Great hotel. Room a good size with gre at bathrooms. Fascilities with gym, pool, ....is a great part of the hotel. Easy access to the mall is convenient, and means you can easily get those forgotten items. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Our breakfast was good, the coffee was the best. Staff is the best part of the stay they are friendly and helpful and always willing to help. From dropping off the car, to the staff greating you with a smile and Arabic coffee. The check in and check out was amazingly quick and friendly. The luggage to room efficient and the small problem with the kettle was resolved in no time at all. Wonderful hotel with a local feel, with professional and friendly Arabic hospitality.

Al-Ain is very spread out. We had a car, so in the end where to stay became less relevant based on location, as we knew we would need to drive everywhere to see some of the attractions anyway. Ayla wasn't particularly close to any of the places where we wanted to visit but that wasn't crucial. The hotel itself, food options and parking were. Therefore Ayla ticked all our boxes. It was reasonably priced compared to other Al Ain options yet had very good standards. Clean, touches of class and a very comfortable room standard. The TV channels were among the best of many hotels I have ever been to too, with so many film channels in English. My wife and I spent hours at night watching great Hollywood movies! The pool was compact but nice and the gym, excellent for a hotel standard. It was a big, big plus that there was free underground parking (get the car out of the sun!) and never a problem to get a good parking space. The hotel is opposite a decent mall, with all the obvious food choices that kids could go for. It was a pretty decent mall in fact - large enough to shop and wander in and had entertainment etc there too. Al Ain is not blessed with as many hotel options as Dubai and Abu Dhabi, so for me, Ayla should be near the top of the list of options (at the price we got). We certainly would stay here again.

i've always liked being in al-ain, uae as well as staying in the al-jimi area of al-ain as well, which is very landscaped, laid back and relaxing. the al-massa hotel is well designed and comfortable to be in, but it's a bit too pricy with being in us dollars range or dirhams per nite, which is very high when/if you are transitioning from a pervious job which ended over 3 months while still search for other options in the uae, which i've been doing, but have't found yet. i still like and think well of the al-massa hotel, but hope that they'll start to change their policy with having a weekly or monthly rate, not just nightly rate for someone such as myself who as stayed with them 3 times so far in recent months. there needs to be a new policy where some one such as myself who have stayed at al-massa regularly in recent weeks/months should be able to get some discounts/rewards for near future stays at al-massa again. weekly or monthly rates need to become part of al-massa as well starting soon. as the saying goes, less is more". when things are cheaper or more affortable, then they can get more guests to stay with them. thanks

We loved it! We were only booked for 1 night at 2-bedroom suite and we had to extend another night because it is just great! We were given a pool access room. The suite is fully furnished with kitchen, laundry room and balcony. It was very clean and the best part of our stay is that it is very COZY! The pool is great too with temp control. The staff are very friendly. The lifeguard (Randy) is very attentive and customer service driven. He even taught us to play table tennis and would give out swimming instructions to young kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

On entering the hotel expect to be greeted by a pleasant smiling crew, hotel room are great spacious and great view. Hotel equipped with a great swimming pool for adults and children, nice gym child room, table tennis table, a pool table and a squash court, small golf course. Breakfast is a treat with a variety of food for all. One of the better hotels in term of service and food. Only draw back for me was the swimming pool open at 9am so those who love swimming early hmmmm but worth the wait. Overall would rate it with 4 stars. There is the hot water spring not far away and the top of the mountain view is great. Place look awesome in the nigh.

This hotel is a nice hotel for singe, couple or family stay. I have stayed there a few times and the staff is pretty nice. The rooms are fairly clean and void of roaches and any other bugs. It's a good safe place to rest. There is no breakfast and i didn't experience any dining, but food is easily accessible, if you have car. No gym or pool that i saw. Just short stay and the basics. Overall a nice hotel.

This was our first time at Al Bada Resort . We are a family of 4 with 2 young kids and we enjoyed our stay here. There is a play area for kids, buggy riding, horse riding and paintball at reasonable rates. the pools need cleaning, we did not use the swimming pools because of this reason. Otherwise, this is a quiet and peaceful place to be, not much noise. BBQ is not allowed in the villas area but there is a separate area with tents where we can book a tent for BBQ and it is allowed until 12 midnight only. The city is only 10 minutes away from the resort so we can drive outside to buy food , there is an in-house restaurant too. Also, they allow food delivery inside the resort. Villas are spacious, we stayed in a 1 bedroom villa. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. we are definitely going to back to Al Bada resort.

I have only one opinion about the food that we order in the restaurant. That was “farmer’s grill i think, when they deliver it to our room it was already cold and the taste of the mushroom is not tasty and bread was hard and cold. Maybe the chef can do something about it? But anyway, we enjoyed the place, there was this lifeguard we met he’s name was Stephan, he taught as basic swimming lesson when I’m at the pool with my wife for FREE! It was fun, he’s a good guy. What he’s doing is really good for the hotel’s services. The hotel management should kept him forever as a lifeguard. He’s an asset to the hotel. We will definitely comeback there when we have some extra budget. 😂😂🤣🤣 Overall the services was great. My wife likes the room so much. She even told me she wants to comeback there again. She made a Vlog actually and we’re going to post it on youtube. 😂😂😎😎. Insha’Allah we can visit there again soon. 👍👍
