I was going with my husband on a special trip. We come from far so we know it had to be a good place. I loved the view and the pictures from the hotel especially the pool. I packed so many swimming outfits to find out the pool was closed. It was so hot outside for the pool to be closed. I didn't even receave a warning about the pool situation. My husband was really disappointed. Also, the hotel looked really lonely, like no one was there. It was quiet and clean but the staff were not welcoming at all. Very disappointed about this place. Requested a refund to book another hotel.

Overall is excellent, safe for solo/duo traveler & i don't mind to stay here again. 1. Room is cozy & super big.. booked for Superior Twin but got Deluxe Family Twin to our self. 2. Super clean bathroom (bathtub & rainshower) with all amenities provided. 3. Lobby have convenience store for quick snack top up at midnight. 4. Walking distance to Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market, DIY coin laundry & shopping areas. 5. For those driving, there's always ample parking space so it's very convenient. 6. Staff able to speak simple English & they really helpful in explain to us. 7. Hotel is bit hidden in between of the road so you might miss out the hotel entrance at the 1st time if you not familiar with the areas.

The breakfast was good with pretty solid choices that included western style...probably could have used a little more Korean variety but that's really a personal preference. There was no lunch nor dinner when we stayed, but the hotel had only been open for 3 days and was not truly complete. The rooms were great...we had two different types. The rooftop pool is not a true pool but more like a very large Jacuzzi. It was pleasant, and the view from the rooftop is top notch. It's only a couple of blocks (uphill) from the airport limousine stop (world cup stadium). Cab ride into Seogwipo was between 5,000 to 7,000 won...which was reasonable. There are restaurants within walking distance and an E-mart as well. Overall, it was a nice place to have as a "base camp" for site seeing.

It's quite close to Olle Market and it takes only about 10 minutes on foot. The facilities are well-maintained and the price of the room was reasonable. There's no convenience store in the same building of the hotel, but the good bakery is on the first floor, and you can use the 24-hour convenience store across the street. The only downside of the property is there parking system. There're a few parking spaces in front of the hotel, but they're usually full and you have to use the car park inside the building. When you drive into the indoor parking lot, there's a staff who's in charge of valet parking service. It's good in some way and doesn't take that long if there's no one waiting, but you'll have to wait for long if there're other customers waiting since they operate one car lift.

Pros - Staff are very helpful and friendly (It was a pity I could not remember the staff's name that helped me to book a taxi and go extra mile to write the address in Korean to show the taxi driver) - Room is clean and spacious - Many restaurants in walking distance for you to choose - Walking distance to Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market - Was assigned to the room with mountain view (Excellent view of Mount Hallasan, too bad it was covered by clouds throughout the 2 days - Convenience store located at basement level - Breakfast was nice with several varieties to choose from - Valet parking Cons - Although they have valet parking but it could be a hassle as you have wait for them to retrieve the car. The waiting time could be worse if there are people retrieving their cars at the same time. Which is why we decide to travel by Taxi for dinner as it was raining.

Group travel, and we had different experience with different room. The mountain view and ocean view family room are wonderful! feel like five star hotel with wonderful view. while a 2-ppl room has no view at all, a blue building is just 1m in front of the window.......and thus the room has no sunlight all the time..... but the hotel facilities is great, there's a small spa room with every basic things you need ( hot and cold tub and sauna! ) which is not easily found here with such a budget price. Location is great also, just 5 mins away from the world cup stadium, cafe, restaurants were nearby and the public spa and e-mart is just 15mins walking away from the hotel. 15mins bus take to the Seogwipo city center.

