Find hotels in Paddington Railway Station

It was my second time at Bayswater in and I am returning in 7 weeks for a few days. The hotel offers good value and the lcation is easy to navigate to Bayswater or Queensway Underground or Paddington Station. Although one reason I book the hotel is the inclusion of breakfast, I would really appreciate the eggs and mushrooms to be prepared to be tasty. The new coffee machines are a great addition! Overall everything is pretty perfect.

The hotel is located in best location for going everywhere especially for shopping , close to Marble Arch underground station and bus stop around the hotel. The hotel has room size is big and has very comfortable bed , especially I got one at the corner which has good view of Oxford Street. The hotel service is very good. The hotel also has very good and tasty restaurant.

We had a twin room, which surprised us positively with its size : pretty good for London - we even had a niche with two big armchairs. The beds were big and comfy and the minibar was full of good things (tea&coffee available). There are some hangers and drawers for clothes - not too much, but was enough for a girlie weekend. The bathroom is small but nice - the shower is excellent. We liked the minimalistic black&white decor, lots of mirrors. The best : our room was very quiet. Concierge and receptionists were efficient, fast and helpful. There are two underground stations around the corner and we walked from Paddington (max 15 min.). I'll be definitely back soon !

I was wowed the moment I stepped into the lobby. It looked so posh and classy! The staff are very helpful and friendly with excellent service. It just feels like a 5 star hotel. The next best thing about the hotel is its location. People who love to shop will definitely love it. You just need to step out of the hotel, turn left, and the rest is the whole street of shopping starting from High Street fashion along Bond street all the way to High End brands covering New & Old bond street. Marble Arch Tube station is just outside towards left side of the hotel and it is on the central line, meaning it's a centralized line and all you need is 1 transfer to most important landmarks like Piccadilly, Victoria and Leicester station or sometimes even direct without changing lanes! The only thing is given the fantastic welcome impression from lobby, the room is just plain normal and the housekeeping do not refill certain things. But still fine, given the above pros!! Love the stay!

This is the second time I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Churchill. It is a luxury hotel and the location is absolutely fantastic. The staff at the hotel are extremely welcoming and seem to go out of their way to do whatever you need, from the doorman to the reception to the Club staff. Really excellent. I booked a Club Room, which I highly recommend. The rooms are fairly standard, but large for UK standards. Well appointed and clean. The location is perfect. It is situated on Portman Square, which is a large park, which gives the impression of space. The hotel is a short walk to Oxford Street from which you can easily access downtown London to the left or towards Marble Arch and Harrods to the right. It is all right there. Nothing is more than a short walk away. The hotel has a small gym (don't forget to turn on the air conditioning, otherwise it gets quite warm) and is quite a happening place. There is a restaurant downstairs that seems always busy and the Churchill Bar on the corner. But if you want to get outside the hotel, there are lots of eating and drinking options that are London favourites. Room Tip: Book a Club room. The Facilities are very English and very enjoyable.

The hotel room is small but clean and tidy. The service at front desk is good and efficient. The location of the hotel is very good, it is close to the Edgware Road underground station; and within 10 minutes walk to Paddington Railway Station. We also took buses to some attractions and shopping areas in London, e.g. London Eyes, Westminister, Oxford Street, Regent Street & etc, it was very cpnvenient. Supermarkets, restaurants, post office are nearby. To conclude, Hitol Lodon Metropole Hotel is situated at a good location for tourist.

Location great being practically on Queensway with lots of restaurants,shops and supermarkets. 5 mins walk from Bayswater underground (4 stops to Tottenham court) and close to Paddington station for Heathrow express. Room small but clean and bedding comfy and service was friendly and efficient. Price unbeatable for such a competitive product in London. Will stay again next time in London.

My first impression when arrive to this hotel was WOW .. cos I can feel the luxury in this hotel ... and what more that my room was upgraded to the bigger one which was so spacious yet the number so scary "444" but Praise the Lord that everything was okay during our stay as God protected us :-) The location is opposite the railway station and there were some buses stops nearby the hotel, so it;s so convenient if you want to go anywhere in London city by bus or by train. The facilities itself are so great, we can have fitness and indoor pool, sauna, and you can eat fruits for free everyday there. Definitely nice to stay here in Landmark London hotel yet it's a bit pricey.

We booked the Pilgrm after reading reviews from others. I've traveled to London before, so knew that hotels in the city are much smaller than people from the US are used to. :) I also knew we wanted to be near Paddington station since we'd be traveling to Wales for a few days via train from Paddington and also wanted quick access to the tube during our time in London. It was so convenient. All staff we interacted with were so friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and well appointed. We were in a "Large" room and it was just right. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious. The coffee and tea from Workshop coffee in the lobby was always good. Bottom line is we loved the Pilgrm. Be sure to read about the property and other reviews so you know what to expect going in (i.e. rooms facing the street can be noisy, there's a tiny lift but will still need to walk stairs, etc.) and hopefully your experience will be as good as ours!

