"We spent 6 days at Henann hotel. Facilities are outstanding with pools on 4 levels. Though it is a large resort, everybody could easily find a space. Service and staff were diligent and so nice. It is a recent hotel so everything is clean and good quality. Bedrooms are large with all luxury equipment. The hotel is located at the city center (do not go there for isolated/remote holiday type); very easy to go out and enjoy many restaurants. Beach is a little bit crowded as it was not private to the hotel. But enough sunbeds for people who want to lie on the beach. Plenty of diving centers at foot range. Our reservation would be on the food at the hotel restaurant. Though it is better than other Philippines hotel, it was still disappointed. Breakfast was a buffet and could satisfy almost any culture. But food was not very tasty (but better than other hotels). Overall one of the best hotels!"

"I booked a deluxe room planning to stay for only a night. But I just can’t leave my room so I booked another til my flight back! Pros: - Hotel is new and clean. Saw ongoing constructions, but never heard it from my room. - Room is big with balcony overlooking the pools. - I love my bed with all the soft and smooth pillows and comforter! - Near Alona beach passing through Henann Alona Resort. - Free to use the pools of Henann Alona.;) - Since it was my birthday trip, I requested for a cake. Funny though, I found a 3-layer cake-towels in my bed! Thought it was it. An hour later, a real cake with staffs singing happy birthday surprised me. Thank you! Cons: - Breakfast buffet venue is at the convention center. You have to go outside. - Mosquitos. "

"Staff girls are really cool, helpful and lovely. All rooms are very spacious , clean and comfort. Very near to Alona beach and you can book your Bohol tours with them little cheaper compared to outside travel agencies. We didn't find any Indian restaurant near by to have some spicy food for our dinner then the staff helped us providing the necessary ingredients and vegetables to cook for ourselves in their kitchen. This turned our stay at Bananaland Cottages more comfortable. They accommodated our request to change to another room without any additional charges. We first stayed Nipahut Cottage Room is old Filipino traditional house, the challenge with this house is, ants if you throw food on the floor and moths if you switch on light in the night time. Next day, we changed to an apartment room. If we go to Bohol again, this is the place to go for sure."

"It was our first time to travel to Bohol. I wanted to book 2 nights at Bohol Beach Club but the resort was full due to renovation. Dumaluan Beach Resort is just beside Bohol Beach Club and they share the same beautiful beach. My friend who recommended Dumaluan Beach rather than Alona Beach (where the nightlife is), was a genius. I got the Junior Presidential Suite at Dumaluan Beach Resort which was just perfect. Our room was a few steps from the beach and the restaurant. Though they serve many delicious dishes, the free breakfast buffet was simple and not comparable to the breakfast served when you stay in a hotel. The day tour and island tour offered by the resort were reasonable in price but I still managed to find a cheaper one outside the resort. The driver we hired for the day tour looked like the late Filipino actor Rudy Fernandez but with lots of tattoos and earrings. Though he looked tough and mean, he was a sweetheart, funny and a true family man. We enjoyed his tour. (Never judge a book by its cover.) The resort offers plenty of Aquatic Sports you can avail. The resort has a small dog named Goliath. The dog can swim and snorkel. If only I can share my video. At night, they have an excellent band playing good music, rock, bossa nova, jazz, classic old songs. What a way to unwind and drink up. The resort is 3 kilometers away from Alona Beach where all the bars and restaurants are located. 20 minutes away from the airport and Tagbilaran City. This place is just wonderful. If Bohol (Panglao Island) is like Boracay, Dumaluan Beach is a station 1 resort. Alona beach is like Puerto Galera. Tagbilaran City is like Kalibo, Aklan. "

"We stayed for 11 days and had a lovely time. Although there isn't much else in Bohol apart from chocolate hills and the tarsier sanctuary, we had a lovely time because the hotel was good. It is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool has a lifeguard full time, the beach is clean and there is a games room for kids if it's too hot or raining. Because we have specific food requirements', the restaurant staff were very accommodating. "

"I can definately recommend regents park as a relaxing good value for money accomodation, the pool was fine, food & price great and would it again if i ever visit panglao again. Very much enjoyed our time after a very busy business year. We stayed during new year, had great weather, service, good food, good friendly service. We were my wife, 3yr son, myself and my wifes parents, everyone enjoyed the resort and the short walk (10 mins leisurely walk to Alona beach). There is a very nice restuarant at the botanica tarsier gardens with great views (no tarsiers, snorkelling not great). Food was good, gardens quite interesting for something to do with kids. There is no kids menu at regents but we could buy a carbanara for 260php (£3.50) so not a big deal really. Staff were friendly and tentative, theres not a lot to do on pang lao but that is part of the appeal, of course beach, sea, snorkelling, diving are all great. Sat in a cafe on a beach for hours moving from swimmimg to playing in the sand with the boy to eating and drinking, watching life go buy & relaxing and costing less than £10! Great days!! "

"That was our second hotel on Panglao, we booked it like a day before, because we decided to stay few days longer here. Check the location- it is around 20mins walking to Alona Beach and to the restaurant/pub area. We were using motorbikes so it was fine, for walking I think a bit far. Also away from the main road, like a at the end of a side road. We fell safe, I don't how about girls. We had a suite on groundfloor, in front of the pool. A living room with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enough space for our group (5people). Aircon was working more than fine, room was cleaned up every day, the personel was very kind, allowed us check out a bit longer and also stored our luggage for few hours. The guard has opened the gate many times at night, without any problem. Intercontinental breakfast included for every guest - nice addition. Just few people were in the hotel in this time so the pool area was just for us. "

"Very nice hotel - peaceful - not front beach but its totally fine you can just rent a motorcycle to roam around - 10mins from airport - 2km to alona beach - 50kms if planning to go to chocolate hills, tarsiers, floating restau. We'll definitely go back"
