlife, and just around the corner from General Nogi's Meiji-era home (preserved as it was 150 years ago) plus ever so tranquil and beautiful Japanese temples. The hotel itself is impeccable in the Japanese tradition. The rooms are good-sized, but remembering that no Japanese hotel has the larger-size rooms available in other countries. The staff has good command of English (not always easy to find in Japan), and is so incredibly attentive, my feeling is that by themselves they earn this hotel an extra star. The bottled water supply by the front-desk again, deserves another star because it is so unusual. The breakfast offers a good choice of Japanese and Western fare. Now that I've discovered it, I'm certain to stay there again!

However, if you have medium-sized or much luggage, note the flight of stairs up to the lobby & the last endless flight of stairs from Exit 5 of the station to the street. Lobby cafe only opens for breakfast. Central air so cannot control room temperature. Some rooms were very warm but staff gave portable aircon to counter this. Hotel a bit old but is renovating & will finish update by March 2018. Our rooms were fairly quiet, if you are used to city living, as they face the side street and the back alley. Reno noise didn't bother us as we were out before they start & back only at night. Airport bus locations some walking to ANA hotel or Grand Hyatt.

The room (semi-double) was clean, quiet and very well equipped, the bed comfortable, the bathroom big enough with basic products on display, the personal very nice and ready to help. If you don’t expect a view or a fine breakfast (here you can nevertheless grab a banana, a piece of bread, some butter and ...I stayed 3 nights in this hotel and I’m globally very satisfied. If you don’t expect a view or a fine breakfast (here you can nevertheless grab a banana, a piece of bread, some butter and jam, coffee and tea to your room) it is the perfect place. The location is excellent. The personal doesn’t really speak English but they really did their best to understand with a digital translator and answered my demands. If you are a smoker there is a tiny smoking room downstairs. For the current price I think it is a good deal in Tokyo (about 100€/night).

You just need 6 minutes walk from Grand Hyatt Hotel ( if you ride Limousine bus from Haneda Airport) Only 1 minute walk to get famous Roppongi Crossing. And only 7 minutes walk to see Tokyo Tower from distance. Very Good Location and easy to find. The staff very cooperative,...The hotel is very near from everywhere. The staff very cooperative, they can full fill my needs (exp, I booked Twin Bed Smoking room, but they gave me King Bed non smoking room. They got me Taxi, They send my luggage savely, and They give me information about tokyo subway properly). Also the equipment of the hotel is complete (even though the room is very small). I loved the tolietries, very good and looks expensive (I love the shower bath soap). Definitely will come to this Hotel again, and will tell our relatives to book this hotel too.
