Great hotel. Room a good size with gre at bathrooms. Fascilities with gym, pool, ....is a great part of the hotel. Easy access to the mall is convenient, and means you can easily get those forgotten items. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Our breakfast was good, the coffee was the best. Staff is the best part of the stay they are friendly and helpful and always willing to help. From dropping off the car, to the staff greating you with a smile and Arabic coffee. The check in and check out was amazingly quick and friendly. The luggage to room efficient and the small problem with the kettle was resolved in no time at all. Wonderful hotel with a local feel, with professional and friendly Arabic hospitality.

Al-Ain is very spread out. We had a car, so in the end where to stay became less relevant based on location, as we knew we would need to drive everywhere to see some of the attractions anyway. Ayla wasn't particularly close to any of the places where we wanted to visit but that wasn't crucial. The hotel itself, food options and parking were. Therefore Ayla ticked all our boxes. It was reasonably priced compared to other Al Ain options yet had very good standards. Clean, touches of class and a very comfortable room standard. The TV channels were among the best of many hotels I have ever been to too, with so many film channels in English. My wife and I spent hours at night watching great Hollywood movies! The pool was compact but nice and the gym, excellent for a hotel standard. It was a big, big plus that there was free underground parking (get the car out of the sun!) and never a problem to get a good parking space. The hotel is opposite a decent mall, with all the obvious food choices that kids could go for. It was a pretty decent mall in fact - large enough to shop and wander in and had entertainment etc there too. Al Ain is not blessed with as many hotel options as Dubai and Abu Dhabi, so for me, Ayla should be near the top of the list of options (at the price we got). We certainly would stay here again.

The filipina receptionist was well experienced and didn't even take 10 minutes for check in. We have booked 6 rooms and all rooms were neat and clean. The 3 things which needs to be fixed 1. Had to wait for bath towel almost 2 hours 2. Bathroom drainage is not maintained well, water was coming out of the drainage pipe if the shower pipe was on for 5 minutes 3. TV channels are only Arabic.

Assistant Front Office Manager Mr. Redhat and other two staff members (one male and one Filipino female) were very polite, friendly and shown a good hospitality. Two of our rooms were upgraded. Rooms were spacious and very clean. There was a supermarket in the hotel building itself and the hotel has it's own parking, which is a plus. Due to COVID situation, we were not allowed for self-service of breakfast. So, for each and everything we had to look and wait for a staff member in order to respond to our need. All the restaurant staff members "need to learn hospitality and also should learn how to treat the guests". We can understand that they were under pressure, but that should not be shown towards the guests. On the other hand, both the Chef were very kind, friendly with a great helping tendency (even though they were under a really high pressure). Both the chef even tried to serve some food for us and other guests. When we were checking-out we met a staff member from Goa (hope he is the housekeeping in-charge). He too was very friendly, kind enough and checked with us regarding how was our stay and were we happy or not. I remember the bell boy 'Jana', who was so kind and behaved in a very friendly manner with our kids. Overall, our stay was satisfactory, except our experience in the restaurant. I am mentioning Average service below, only because of the restaurant experience. I forgot to mention that the food items were also very good, tasty and hygienic.

We loved it! We were only booked for 1 night at 2-bedroom suite and we had to extend another night because it is just great! We were given a pool access room. The suite is fully furnished with kitchen, laundry room and balcony. It was very clean and the best part of our stay is that it is very COZY! The pool is great too with temp control. The staff are very friendly. The lifeguard (Randy) is very attentive and customer service driven. He even taught us to play table tennis and would give out swimming instructions to young kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hospitality from the hotel..I went there for my wedding Anniversary and the hotel surprised us with chocolate cheesecake which added a special touch to our anniversary..Hotel is overall good..Swimming pool is big and open until 2300hours..it also has a bar..and the view from the property is breathtaking.. Only disappointment was that their checkin is at 1500hours and check out was 1200 hours next day...they could not grant our request for an hour extension on checkout...loved the service otherwise

This hotel is a nice hotel for singe, couple or family stay. I have stayed there a few times and the staff is pretty nice. The rooms are fairly clean and void of roaches and any other bugs. It's a good safe place to rest. There is no breakfast and i didn't experience any dining, but food is easily accessible, if you have car. No gym or pool that i saw. Just short stay and the basics. Overall a nice hotel.

Due to the nature of my job (I am a tour manager), over the years I have stayed in many hotels, either for business or for pleasure. I have seen many excellent hotels and many not too good ones. Ayla Bawadi Hotel was excellent. Quick check-in and check-out with friendly staff. Room was spacious with modern design. Clean. Bed was very comfortable and finally I found a hotel that has big pillows as I prefer those. Swimming pool on the roof was very nice, especially as I had a 3-year-old child travelling with me. She enjoyed it. Good selection of food for breakfast. The location though isn't great if you don't have your own wheels. It is not in the centre of Al Ain but few kilometers south, just next to Bawadi Mall (with great shopping opportunities). But I had a car so no problem there. I guess the walk-in price is a bit high but I booked this hotel months in advance and got excellent price. Would love to stay here again when in Al Ain.

This was our first time at Al Bada Resort . We are a family of 4 with 2 young kids and we enjoyed our stay here. There is a play area for kids, buggy riding, horse riding and paintball at reasonable rates. the pools need cleaning, we did not use the swimming pools because of this reason. Otherwise, this is a quiet and peaceful place to be, not much noise. BBQ is not allowed in the villas area but there is a separate area with tents where we can book a tent for BBQ and it is allowed until 12 midnight only. The city is only 10 minutes away from the resort so we can drive outside to buy food , there is an in-house restaurant too. Also, they allow food delivery inside the resort. Villas are spacious, we stayed in a 1 bedroom villa. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. we are definitely going to back to Al Bada resort.

I have only one opinion about the food that we order in the restaurant. That was “farmer’s grill i think, when they deliver it to our room it was already cold and the taste of the mushroom is not tasty and bread was hard and cold. Maybe the chef can do something about it? But anyway, we enjoyed the place, there was this lifeguard we met he’s name was Stephan, he taught as basic swimming lesson when I’m at the pool with my wife for FREE! It was fun, he’s a good guy. What he’s doing is really good for the hotel’s services. The hotel management should kept him forever as a lifeguard. He’s an asset to the hotel. We will definitely comeback there when we have some extra budget. 😂😂🤣🤣 Overall the services was great. My wife likes the room so much. She even told me she wants to comeback there again. She made a Vlog actually and we’re going to post it on youtube. 😂😂😎😎. Insha’Allah we can visit there again soon. 👍👍
