"location: near the bus stop for airport limo bus, near arang street (alleys full of restaurants), near olle market. near means, walking distance. 20 mins to waterfall and bridge too. service: not all the staffs speak english, if you ask for enquiries they will refer you to english speaking staff. Thank you for Ms. Chae (if i'm not mistaken), she help me booked a car and driver on last minute booking. the other lady at front desk also helpful, she drew us on map the shortcut way to the bridge. I lost the room cardkey then had to pay 50.000 won for penalty but i forgot to ask for the receipt for that. So i dont know whether it is true the penalty 50.000won or not. "

"We got a free upgrade to Junior Suite during our stay. I believe this is due to the room that we initially booked (Europe Double) are under renovation. We were initially happy but when we realized our room comes with 1 Double Bed + 1 Single Bed, we requested for a change but got rejected. The Junior Suite is very big. It has a kitchen, dining area, washing machine, and a big bathroom. The entire room is white in colour. The room is facing the sea which you can enjoy a very beautiful scenery in the morning. Our bathroom and toilet (separated) are clean but the toilet have a very strong cigarette smell. The air circulation is not very good in the bathroom area.The toilet is equipped with an advanced electronic toilet seat. The amenities/facilities provided in the room can be improved. It includes Shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer, towels, and two bottles of mineral water. It will be better if they can provide bath robe too. Outside of the room, in the common area is very quiet at night although the occupancy is very high the day I stayed in. This is due to the very well done sound isolation. You can hardly hear people talking even you are standing outside of an occupied room. The choice of the breakfast spread is very limited for a 5 star hotel. The taste is acceptable, nothing to shout about. Overall the hotel was ok, just think it should be rated just 4 star instead of 5. I would recommend this hotel if your budget is limited. "

"Enjoyed our stay here. Nice and clean place that looks quite new. Room was spacious although the sea view wasn’t that great. Place was approximately 10-15 min walk away from the shopping street and market. There are approximately 5 parking lots in front of the hotel, but if the lots are full, just drive a few metres ahead and turn left for a carpark. Staff was friendly. We opted to cab to hallasan yeongsil trail (30+min ride from hotel) the next day, the staff helped us to book a cab."

"We got a room overlooking the beautiful harbour and the Saeyeon-gyo bridge. The staff can’t converse much in english, you might need to use google translate. The location is walkable to Cheonjiyeon waterfall and the popular Rose Marin cafe which is situated right in front of the waterfront. There’s a laundry mat near the corner facing the main road, 3min walk away from the hotel. Which is very good for travelers who doesn’t want to bring a lot of clothes. The fee is about 4000-5000won depending on the type of washing you want and dryer is 500won for every 4 mins. It is also within 10-15mins walking distant to the Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market. You can also take bus to Mount Hallasan - Seongpanak trail which is about 20-30 mins. If you walk along the main road, you can find a lot of local eatery too! i hope this help anyone who is interested to visit jeju :)"

"My pet peeve was the fact that they turned the centralized aircon off because it was "cold season" (a practice I wasn't informed of in advance. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked here) This would have been okay if the window in the room was larger. Since there was no airconditioning inside the room, and the window was a small one (you couldn't open it all the way), the air inside the room didn't circulate as much, making my stay somewhat claustrophobic. Other than this, the amenities were complete and great. The staff were friendly and tried to answer your questions as best as they can (even though they didn't understand English as much, compared to the city hotels). The parking lot was big also. This is the opposite when it came to the the room, which was pretty small. I suggest booking elsewhere if you have lots of luggage. Overally, I'd consider staying here again if the airconditiong system won't be turned off. It was a good thing I only stayed here for two nights. I would have changed my hotel because of the "turned off" aircon issue."

"This hotel located near to the beach, convenience store and easy access to a few main attraction around Seogwipo. It takes 1 1/2 hour to reach by bus from Jeju airport. The hotel room is clean and I so lucky to get a window room facing nearby island. In the room, they provide tv with 200+ channel, heater & aircond, hot & normal water, smart toilet, drinking water, small towel, and toilet amenities. Hotel is next to G25 shop and another hotel and you can just walk for 3 minutes to get reach the nearby beach park. If you choose to get out from jeju city and find a peaceful area here the right place."
