"ibis Styles Manchester Portland is an amazing property to stay in Manchester. LOCATION: The property is located at a 10 min walking distance from the Manchester Piccadilly train station and is conveniently located on the main road. The property is surrounded by cafes, coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores, which altogether makes it a prime location, especially for a solo traveler like. All places of interests are at a convenient walking distance of 10-20 mins from the hotel. CHECK-IN & STAY: CHECK-IN was seamlessly good. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. They explain about all the hotel amenities at the time of check-in and were kind of take care of my baggage post check out as I had time to kill before my train left and I could explore the city without having to carry my baggage. ROOMS: The rooms are colorful and bright. They have a stylish yet warm charm to them. I was given a room at the top floor and was not disappointed. OVERALL: Go for it! :)"

"a large hotel with an excellent location close to travel hubs at piccadilly gardens for the tram and piccadilly or victoria stations for the train. also well located for nightlife. check in was efficient. room was decent size with attached shower and clean. only con was the lift which is so slow i preferred to use the stairs on occasion."

"We love the location, which is right next to Piccadilly Station. Despite its busy location, the hotel is fairly quiet most of the time, except for a few squeaky trains pulling in/out of the station, and a random crew dismantling metal barricades and loading them onto a truck at 4am. For such a central location, the room rate is surprisingly competitive, especially for our group of 6 people. Our 2-room apartment comfortably fit all 6 of us with 2 twin rooms and a living room with 2 sofa beds. Our apartment has 2 toilets and a kitchen with washing machine, oven, stove, fridge and ample cutlery and utensils. We also appreciate the free (and fairly fast) wifi. The hotel has an on-site car-park which is expensive but is very handy as our group of 6 includes 4 seniors and many luggages. The hotel gets pretty busy during morning check-in and afternoon check-in. During these times, expect queues for the reception and for the lifts. "

"The SACO Aparthotel is located in the Manchester Piccadilly . We take just a few minutes walk to Manchester Arndale almost every day for shopping. In the meantime, we went to Tesco Metro on the way back to the hotel. I love the accommodation of this kind because the equipped kitchen is made full use of when cooking ourselves for the kids. It costs 10 mins' walk to the Piccadilly Train Station. What's more, there is only one block distance between SACO and National Express Coach Station. Overall, I chose the great hotel with the great location. Next time, if I have a chance to go back to Manchester again, I will definitely have SACO as one of my accommodation options. "Excellent value for money, staff were very helpful, right in the centre of Manchester, had a deal on breakfast if you booked in advance, large clean rooms. Was worried about noise as was in Piccadilly gardens, but had no problems. Would definitely stay here again. "
