I was a bit worried before I got here because of some low rating reviews. However, while I was staying here for two days, I had no difficulty staying here except I had to jump over my carrier. At least I could leave my carrier open on the floor, though. The room was clean during the stay (hotel will NOT change your bed sheets but Will make the bed for you). Shampoo, bodywash, and soaps were refilled. The room had a good air conditioner, unlimited hot water from the shower, and a small TV which had a minor issue(maybe resolution problem). Wifi was working fine and okay speed. I was also satisfied with the breakfast buffet. It had various menus and decent taste. I liked how they took care of little details such as preparing small plastic spoons for their yogurts. Although the price wasn't cheap for me as a traveling student, but it is probably because I booked the room a day before my stay. In general, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

We booked the hotel mainly due to its location. This is not our first visit to London, but this time after spending a week at the lake district we went for just three days to LOndon mainly for shopping and visiting sone places of interest. We booked a triple room as we have a son on 10 years. The rooms was spacious and comfortable accommodated three single beds. Rooms were cleaned regularly and were comfortable. Although we realised the breakfast space in the main restuarant is not sufficient. As the hotel was probably busy they opened up a banquest hall as well next to the main resturant and were serving breakfast there. However we had a pleasant stay and I would like to recommend always this hotel for people who are interested to stay at the heart of London and interested in shopping at the Oxford street. By the the conceirge desk in the hotel was great and they were very helpful.

Simply one of the best hotel in London. The rooms are great. The bed is big and comfortable, the pillows and the bed sheets are clean and comfortable. The lighting is perfect, the bathroom has heated floor, and the room temperature is just perfect. The only problem is that sometimes the card key have problem, but the receptionist could sort it out quickly. The location is very good, almost perfect. It's near to Hyde Park, near two tube station Queensway and Bayswater, and located near lots of foods and groceries. The room is also spacious, well-lit (using touch control lighting) and very clean. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. We have tons of requests but they help us in all of them. They show us the best way to visit the city, show the route to the coach station, and many more.

I was wowed the moment I stepped into the lobby. It looked so posh and classy! The staff are very helpful and friendly with excellent service. It just feels like a 5 star hotel. The next best thing about the hotel is its location. People who love to shop will definitely love it. You just need to step out of the hotel, turn left, and the rest is the whole street of shopping starting from High Street fashion along Bond street all the way to High End brands covering New & Old bond street. Marble Arch Tube station is just outside towards left side of the hotel and it is on the central line, meaning it's a centralized line and all you need is 1 transfer to most important landmarks like Piccadilly, Victoria and Leicester station or sometimes even direct without changing lanes! The only thing is given the fantastic welcome impression from lobby, the room is just plain normal and the housekeeping do not refill certain things. But still fine, given the above pros!! Love the stay!

This is the second time I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Churchill. It is a luxury hotel and the location is absolutely fantastic. The staff at the hotel are extremely welcoming and seem to go out of their way to do whatever you need, from the doorman to the reception to the Club staff. Really excellent. I booked a Club Room, which I highly recommend. The rooms are fairly standard, but large for UK standards. Well appointed and clean. The location is perfect. It is situated on Portman Square, which is a large park, which gives the impression of space. The hotel is a short walk to Oxford Street from which you can easily access downtown London to the left or towards Marble Arch and Harrods to the right. It is all right there. Nothing is more than a short walk away. The hotel has a small gym (don't forget to turn on the air conditioning, otherwise it gets quite warm) and is quite a happening place. There is a restaurant downstairs that seems always busy and the Churchill Bar on the corner. But if you want to get outside the hotel, there are lots of eating and drinking options that are London favourites. Room Tip: Book a Club room. The Facilities are very English and very enjoyable.

It was just average for the overall service of the hotel. Partly disappointed with the service the hotel provided. We arrived at 7am london time and the receptionist told us there was no room available for us until the next guest checkout at 12-3pm. Making a guest wait? Why hilton is not flexible enough for a better option to customer?. Second thing, she upselled us to an executive room at just for the first night stay on temporary before we moved to the room that we booked. To our second disappointment the room doesnt look like an executive, the room smelled of someone who just smoked in the room(where it's a non-smoking room), and the air con heater wasn't functioning properly. My husband and myself moved back to our deluxe room on the second night and it was much much more better and we were happy and satisfied throughout our stay in the guestroom. The view was also perfect and the hotel area was what satisfied us. It is nearby everywhere we're going. Nearby long stretch of cheap delicious halal foods, nearby underground(trains), and buses, marks & spencer supermart is just a door away from the hotel.

