Arrived in tagbilaran by ferry and before even getting off we look out into the city and saw a building that was higher than the others. Had a hunch that it was the Belian hotel but wasn't sure. We were thinking that if it was that, then we had scored because it was very close to the port. As we exited the port, it became clear that it was the hotel! So that was good. ...

This hotel is so efficient. From the time of arrival everything went like clockwork. Met at the airport by the hotel driver, smooth checkin and room ready and clean. The only thing lacking is that they are a little robotic in there questions and answers. The exception to this rule is the doorman. He is the friendliest and most helpfull guide a hotel could have. I had t...

One of the best budget hotel in Bohol. The staff were extremely accommodating. Breakfast was good and they also have free transfer from and to the airport and the seaport. I never expected that their driver drove me to the terminal without me asking. This was just beyond extra ordinary service. I hope that they have blower in their bathrooms but overall I still highl...

We walked from the ferry terminal to this place. It is a nice spot away from all the activity of the city. Rooms are nicely decorated, clean & comfortable. TV has a wide range of English channels. Breakfast was good. It is in walking distance to some ok restaurants. Only issue was a bunch of young kids in the reception area, appeared to be on the wifi network which mad...

The Hotel is new. Great room facilities, just wish that they have bidet in the toilet but it's not a problem to us. bed is comfy and air conditioning unit is good. i am surprise that the room we booked has its own terrace. the very best part is that the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices and tastes good. my 3yr old toddler loves to watch in their Smart T...

It was AMAZING, the staff was SO accommodating. Our ferry kept getting cancelled due to the typhoon, so for four days in a row they were able to rebook us. They had their 3 year anniversary party and invited us to partake in dinner, drinks, and karaoke. They offer breakfast with the room purchase which can be delivered to your room in the mornings! They have room servi...

Very friendly and helpful staff, the best we have had in the Philippines. They arranged our washing for us very quickly and helped us with directions and ferry times. They were really lovely! The breakfast included was good, especially the French toast with mango. The room we had was very nice, clean and comfortable and had big windows and was spacious, however our f...

Our stay was good. though the breakfast was not buffet but enough to make your day going. There's a free Airport/hotel transfer and vice versa. The hotel is so near in th airport and city so the one to pick us up at the airport is already their 1 hour earlier. Minimum fare in tricycle from hotel going to city and terminal of chocolate hills is Php8/pax but starting 10p...

The hotel may appear to be aged but i think it has to do with its design. But overall the hotel is very nice esp their restaurant with lots of china. my wife loves the place. The bath tub that we had was very clean and functional with very hot water system.

Because I had a transfer in Manila, I needed a hotel for 1 night close to the airport. Darunday Manor (on the outside of the building: Budget Hotel) is on walking distance from the Domestic Airport (Terminal 4). Since my ATM expired a few days earlier, I arrived with a problem: I didn't had enough money for the terminal fee for the International Airport. So I descr...

This hotel was 5 minutes from the ferry terminal. The hotel itself is situated close to a few malls and shopping centres everything is about 5 minutes walk or the little trikes cost 8 pesos to ferry you round. The hotel is clean and tidy has everything a traveler needs staff are also very nice and can't do enough for you. Would go here again.

I went to Tagbilaran with 2 friends and we stayed at MetroCentre Hotel. This is one of the more upscale hotels in the city. Since they will be leaving the next day and I will be left alone in Bohol for 2 more nights, we looked for a budget hotel/inn where I can stay. We canvassed 2 to 3 hotels around a budget of less than 1000 pesos a night and all the choices we had w...

Good value for money. can walk to the ferry station for about 10 mins and 7 mins to a 7-11 shop. Bathtroom is small and shower is right on top of the eash basin but this is expected for the price. Wifi was good! theres also free water in the lobby. the personel (especially the reception girl in the morning/afternoon) was very nice.

Location is ok, in the center of Tagbilaran, not far from the port though in a small dark area when night comes. Same remark as for Panglao, demand is apparently higher than the supply that's why I felt it was quite pricey for what you get. Room is really basic of a local hotel, bed is ok but not really comfortable, no blanket. It was noisy in the morning and it also f...

Wifi was fast which to be honest I did not expect at all. AC unit is old but new. TV is old but has cable. Appreciate the free breakfast (longsilog and cornsilog). This was just right across the jeepney terminal where you can get to Alona, Panglao for 20 pesos.

It is my first time booking online, though a bit hesitant, I find Haven and gardens Hotel a perfect choice. It has a good location - near the airport. Though our room is in the 3rd floor and no lift, it was the least of our concern. The room itself is clean and spacious. The staff could have been friendlier and accommodating - the reception I mean. But there's always a...

Basic accommodation for a night with no restaurant and a shower in need of some work (I do not like having to flip a 220V breaker on and off repeatedly while standing in a wet shower to get hot water). However, a short distance away was the Bohol Tropical with excellent food and waterfront setting where you could spend the $40 you saved by staying at the Kode.

I would not return this hotel again. First, my room was taken by others when I got there even though I fully paied it through agoda. The staff could not speak English and no warm shower, very old room and facility. The wall was also very thin... Only positive side is the price. Never stay in this hotel again.

well, i booked using agoda but it's not necessary if you travel solo and want their less expensive rooms, as they aren't available on that website. i paid €18 or $24 via agoda, which was the cheapest price available, however if i had just walked in, i could have gotten a room for a bit less. they had plentyof rooms available. there are cheaper hotels in tagbilaran. th...

We choose the Chriscentville Hotel at this time because there was no electricity after the earthquake in Bohol. This was the only Hotel with an 24 H generator. The Hotel Price was very Cheap so we didnt expect much. You have to book a Executive Room to be able to look out the Window. Lower Categories dont have any Windows. There is a good Aircon in the rooms and our ex...
