The staff are so friendly from the exceptional men who greet you on arrival to the staff at breakfast. Everyone is really friendly. Rooms are beautifully decorated and a fully stocked mini bar with the best complimentary biscuits we've ever had! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of city. Even though you are central you wouldn't know it as it's real...

We were delighted with our choice for this visit to Manchester. We didnt want to stay in the centre but wanted to be within walking distance. The location is perfect. The hotel is spotless clean and bright and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist. Our room was lovely. It was bright...

This hotel is easy to find, the location is in the heart of Piccadilly. The staff were so helpful. Rooms clean tidy and comfortable, we had a twin room and we had plenty of space. Breakfast was served 7-10 and it was a feast, iltjete was something for everyone. We were there to watch a football match and they ordered a taxi and within minutes it was there. I would defi...

what a gorgeous hotel! You can easily get lost through the halls because it's so huge but you really wouldn't mind because the decor is amazing! We got a fantastic deal, saving a couple of hundred pounds which was fab! The staff were exceptional, we arrived early so couldn't check in yet and the lady at reception seeing we were suited and booted for a wedding offered t...

This is the first time I booked through Agoda, and it was quick and easy. The only downside of the booking was that when we (my partner and I) arrived at the hotel the room that was booked was a twin (not double). The hotel did say that booking through a 3rd party can sometime not specify the type of room (so it's worth putting a comment in the additional/special reque...

Came and stayed here during Pride with my son. So so pleased with location, less than 10 min walk to Pride, and main shopping area just down the road. Hotel clean and staff were lovely. We had a room at the front, with 2 large windows, so we had a great view from the 4th floor. Didn't have breakfast in hotel, so can't comment, but plenty of places nearby to eat breakfa...

the city suites is a really great aparthotel it is situated smack bang in the city centre, within 350m of most attractions, rail and tram stations and department stores and the famous Xmas markets, well worth a visit. our apartment was a premium city view, it was very clean with all the amenities you could wish for, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee making facili...

The room is very big. It is very convenient. It is very close to the National Rail station, National Express Station (just round the corner of the hotel). Lots of buses outside the hotel. It's easy to get to other parts of Manchester (though we only went to the Manchester United Stadium during our stay). Can get to main shopping centres on foot!

we stayed at doubletree hilton in manchester for two nights. the hotel was clean and everyone was friendly, but for the price i would have stayed somewhere else which was closer to the city center. the location of this hotel is good if you need to be near the piccadilly station, otherwise it was a bit difficult to get to the hotel from and to other spots in the c...

I have stayed here many times and must say it is one of my favourite hotels to stay in, check in takes around a minute, It is a large hotel with easy lift access, a nice bar and pool tables. It has a gym and sauna which I don't tend to use but they are very cheap for guests. Perfect location for shopping or a 3 minute walk to the train station and main tram stops etc. ...

I paid £30 for my room online, for which I received a room with tea and coffee making facilities, am emsuite of shower, sink and toilet, free soap, loo rolls etc, and a clean room with a telly on the wall, and a comfortable bed. I note other people's remarks about a shabby first impression, but it should be noted that the vast amount of money required to really do the ...

We were assigned a room with the bathroom seperated from the toilet at the corner of the hotel. When passing through checked-out rooms with doors opened, we peeked in to realise that our room was much bigger than the other rooms we saw. With the high ceiling left from the heritage of the brewery, and the fan provided in the room, it was not hot even in summer when th...

We had an amazing one night stay here we were on the 17th floor and had a fantastic view of the city the room was clean and cosy. We checked in early and made our way into the city when back we went to the spa which was lovely not amazing or the best one I've been to but the views were great. We then headed to the executive lounge for drinks and canapés which were very...

i needed a room for the stone roses homecoming gigs in manchester and after a fruitless search through rip off hotels who had hiked their prices i stumbled upon this gem of a hotel through agoda. the price for the room in such a good hotel in a great location on such a busy weekend in manchester was incredible. The hotel is slag bang in piccadilly gardens, the cit...