My booked room was: Deluxe Double Studio (~ 18 m2). Despite the room was little small, I really felt like I'm in my home. Advantages: 1- The Hotel looks like new. 2- Most of the important and required items/facilities are available like: small pantry with dishes, coffee machine, water Kettle, Microwave, Fridge, Free WiFi, Iron, Good AC ). 3- The bed was very comfortable. 4- Good toilet and new. It is not big and not small. 5- The Hotel's location in between of two train stations (Lancaster Gate, & Paddington) within 3-4 min walk. 6- A lot of supermarkets are nearby restaurants, as well as Pharmacy. 7- Easy check-in and Check-out. 8- Very quiet Hotel. 9- You can ask for bottle of water any time free of charge. (They are not keeping it every day in the room) Disadvantages: No hotel restaurant I have re-booked this hotel for another week (07-15 April, 2019) as I had very positive feedback during my stay.

While I have seen a number of negative posts my experience was the opposite. You could walk to the location from Paddington Railway Station with hand luggage decent walk. With suitcase taxi is the go. Reception was on the slower side because we checked in at 1400 as were numerous others, that being said staff were pleasant. Catch the lift on the road side of the hall as the others are smaller and much slower service elevators. Room had a window and was clean and functional although they are on the smaller side. I kept the bathroom fan going to draw fresh air. I would stay here again. Short stroll also to Bayswater Underground Station and shopping strip with plenty of restaurants, souvenirs shopping.

Overall it has good value for money. We chose the hotel for its convenient location - 1 min walk from Lancaster Gate tube station, and 15 min walk from Paddington railway station. And Hyde Park is just across the street! It's perfect if you want to have a morning stroll or run. Room is comfortable but a bit small, just enough space for 2 big luggages. The in-room wifi is good. The only negative experience is that when we called the operator at night (no answer from housekeeping) to ask for a clean cup , there was no follow up after an hour. We had to go to the reception to get help.

I had a 2 night business stay here. This hotel consists of 4 separate properties along Gloucester Place and this caused initial confusion. I had given the taxi driver the address on the booking, no. 51, but he dropped me at the first building on Gloucester Place he saw with a sign for Z Hotel. I walked to no 51 to be told that my room was in no 87. This initial confusion was soon forgotten when I arrived at no. 87. It is a beautiful Georgian townhouse, sensitively and recently converted to hotel use. It feels like an exclusive boutique hotel, of the sort that would cost far me than the rate I paid. The free wine available adds to the feeling of being in an exclusive club, rather than an inexpensive hotel. The room was nice, with fresh, clean decor and a comfortable bed. I didn't hear a sound and slept well. Breakfast was served at a communal table and include a good selection of breads, cereals and fruit. All of this within 3 mins of Baker Street tube station. A good spot.

Mornington Hotel is running in an traditional English old building, locating at the Baywater area which is also fully of beautiful old houses. Since I am very interested in heritage and cultural stuff I really enjoy accessing this hotel and area nearby. Traffic is easy as it is just 3 minutes walk to Lancaster Gate underground station, and 8 minutes walk to Paddington underground and National Railway station. There is also Route 94 and 148 buses on the main road nearby the hotel, which directly brought me to the landmark area of Westminster, and shopping area along Oxford Street, without the need of climbing up and down of the underground stations. Buffet breakfast provided various hot food choices of English breakfast content (break, egg, sausage, fruit, yogurt, juice, ham, smoked salmon, cheese, etc), good enough for bringing me a full and warm morning. Francesca at front desk provided me good room re-arrangement and nice suggestion of commutation and restaurants too!

lucky we booked advance as the priced different of per nite!! breakfast is excellent..staff friendly, helpful, efficiency & professional..hotel close to shop districts of knightsbridge, bond st & oxford st..good to shop as branded goods is cheaper than singapore..within walking distance to hyde park corner & green park underground stations..but no free wifi no free internet in business centre..room clean & cosy...

I too had a very small room in this hotel. You know what usually happens with small rooms. Everything seems to be there but it's so crammed that you can't really use it. This is not the case in the Premier Notting Hill. The room designer has to get an award for her job. The bathroom fixtures are first class and totally new. You can get in and out of the shower with no difficulty, there is space for everything. The staff is extra helpful. Response time to my needs was minutes. The hotel is a 5-7 min. walk from a subway station, very convenient transportation to LHR (the London Heathrow airport). A great Prince Edward Pub is located right next to the hotel. A very pleasant stay overall. Thanks, Premier Notting Hill!

We stayed for 4 nights in this clean modern & handy hotel in July 2013. This is a paid for what you want hotel. They try to keep the cost low for extra stuff which not everyone required. Eg. wifi, in-room safe, towel, TV, etc. We were happy to pay extra. But we were told since we booked via Agoda, everything has been included in our booking. So it was a nice surprise to us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Love the clean room & toilet. Our room was bright with air-conditioning. No noise at all. We love the location with numerous buses stop and two underground stops: Paddington & Edgware Road and Paddington Train Station. It is easy to explore the City via public transport. Tesco Express just across the road. A lot of café and pub and fast food shops available in the area for breakfast, dinner. Very happy with everything Tune has offered. Would recommend to all.