London House hotel is a good place to stay. The front desk staffs are very helpful. The cleaners always do the cleaning well. Taking the room with the garden view is recommended as every morning you will feel very refreshed just looking through the window. There are also some snack machine at the lobby if you wish to eat something. I am curious if the toilet amenities can include Toothbrush and toothpaste, it will be best. London House Hotel is quite near to both Bayswater and queenways station which is the best location to stay.

We arrived at The Landmark Hotel and was told we could check in early. We were so pleased and grateful to hear that our room has been upgraded to an executive room as it was our 15th wedding anniversary. We were given a guided tour around the hotel by two lovely members of staff who also showed us to our room. The room itself did not disappoint, it was breathtakingly beautiful. During our stay we also had cream tea at The Gazebo it was exceptional. Upon return to our room we had yet more surprises, strawberries, flowers and cards for our wedding anniversary. What a lovely touch! Breakfast in The Atrium was beautiful the Winter Garden is stunning. The service we received again was exceptional. Every single member of staff made us feel so special. We will certainly be returning soon to The landmark Hotel. This has to be the best hotel we have ever stayed at. If you want luxury, the best service from staff, beautiful surroundings, amazing food. Then this is your hotel! Well done The Landmark Team

Please indicate on Agoda booking form that NO TWIN BEDS are available. I was not told this BEFORE my booking was accepted and payment locked in. With the AGODA policy of NO REFUNDS for any reason, this meant that I could not do anything but continue with the experience. It would have changed my mind on booking if I had known. This said, It was a lovely room, bathroom, great shower and the body/hair formula of Rosemary and Cypress was heavenly. Thanks for that treat! Sign says: Best Possible Coffee which I will definitely have next time I visit, and stay at, The Pilgrm. Asked about the spelling of the name, and didn't get an answer that made sense. Seems a great marketing opportunity lost - MAKE UP A GOOD STORY if there isn't one already, why not! It's a distinction! Cheers.

I have re-booked this hotel as I had very positive feedback since my first visit (31-Mar to 06-Apr 2019). So I'm going to repeat the same comments during my first visit. My booked room was: Deluxe Double Studio (~ 18 m2). Despite the room was little small, I really felt like I'm in my home. Advantages: 1- The Hotel looks like new. 2- Most of the important and required items/facilities are available like: small pantry with dishes, coffee machine, water Kettle, Microwave, Fridge, Free WiFi, Iron, Good AC ). 3- The bed was very comfortable. 4- Good toilet and new. It is not big and not small. 5- The Hotel's location in between of two train stations (Lancaster Gate, & Paddington) within 3-4 min walk. 6- A lot of supermarkets are nearby restaurants, as well as Pharmacy. 7- Easy check-in and Check-out. 8- Very quiet Hotel. 9- You can ask for bottle of water any time free of charge. (They are not keeping it every day in the room) Disadvantages: No hotel restaurant

Don’t be fooled by the double / twin room (when selecting twin beds as preferences) it basically means which ever is available they will assign you. Therefore our preference was a twin bed but it wasn’t available until about 4 days into our 6 nights stay. (Involves asking every morning) lesson learnt for next time. Other than the staff was helpful. Location was the best if you plan to hop in a London tour bus or catch a train (less than 5 mins - less than 10 if you walk suppppppperr SLOW!) Didn’t take up the breakfast buffet on offer, but you have sooooo many options in the next street.

The hotel is located near Lancaster Gate station, and within comfortable walking distance to Paddington Station and Bayswater/Queensway (where there are ample of food options). We had two separately bookings. Our first booking was in the business double room. The room was new and clean. We had expected the room to be small (from reviews), but it was comfortable enough for two people, with ample luggage storage space under the bed. (You can open up your luggage and slide it in and out from under the bed to access your things, while ensuring that you have good walking space.) Basic amenities (shower soap, body wash, coffee, tea) were provided. Our second stay was in the executive double. Room was slightly older (though with a nice English home feel), spacious with additional amenities (including a coffee machine!). We initially had some concerns with our bookings, and wrote to the hotel to seek clarification. Manager Andreu had went the extra mile to help resolve our issue.

I had a 2 night business stay here. This hotel consists of 4 separate properties along Gloucester Place and this caused initial confusion. I had given the taxi driver the address on the booking, no. 51, but he dropped me at the first building on Gloucester Place he saw with a sign for Z Hotel. I walked to no 51 to be told that my room was in no 87. This initial confusion was soon forgotten when I arrived at no. 87. It is a beautiful Georgian townhouse, sensitively and recently converted to hotel use. It feels like an exclusive boutique hotel, of the sort that would cost far me than the rate I paid. The free wine available adds to the feeling of being in an exclusive club, rather than an inexpensive hotel. The room was nice, with fresh, clean decor and a comfortable bed. I didn't hear a sound and slept well. Breakfast was served at a communal table and include a good selection of breads, cereals and fruit. All of this within 3 mins of Baker Street tube station. A good spot.

