The staff were polite and patient, checking in was a breeze. They do require a $100 deposit upon check-in so be aware. It seems that due to the low price and location there are alot of folks on hotel vouchers staying there. However, it is safe and clean on the inside. Great value if you just need a place to stay for the night in San Diego.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean the our room was since the cost of the room was reasonably low. The bathroom was very clean and the room had everything and extra stuff we needed. Easy to find with restaurants across the street. An medium sized outdoor pool would be perfect if there is a toilet/ change room next to it. Above standard motel with nice staff and lots of travel info available. Wash basin separately located next to the bed which was a bit weird. Overall it is a great place to stay en route a road trip.

We ended up here after being screwed over by another hotel. It was spur of the moment. HoJo didn't blink. They got us squared away quick and even had patience with us the next when it took us forever to leave. I would tell you...go stay at HoJo they are like family.

Concert was awesome and a big plus was walking by a million cars all trying to get out of parking lot. 1/4 mile to Arena. Room was very nice, could tell it was recently updated. A little pricy for parking and breakfast but location was worth it. Very quiet.

Very good location and easy access to most attractions in San Diego. Staff very good and helpful especially front reception. One of the best so far I have encountered. Cleanliness top notch. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip.