Great staff, nice rooms clean big bathroom a little tight but not too bad modern clean great hot water and pressure. No noise from hallway or neighboring rooms but we could hear people walking in the room above us. Not a big deal just one night it was a little annoying. Great place to stay lotta restaurants in the neighborhood I recommend Indian places on Gloucester Street. We took Heathrow express to the Paddington station walk to the hotel about 20 minutes. After that we could take the tube anywhere in central London which was only a five minute walk to the tube station.. Good value for the money if you’re looking for if you’re savvy traveler that doesn’t mind taking the tube I can’t think of a better place to stay in London

Located virtually opposite Paddington Station makes travel simple. IDEAL for travellers, anyone coming from Heathrow with loads of luggage has only a few steps to travel to check in to this hotel. Checking in and out is speedy and simple. Near countless bars, pubs, shops, restaurants etc. Also minutes away are Queensway, Bayswater, Hyde Park etc. It has easy access to 3 or 4 tube stations, Paddington being the closest, and being central London, this gives amazing access to all nearby attractions. I have stayed her numerous times, every time I come home from abroad or even when just popping down to London for the Theatre etc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and great value for money.

This was a great hotel just enough distance on foot away from the hustle and bustle of Paddington Station. The Blakemore is located on a quieter road opposite a small garden and 5 minutes walk from Kensington Gardens. I would have liked to give the hotel 5 out of 5 however we both found the room uncomfortably warm despite the thermostat stating 18 degrees, cool air was not coming out! The contents of my makeup bag do not melt at 18 degrees!...they were struggling in the heat. Some one from reception came to have a look but was unable to assist stating that this was the winter setting for the floor and it could not be adjusted. A selection of restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel or the hotel restaurant served pleasant food. Buffet breakfast was pleasant.

When I arrived at the Leonard Hotel, I was greeted warmly with smiles, especially from this black haired girl (didn't get her name) who hurried out to the taxi to help us with our luggages, to picking the best room for us and giving information! Just so lovely and attentive. Once you have a good beginning, the good experience shall follow. I will definitely make the Leonard Hotel as my favorite boutique hotel to stay in London; Good service, best location (only 3 mins walk from Hyde Park and just 1 minute away the Oxford Street.) Xx happy

basically a well located hotel near marble arch tube station and along oxford street with several shopping malls. if you have several luggages arrange for shuttle service to heathrow airport as most of the tube stations are accessible only by stairs. the shuttle service costs 19 pounds and takes last than an hour but depending if it fetches others from hotels along the way. the heathrow express train also costs 19 pounds and takes only 15 mins from paddington train station to the airport, however will still need to take the tube from marble arch to paddington which costs around 2 pounds, so the total is 21 pounds, total travelling and waiting time maybe 30 to 45 mins with the inconvenience of stairs and the crowd. overall a satisfactory stay.

Stayed there during 2-5 May with mom and brother at a triple room 3 beds which was the largest room on 3/F for our first trip to Europe and U.K. Total payment was about HKD3000 (about 300 pounds) (on sale 70% off) including taxes and breakfast during peak travel periods. All of us agreed the price was great for the stay and service there. About 1 min to Lancaster Gate Station and 7 mins to Paddington Station. Superb location for visitors planning to take trains to Oxford/Bicester Villege Outlet. It's also very convenient to travel the city center by bus (about 20 mins) and there are 2 bus stations outside the hotel. There are 2 streets nearby with almost full of restaurants. Very helpful and pleasant staff (pretty girls and handsome boys). The hotel is old and in traditional style but that's what we wanna experience. Nice breakfast as well. It's next to the Hyde Park where you can have a deep breath of the fresh air in the morning before you take the bus to city center.

Location is good. Near to Paddington and Lancaster Gate Underground Station. Plentiful of lines. Also near to Paddington Rail Station for Heathrow Express. Staff are warm and friendly. Always welcoming and helpful. Rooms are decently sized and clean. Good enough for a comfortable night sleep., however it does get cold in the middle of the night. All in all. Very nice hotel. Love it. Thank you for the hospitality.

The location is good. Walking distance to Hyde Park, Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Station. There are many restaurants nearby. Tried to contact the management of the apartment, not so responsive. Check in via given codes through email. Going in and out of the apartment will be using the codes given. My code to gain entrance to my apartment was supposed to change on my check out day but it was changed the night before checking out without being informed. A little disappointed.

I had mixed feelings when booking this hotel due to the mix reviews, however it turned out well. Pros- Location: very close to Paddington Tube Station & also London Paddington Underground station ( Heathrow express & national trains to other cities ie Bristol). The area surrounding was nice too. About 5-10 mins walk from both Stations. Service: this hotel has a lift! Cons: The room that i got was for 4 pax so it was slightly bigger than anticipated for just us 2. It could be a bit small & tight for families. The corridors are pretty narrow and small i have to say. It was a bit of a struggle to drag my large size luggage around the corridors because it was small. So if you have a big group, it's recommended to walk single file in the corridors. ;). Iron was not provided too.