We had booked two rooms for 3 adults on a one night stay. The best thing about this hotel is you can almost fall off the tube at Bayswater into the hotel. Upon arrival, the double room wasn't ready so they upgraded us to a superior room. The staff on the desk were very helpful and friendly. The room itself was very clean and quite spacious. Flat screen TV on the wall, very comfortable bed and big shower. As for the single room, this was a bit on the small side, rather cramped. The bathroom was tiny and nowhere even close to the superior room. The restaurant downstairs looked nice, but the menu was quite expensive. Overall a very enjoyable stay, and we've booked again for a few weeks time. This time we've booked the superior room as it's best not to take any chances. The price is still really cheap.

I agree with reviews that others have posted. You do get what you pay for. I booked a double room. And it was just big enough for a double bed. The bathroom was also small but modern and very functional. Nice shower and good water pressure. Coming from north america, I am unaccustomed to how small a hotel room can be. The hotel has two very outstanding features, the location and staff. You are steps away from Makenzie Gardens and minutes from Paddington station. I would get up early and go for a run in the park, and after breakfast go do the tourist thing. So easy to get anywhere from Paddington. The staff is awesome. Without fail, they were courteous, friendly and eager to help in any way. Oh, and the buffet breakfast was very good! Considering the location, and amenities and the overall costs in London, the Best Western Mornington has great bang for your buck!

This is my third time to stay at this hotel. I booked the executive room so can enjoy the excecutive lounge service. They offer non -stop drinks and food during specific time which is excellent which not many other hotels in Europe will do the same. Their breakfast at lobby is more than excellent!!! All the food is fresh and specially made. I really enjoy to stay at this hotel

Great place to stay while in London seeing a performance at the royal Albert hall. Doesn’t break the bank but is clean and fine for what we needed. Staff were friendly. Location is great, nice quiet neighbourhood. Minutes walk to the nearest tube on central line so we parked at Stratford overnight. Very easy to get to. Lovely walk through Kensington palace gardens to the royal Albert hall. Couldn’t have asked for better value. Don’t book if you’re looking for trendy it’s not that but it’s nicely decorated and my partner and I were really pleased all round. We had a small room but we only needed to sleep there, probably only spent 1 hour in the room awake! Great value. Great little find. We will definitely use it again when we need an overnight stay.

welcome by smiling staff. never hesitate to assist to answer all queries. got a double bed room with window, free wifi and comfort kids if you booked via agoda. happened to be the best room in the hotel. ours is a square room with double bed facing the main road. thought it will be noisy but quiet once the window is closed. very clean and comfortable. room is rather small if you have 2 large suitcases. very near edgeware road underground. lots of eateries around the hotels in various price ranges. very clean and quiet hotel. young and friendly service staff are very helpful. just be aware that you have to pay for every extra things needed. free wifi does not include the free us of pc. you pay separate fee. you even have to pay for a glass of hot water!!! nothing is free. surprise to find an iron room for ironing cloth. seem free (at last). overall hotel is very new, clean and quiet.

Beautiful hotel with good rooms and a delicious buffet breakfast. We stayed for 6 nights and had a room overlooking the main street on the third floor of this five story hotel. The staff is attentive and always willing to help. Outside you’re surrounded by embassies and classic London streets leading to Kensington palace just across the park. There are a few places to eat within a 5 minute walk - we recommend Little India - and a lot of options for food, drink, shopping, exploring, and entrances to the underground within about a 10-15 minute walk south. We always used the South Kensington tube entrance, though google recommends Gloucester. There is a tube entrance on the other side of the university that takes you to South Kensington without dealing with the crossing streets. I highly recommend the Queens Gate hotel and would happily stay there again.

The location is great if you travelling by train to/from Paddington. Walking within 5min. The hotel is under refurbishment. So its noisy during the day. My room is modern, clean and big. I like that there is a safety box in the room. Very good for 3-star hotel. No need to book room with breakfast since there is a nearby restaurant (IL gusto) serving all day English breakfast at 3 pounds only. You can leave luggage after check out for free. Wifi work very slow. However,I still recommended this hotel.

we booked this hotel a few days before we arrived for a fabulous price of £44 per room per night. the hotel staff informed us that it had completed its refurbishment only 2 weeks previous (maybe that was why the price was so good). the rooms were clean and fresh, with lovely bathroom facilities. the hotel has tried to keep the original features were possible with the original fireplaces in the bedrooms to add charm and character. the rooms all a kitchenette, tastefully hidden behind wooden doors, similar to those of the wardrobe. the kitchenette comprised of sink with liquid soap, drying towel etc, 2 ring electric hob, toaster, kettle, cups, plates etc.which we found great for a quick snack before bed and early morning breakfast (tesco express opposite tube station for food supplied). you can order a continental breakfast to be delivered to you door, but for a full english breakfast you needed visit a sister hotel across the road.

