This was our second time staying at this hotel. It was very clean, no smells, etc. I requested the first floor when a reservation was made, and they put on on the 7th floor. This was not a problem until we returned from being out that evening to find the elevator out of order. My boyfriend has fibrotic lung disease and he is the reason why I asked for the first floor. ...This was our second time staying at this hotel. So I went to the office to complain and perhaps get a different room, some compensation, etc. and all I got was "we're packed, try again tomorrow. You're staying for a few more days, right?" Seriously? Morning comes, elevator still is not fixed and now we're faced with having to leave and descend the stairs, and some random guy waves us down and tells us about the maintenance elevator. A random guy. So you know what? We took it. Apparently, other people were hip to this as well, because it was stopping at every floor on the way down. WHY the front desk didn't tell us about this option the evening before is unknown.

I ended up with $ 715 hold on my card from Saturday until Tuesday morning because hotel had to book me as walk-in Reservation . I will never book again with Agoda ! If your a traveler who has a dog good hotels are hard to find. The Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando is great for a family with a pet. They have plenty of space to exercise your pet, rooms specific for your needs. The hotel is located right across from Point Orlando shopping and restaurants so if you want to go out for dinner your not far away. Also their buffet restaurant on site or Zebras lounge serve good food at very reasonable prices. The Rosen Inn is also only about 5 miles from Disney so travel is a breeze. There are three pools to relax by and a 24 hour on site store for snacks, coffee etc.

This is our second International Drive hotel, the first one, Econo Lodge, International Drive pales in comparison to this one, go for Hampton Inn and Suites for better value for money and faster service! We checked into the hotel with no hassle, the friendly staff let us into our room which was ready, much earlier than the designated check-in time! Check-out was hassle free too! One con is that there isn't any bell service but you can borrow a luggage trolley/cart up to your room. We had six luggages and they can all fit into the luggage trolley with no problem. Breakfast was fun where you get to pour the mix and make your own pancake. Quite a spread of choices at the buffet too. We were only there for one night so nothing much to complain about the food! Not sure if they have variety for a whole week or not.

My kids liked the fact that they could make their own waffles (choice between plain and blueberry). The inn offered guest laundry services and gladly provided change for the machines. Negatives: The area serving breakfast was small and cramped around 8-9am as the inn was full or nearly so during our stay. We booked a room for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). We were given a room on the ground floor (wonderful!) fitted with a sleeper couch. Unfortunately, the sleeper couch was not made and only three bath towels supplied. We had to set up the sleeper couch ourselves and make the bed. I had to ask for extra bedding and towels, which was promptly brought to the room.

The rooms were very clean and every morning the staff was cleaning the outside of the property... wiping down doors and windows, mopping hallways, sweeping the pool area. It was very clean. The pool was a great size and the water temp was perfect. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were adequate size. The breakfast was great also! If you want to stay for the later things... parade or fireworks or water show, you need to either drive or Uber back to the room. The location was great! Right off International Drive and right across from several restaurants within walking distance and also a short walk from the CityWalk.

The hotel was mainly used as a base for access to Disney, and the surrounding attractions for us. There are currently some works ongoing adjacent to the pool area which cause some disturbance if you are looking for a relaxing pool side vacation, otherwise no disturbance was felt. We did not eat at the hotel as International drive a short drive away has many well known restaurants covering all types of food, we also ate at the theme parks no restaurants at close enough to walk to so a car is essential. Over all the location of the hotel to all theme parks meant that access to them all was no more than a 20 min drive. Access to the state highway No 4 and also to the state turnpike made this hotel an ideal central location.

This by far was the worst place to have breakfast. From what i can tell trying to get to the food. The seating area is a decent size. nothing to big truthfully you would have to muscle your way to get to it. there was people wall to wall standing eating. . total madness.... the area had to be over fire code specs. i never got to eat the breakfast. there was no possibl...This by far was the worst place to have breakfast. IF you feel like pushing your way threw people and being bumped it numerous times and no apologies then thats the breakfast for you. on the other hand the staff in pool area were great they were good with the children and cared about the safety of others. the food at the tikki bar in pool area was excellent.

The room was very good for the price, the breakfast was v nice (nicer than the more expensive Holiday Inn), all represented very good value for money. BUT!! We had a HUGE issue finding the hotel - my husband couldn't get it on the Sat Nav so he just put in the number on International Drive. We couldn't find it where it says it was so we drove up and down this massive drive ot finding it at all, eventually finding another Comfort Inn on a back street and getting directions from them. The hotel is set along way back from international drive, unlike all the other hotels and is hidden behind other restaurants. To compound this it has a TINY sign at pavement level so impossible to see if you're driving, esp in the dark. We wasted over an hour trying to find this hotel. To the hotel management - please do something about your signage!

We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel room smelled, the sinks did not drain water properly and toilets didn’t flush properly. Complained and was told they would be fixed but they were not. Breakfast is included but be prepared for massive line ups. Only one toaster...that too with a broken handle for the entire hotel to use. Rooms also are not equipped with microwaves and only one in available the main lobby. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. Hotel staff did not do anything to make our stay more comfortable.

This location is close by some of the attractions and stores. Access ways are busy especially the main entrance to the left going to the convenient store. Stayed there a couple nights, no room cleaning service, the AC unit was humming as loud as a jet engine like when sitting close to the engine on a flight and it's not even cooling that well neither. Hidden cost is to much. They have this fee that's $50 per night on top of taxes. This fee and taxes added up to a big figure pretty quick. If location is critical, this is an ok place to stay. If location is secondary, it's not worth it. The fees kill any deals they have. We paid a total that would amount to a five star hotel but got a 2.5 star hotel.

I just love this hotel so much. For such an affordable price roughly a night this hotel really is worth so much more. everything was just great, the service from the staff was really excellent. the front desk people were so kind and were a big help trhoughtout our stay. the free breakfast was just right nothing to fancy but definitely enough to keep your day starting ...I just love this hotel so much. I have stayed in this hotel for over 5 years already. I am a repetitive client very often; however lately, there is this new lady that came on board that is not pleasant to deal with. She doesn't smile, not friendly at all and she seems to be bothered every time I asked for assistance or help. i.e. I have asked for a bag of ice and she wanted to charge me $1.00 after...I have stayed in this hotel for over 5 years already. I am a repetitive client very often; however lately, there is this new lady that came on board that is not pleasant to deal with. She doesn't smile, not friendly at all and she seems to be bothered every time I asked for assistance or help. i.e. I have asked for a bag of ice and she wanted to charge me $1.00 after I told her that I have never been charged for this, she decided not to charged me and went on to get it but with a bad attitude. This young lady is the one that stand in the breakfast podium right when you checked in with her and writes your room number and the number of guests attending the breakfasts. I guess she forgot that (guests) are the reason why she has a job. We shouldn't be a burden to her job or daily activities. I guess customer service is not a department but to have the right attitude. you want to do business with people who appreciate your business and this lady doesn't appreciate it.

One of the toilets had problems and would not flush completely. Kitchen had all necessary items to cook etc, which was great. Downside to the stay is that the suite smelled the moment we stepped in it had an odor that appeared to maybe be mildew or moldy. The odor was prominent when walking in to the suite so i know it was that specific suite. Due to the smell, i would not book here again. The pros: the staff was very very helpful. I felt the front desk was amazing, the breakfast was decent, the premises were clean, the pool area was clean. Everything was within walking distance, restaurants, entertainment
