great place to stay to enjoy the tokyo bay area. you can get to see the rainbow bridge at night if you stay near this hotel. (the hotel does not have a direct view of the rainbow bridge.)the hotel is pretty convenient to the trains stations. there is also a mcdonald's located at the hotel itself, so food is no issue. the only issue i have is with the area - it's a business park with little or almost no nightlife nearby. this hotel is good if you plan to visit disneyland or the daiba shopping area.

we stayed for 4 nights at the grand pacific le daiba and had an absolutely wonderful hotel experience. being the hotel's off-season, we managed to catch it on a 60% off deal - we never would have been able to afford it otherwise! - but we were so glad we did. our room was enormous (comparative to most japanese hotel rooms), with an equally impressive/roomy bathroom. although we booked a smoking floor - it appeared to be the only option left on agoda - we requested, as a side note, non smoking and a room on a higher floor, but didn't seriously expect to get either request granted as we only booked 1 day in advance. as it turns out, they gave us their highest floor and non-smoking! our view of the city and rainbow bridge was phenomenal. the entire hotel oozes old-style grandeur and luxury, with several high class restaurants and bars. the staff service was impeccable - they were incredibly respectful and happy to attend to our every need. the hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to disneyland/disney sea, which was very handy to us - although even in off season, it's wise to book a day in advance. oh, and the hotel has it's own convenience store located on the lobby floor - so convenient if you're after a cheap late night snack or need breakfast on the go before catching an early train! while the hotel isn't located in central tokyo, it's only a short train ride (15-20 minutes) from tokyo teleport station into the heart of the city. but if that's not your cup of tea, there are at least half a dozen malls and shopping/entertainment/restaurant areas within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. overall, we had an incredible time at the grand pacific, and would heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, high-class hotel experience.

We stayed in Hotel Nikko for our first two nights in Japan before heading down to Kansai region. We used the Airport limousine from Narita airport which took us directly to the hotel entrance. We were very impressed from the moment we stepped into the lobby. The check-in staff gave us a free upgrade to rainbow ocean view rooms from the regular ocean view rooms, which had a magnificent view of the rainbow bridge, especially during night time. In addition, the room is considered huge compared to Japan standard. Be sure to use the complementary spa pass as the infinity pool with the rainbow bridge view makes a very romantic scenery. The Daiba station is right in front of the hotel which connects to all the major areas in Tokyo. If you are lazy, there is a big shopping plaza right next to the hotel too. Overall, I will recommend Hotel Nikko Tokyo to anyone visiting Tokyo.

My stay was quite pleasant. My husband and I chose this hotel specifically because of its shuttle services to and from Disneyland Tokyo. I did not like the fact that they did not offer wifi for free and it had to be paid for. Though it was not expensive to rent their wireless router, the quality of the wifi was still not so great. The hotel offered free internet via LAN cable, but that meant it could only be hooked up to once device. Other than that downside, the hotel was a good spot for a family with young children. They had a 24-hour Watsons in the hotel so it was easy to pick up daily necessities. You could also purchase your Disneyland tickets at the Watsons. The room was comfy, but not so big. It was enough to fit me, my husband, two toddlers and my 13 year old son. They didn't charge me extra for my 13 year old son after I told them I did not need extra amenities to be able to accommodate him, but they were still willing to book a family of five for their shuttle service to and from Disneyland as well as to and from the Narita Airport, which I thought was quite generous of them. It's within a business district but only about a 15-20 minute walk to Odaiba, which had a lot of family friendly spots for us.

We arrived quite late about midnight at the hotel, check in was fast with some brief description on the facilities of the hotel. Separate floors for male and female, those that stay in single dorms will have to place their luggage at ground floor lockers. We booked the double decker twin room thus luggage can be brought into the room. They provide you with a small basket with items like towel, face towel, free size (quite large) japanese style pyjamas, tooth brush and tooth paste. Shared bathroom for female but there are about 8 bathrooms and few separate toilets, each bathroom consist of two sections, one section is dry for you to place your clothes and for changing, second section is wet which is like normal bathroom, good quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided too. Hairdryer is available near the basin. Overall I will recommend for short stay.

Deeply attracted to it as the price point is lower then most of Tokyo hotels for that floor size. Was amazed during actual stay of 9 nights. I miss booked for 8 nights and book for another 1 night, and the hotel accede to my request to have the same room throughout. Surprise came when I saw a message chair in the room. The experience was divine, rubbing your sore muscles after a whole day of traveling. The room might feel cosy due to the massage chair and roomy bathroom. But was able to be comfortable with 2 opened 30" lugguage. No fitness corner/gym. If not will up a star

This is a very nice and modern hotel. We stayed in a 3 single bed bedroom. Very clean. Includes pajamas and slippers to relax which was nice. Has all the toiletries you would need. Has a mini fridge, hot water kettle, tea, tv, mobile traveler guide. The rooms have a shower, but there is also a hotel public bathhouse that you could join in that was nice and clean and relaxing. Only issue is that the hotel is a bit of a walk to get to from the nearest train stations. It's nice that there is a large Aeon across the street though. Otherwise a nice hotel to stay at.
