The hotel is about 3 minutes walk from exit 3 of Roppongi Station. It was very easy to find and surroundig by restaurants and also a 7-11 nearby as well. The most famous and best burger Shake Shack in NY is also located near Roppongi Hills! You could see Tokyo Tower from he outdoor spa which was an amazing view while you bathed. The downside was the housekeeping, they didn’t quite pay attention to details. Overall, it was a great experience!

A brand new minimalist and chic designed hotel, located very closely to the station with a number of convenience stores nearby as well as a up and coming local mall across the road. The staff were very friendly and professional. Facilities are excellent and "futuristic". There were tablets in the room which replaced the traditional paper guidance notes and also had some useful functions e.g. weather and local facilities. There was a massage chair in the room which proved very useful especially after a long day of walking around Tokyo! They had glass windows for the bathroom but don't worry there are blinds to give you privacy! We were very fortunate to be put on the top floor and we had a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower! This place really made my trip to Tokyo very special, I look forward to returning again!

The hotel sits atop subway line providing immediate access to anywhere else you care to explore in Tokyo. For business, downtown Marunouchi district less than 20 mins away. Service: friendly and helpful. Vending machines in hotel ok, but better to walk to nearby family mart or Izumi Garden for lower priced snacks or sundries. Daily newspapers only in Japanese. Rooms: these smaller rooms superior to most of this class of hotel. Remarkably could hear no noise from adjacent occupied rooms. Free internet access a definite plus. Mini refrig large enough for storing reasonable amount of perishables. With breakfast included, exceptional value for money. Stayed 4 nights. Would stay again.

A great hotel with excellent facilities - a very decent gym with a good sized swimming pool. Staff at the hotel were very helpful - We visited during the Sakura season, and concierge was most helpful in pointing out the best places to go for this seasonal attraction, along with making recommendations for food and reservations to our chosen places. This hotel was great and I would definitely go back. The staff are amazing - really hospitable and they speak English! The location is perfect and close to a couple metro stations which give you direct access to Ginza and Harajuku. Rooms are tiny, but really clean and comfortable (keep in mind that most budget Japanese accommodations are quite small) I'd say if you're not looking for anything extravagant and want a cheap clean place in the center of Tokyo, this is the best place to stay. Can't go wrong, plus they have cheap buffet breakfast for under a thousand yen. I'd book here again if I return to Tokyo. One more thing: I only realized afterwards that they are listed in the Lonely Planet Tokyo guide. If you have this guide, there's a map to the hotel right in the book.

Tokyo hotels are generally tiny and expensive but the b's room was huge (by tokyo's standards) and had a large double bed. Room was clean and water was strong, staff extremely helpful and friendly and had good command of English. Location was superb! Endless amount of restaurants within 2 minutes walk, many of which open past midnight, 5-7 minutes walk to Roppongi Hills mall and Roppongi station entrances/exits sprouted all around. The room (semi-double) was clean, quiet and very well equipped, the bed comfortable, the bathroom big enough with basic products on display, the personal very nice and ready to help. If you don’t expect a view or a fine breakfast (here you can nevertheless grab a banana, a piece of bread, some butter and ...I stayed 3 nights in this hotel and I’m globally very satisfied. The room (semi-double) was clean, quiet and very well equipped, the bed comfortable, the bathroom big enough with basic products on display, the personal very nice and ready to help. If you don’t expect a view or a fine breakfast (here you can nevertheless grab a banana, a piece of bread, some butter and jam, coffee and tea to your room) it is the perfect place. The location is excellent. The personal doesn’t really speak English but they really did their best to understand with a digital translator and answered my demands. If you are a smoker there is a tiny smoking room downstairs. For the current price I think it is a good deal in Tokyo (about 100€/night).

They got me Taxi, They send my luggage savely, and They give me information about tokyo subway properly). Also the equipment of the hotel is complete (even though the room is very small). I loved the tolietries, very good and looks expensive (I love the shower bath soap). Definitely will come to this Hotel again, and will tell our relatives to book this hotel too.