We travelled overnight to London from Qatar and were exhausted when we dropped our bags. A rather officious receptionist told us to return to check in after 3. We returned at 12:30 - too tired and cold to do anything but sit in the lobby and wait. She did nothing to try and accommodate us early and only checked us in at 2:30 because I went to her and asked if our room was ready. The only other problem with this hotel is the lift - there is only one and it's slow. You feel like you spend so much time standing waiting for it to either arrive or depart. The free internet is also rather dodgy - intermittent at best. Other than this we had a very comfortable stay with wonderful food and a good location.

When I arrived at the Leonard Hotel, I was greeted warmly with smiles, especially from this black haired girl (didn't get her name) who hurried out to the taxi to help us with our luggages, to picking the best room for us and giving information! Just so lovely and attentive. Once you have a good beginning, the good experience shall follow. I will definitely make the Leonard Hotel as my favorite boutique hotel to stay in London; Good service, best location (only 3 mins walk from Hyde Park and just 1 minute away the Oxford Street.) Xx happy

The day I was supposed to check out of my hotel room, I lost my internet connection. I don’t know if it was due to my international phone provider or something else. I couldn’t book an uber ride because of that. Stephanie at front desk was kind enough to help me check my phone setting. However it was so late that I had to rush to the airport. I decided to use the hotel transportation instead. When I got to the airport, Stephanie called me to say that I had left my valuable belongings in the room and that Chelina the housekeeper found them. I almost cried because they were gifts for my mom for Mother’s day. Stephanie shipped my lost items to the US. I am so grateful for the wonderful and honest staffs at double tree Marble Arch. Thank you so much Stephanie and Chelina! 🙏 You have no idea how much this means to me. God bless your good deeds and wishing you success and all the best things in life. ❤️

Alongwith my wife I had the opportunity to visit London and stay at this home away from home for a good nine nights. Befitting it’s name space has been best utilised by them. We stayed in a premium studio which was fully equipped and with ample space for a hotel in central London. Zoltan and Abdul at the reception were always very helpful. Abdul always smiling and even helped us with our luggage to the room . We had a late checkin which was extremely smooth. Since the reception is open from 8 am to 8 pm. If informed there is no problem at all with check in’s. We had a very bitter experience on the second day of our stay and were robbed of our passports and money at Oxford street we were helped by Zoltan to get printouts and other papers at his computer. The most in effective police department is that of the London police so be careful when you go to London because you are on your own no matter what happens do not expect the police to help. I would highly recommend this property.

I have been to London for 6 times and this is the best accommodation I have ever had so far. The decoration of the hotel is nice and romantic and the best of all is it's location. It's just 5 mins walk from underground station and Hyde park is just right next to it. You will find it super awesome if the hotel is so convenient when you travel in winter, no need to take long cold walk from tube station. And every morning, i can enjoy morning walk in hyde park that makes my london trip perfect.

I booked at good rate but room given is small. There is no breakfast provided and no airport transfer. All remarks given to hotel during booking is not being considered at all. There is no fridge but each room has a safety box. Staffs are okay, some are friendly but some are not. Overall, location is very near to tube stations within walking distance, there are alot of grocery and restaurants nearby

You didn't have to deal with anyone when it came to check in. They email you the instructions. Although mine went to my spam folder so I did not know this right away. I was going to pay for a room next door because I thought I'd missed the office hours or something and the guy was kind enough to tell me how they operate. So a bit more knowledge of that on the booking site would've been great seeing that I was in Europe from America for the very first time and alone. Other than that minor hiccup, everything was great. Location was perfect and the flat was comfortable.

This hotel is newly refurbished under new ownership. This is what we class as boutique hotels where I come from - old buildings converted into hotels. Old Victorian or Georgian buildings are famous for small rooms and pokey hallways so the Rose Park Hotel is no exception to this rule. If you're expecting bigger rooms, you should book elsewhere. As a family of 4 with grown children, 23 and 21; there was sufficient room for 2 large bags, a cabin bag and later on the purchase of a Brompton foldable bicycle in a box. The bathrooms were great. It was clean and new and everything worked perfectly. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and I would definitely re-book with this hotel again. The buffet breakfast consisted of toast, sausages, back bacon, sunny side eggs, stewed, skinned tomatoes, baked beans, cornflakes, muesli, milk, orange juice, tea and coffee. Sufficient but boring since this combination is served daily. Wi-fi was still being installed while we were there, so connectivity was possible only at the front desk or the breakfast room. What can be improved upon are better quality towels and phone calls that can be transferred and received in the rooms; we had to go downstairs to take phone calls.