This is the second time I’ve used this hotel, while in Manchester for the football and this time I stayed two nights due to the train strike. The rooms are modern and clean though a bit on the small side. You have a flat screen tv , kettle with tea coffee etc. The shower as a rain shower too which is always a bonus.. location five minutes from Piccadilly train station....

This place is very close to markets/shopping centers, bars/restaurants, the National Football Museum, and Victoria Station. We had a great private room with a double and twin bed. The bathroom was nice and clean. The staff was mostly excellent. The drawbacks were noise-related. The floors were extremely creaky (room/hallways), and very uneven is some places. Also, ...

It is our secound time visit from 2017. As football fans, the hotel simply offer basic needs. Firstly we stay 4 nights and about 2/3 nights the housekeepers didn't change the sheets. We understand there's no mini bar for us to store some drinks from our last visit. Shower drain wasn't working really well and the cover isn't stable. Last but not least the breakfast ...

I stay for one week and very happy with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The staffs are also very helpful. I wanted to extend my stay for another two weeks, but the hotel was fully booked. The best location. A walk away from the Manchester Metropolitan City Univ, and Univ of Manchester is very close in 5 minutes walk distance. The Manchester Museum is a very ...

Stayed there for 4 nights for my trip into Manchester - the hotel is easier to find and only a short walk from Oxford Rail. Great value for money (though I did manage to book on a sale) , and with maccies/spoons next door, and more food a short walk away, best place to stay for me. Lorenzo on the front desk was extremely helpful and helped with a couple requests I ...

Everything was perfect and on point. 5 Star service for Lonela Ionita , who guided us and provided local maps which was much appreciated. Room was nicely decorated by staffs and a surprise cake was provided to us. Bed was comfortable. Toiletries was well equipped. Location wise : Very centralised. Less than 5 mins walk to the train station and also to the nearest tram ...

We had a great time. As said previously, friendly and efficient staff who were also knowledgeable about the area. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The overheating hair dryer was swapped within minutes of bringing it to the attention of the young lady, Lisa I think, a member of your room maintenance team. The room was spotlessly ran, the aircon worked well, though the ...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel when we went to watch Football match in Manchester. The hotel is in good location not far from the train station in the center city. It's very convenient to travel to the Old Trafford Stadium. The room is big and clean. There are a lot of facilities such as free wifi, coffee and tea in room free breakfast.we 'll come back to this hotel...

Long black hairs in bathtub upon arrival. Lock on my hotel room door broken so could not lock room. Menu in restaurant is from a different Travelodge so many items not available at this hotel. Internet SUPER SLOW so could not use skype to call my wife due to the weak signal and even checking emails difficult. All of this with an additional charge for the internet. Very...

Stayed on a Thursday night in order to get a very early morning train from Victoria station. Paid £27, could not get better value at that price. Friendly reception on arrival. Room was basic but had bed, TV, towels, kettle, warm and above all spotless.

Thourally enjoyed our stay. I fell in love with the place as soon as I stepped inside, staff were great and rooms were very pretty - modern. I think this hotel is best for couples - there were very raunchy photos located on the floors which children may find offensive. The only negative is that both the night and breakfast the restaurant staff got my drinks order ...

The Ibis is conveniently located to Manchester Picadilly station, just a few minutes walk away. If you're looking to go to the museum, art gallery, or just wandering Oxford and Portland st, these are all very close to the hotel. The room is clean, with complementary tea and coffee, and a decent sized shower in a tidy bathroom. The bed was comfortable, clean and they p...

Brilliant stay at Park Inn by Radisson hotel. The nearby discounted parking and the proximity to restaurants, bars and the arena made it a great hotel that I will stay at again. Although I booked it primarily for its location, the hotel was modern, stylish and I just wish I had more time to try the spa and restaurant