The hotel located in a quiet area but not far from town. It's clean, modern design and room facilities provide all needed (heater, air conditioner, refrigerator, cup and electronic kettle, bath set, hair dryer and TV). Although the restaurant area doesn't open yet and there is no nearby convenient store, its location is easy to reach supermarket and downtown. Hotel's staff understand English quite well and able to give a good advises for most of my questions. This is surprised me because when I booked this hotel, Agoda website told me that hotel's staffs can not communicate in English!

the hotel garden is so beautiful, it is an attraction by itself. scenic view of garden facing the sea and panoramic view of halla mountain. within 10 minutes walk to so-jongbang waterfall and slightly further along olle trail 6 are jongbang waterfall and chenjiyeon waterfall. easily accessible from airport by airport limosine bus no. 600 at krw5,000 per pax without prior booking. regular bus interval at 15min throughout the day from 6am to 10pm. within 3 min taxi ride to seogwipo city center.

This property is a work of art. The view is breathtaking, and our room (HyeongJaeSum - deluxe double with balcony) was beautifully designed and well integrated with the natural surroundings. Breakfast in the cafe was also very good, and the staff was quite helpful and friendly. The general location is okay, though there isn't much around. (The resort is a few miles east of Seogwipo, whereas most of the high end hotels and tourist attractions are in Jungmun, which is west of Seogwipo city.) It was really difficult to find, especially because our GPS directed us to a super tiny dirt road. The drive up the hill is pretty tough, especially in the dark. Also, the bed was pretty hard and reminded me of a college dorm mattress. All in all a pleasant stay.

The room is spacious. With a large glass window, you are able to enjoy the view around the hotel. My room is facing the Saeyeon bridge, the night view is amazing when the Saeyeon bridge light on! Though it was only a single bed and a double bed, but it is large enough to fit 4 of us. Bed is comfy, washroom is spacious too. Oh, and a definitely plus plus point, opt the breakfast! Not much varieties and it's just simply nice!

I'd recommend this hotel to use as a base for exploring Jeju - it's far enough from the Seogwipo centre that the area's not really busy (so easy to navigate around) but not too far. The room was adequately sized and clean. The reception staff didn't speak great English but we didn't expect nor need them to. We didn't eat any meals at the hotel because there was a good Sundubu restaurant a couple of minutes walk away (and plenty of others within a short drive) and a Paris Baguette close by which was fine for breakfast. The wifi worked well for us.

It is a very centralized and convenient location within Seogwipo. It is just next to the Maeil Olle Market thus will not have issue finding food. The staff and the parking attendant are all very helpful. Staff at the reception able to speak little bit of English but no issue with Mandarin. The issue I have is that the room is too small for a double bed room. If you have 2 person with 2 or 3 luggage, definitely no way to place your luggage much less open it. If you are a solo traveller with not much baggage, and don't mind tight spaces. Can go for it due to the convenient location. The hotel has limited parking lot so best to return to the hotel earlier in order to secure a parking lot. Good thing is the parking is free for hotel guest.

This is a great place to stay, though keep in mind it is a little out of the way, being neither in Jungmun or Seogwipo, but awkwardly in the middle. The airport limo bus from Jeju Airport, fortunately, stops right outside the hotel, but to get to either Jungmun or Seogwipo, where most things are, you'll need a rental car, the bus or a taxi. That said, it's very peaceful, quiet and lovely right where it is. The staff are great, the breakfast is good and the rooms are clean.

Pros (mostly): Modern, comfortable, clean room at a good price, and a great location in the heart of the restaurant district, just a short walk from the Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market. Cons (very minor): It may have just have been because it was a public holiday long weekend at the time we were staying, but parking was somewhat in short supply and a bit chaotic; parking guy was very helpful and patient however in finding us on-street parking opposite :-) Front desk staff were polite but English was a bit limited. Unable to provide complimentary toothbrush/toothpaste, which you might expect from a 4 Star hotel - they apparently ran out but we subsequently saw a (1) toothbrush in the cleaning staff's room supply cart on our floor.

The young woman at the checkout counter was extremely helpful in helping me with my daily plans for hiking the Olle trails as well as climbing the trail to Hallasan. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The spa was not huge but quite clean and adequate. The location is not very exciting but it was actually nice to be away from the busy areas. Buses are very close and there are some quite good restaurants in the area.
