In general, the hotel is one of the more beautiful hotels on the island, but pity portion of it was under renovation during my stay there which kinda spoil the beautiful feeling with construction vehicles around and construction materials all over the place at the wind mill area. The service is great but the carpark is not directly linked to the hotel underground if you are driving hence there is a slight imperfection there especially if it happens to rain. On the plus side, there is a collection of restaurants nearby within walking distance which offer various korean food (including bbq black pork), Jap food, chinese food and donuts.The Teddy bear museum is also nearby, next to the restaurant which one of our main objective on the island.

Hotel was so clean throughout the rooms and facility, it was a pleasant stay! Their customer service was also awesome, greeted by staff from parking lot, and assisted with luggage all the way to your room. Staffs were so polite and kind. Their follow up service was amazing !! They were even avle to trace back call history and assist. I would rate this hotel 5/5 for their professionalism in serving customer with their clean facility and excellent customer service!!

The hotel was located at the south of the jeju island and is very convenient to many sightseeing attractions of the island, such as teddy bear museum. The aiport shuttle service also makes a stop right in front of the hotel if you arrive early! The hotel itself has a 200 steps staircase that leads to the beach! if only it was summer, it would be so convenient for us! Two for Two. Checked in to Bayhill the two times I've travelled to Jeju and have absolutely no regrets doing so. Thoroughly enjoyed my first stay back in 2017 and needed no persuasion to check in again this time. Just as I remembered, the check-in process was amazing - done over a cup of tea and cookies. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful - managed to secure us some last minute tickets to The Nanta show too.

The buffet, coffee shop and bornga(bbq restaurant attached to hotel) was delicious and value for money! Especially the bibimbap and bbq at bornga is a must eat! It was my first trip to Jeju Island. I would definitely recommend Benikia hotel Jungmun to anyone who is visiting Jeju Island, especially Jungmun area. It's a clean and cosy hotel with friendly and kind staffs who would help you with everything you need. The receptionist spoke in English. He helped me to find my lost iPhone. Close to everything Cheonjiyeon waterfall, museums and other attractions including teddy bear museum, trick eye museum, play kpop, a chocolate museum and so on. Actually, it was just a 15min walk from everything. Also, it's close to Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff and a beach.

Ambience of the place is good... very cozy and well maintained. The room is bigger than what was on the picture. The service provided by the hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. They even go the extra mile to ensure things went well. I booked Booyoung hotel on line on Agoda.com at around 6 pm, took a flight, arrived at the hotel after 10 pm. When I was checking in, I showed the front desk the Agoda confirmation email with a full payment, but they would not honor it. They told me to run my credit card otherwise, I will not be able to check into the hotel room. I had no choice but to sign, otherwise, they are considering me trying to stay over night for free. I signed, and now I see the Booyoung hotel charge showing up on my Credit card statement in addition to Agoda.com charge. I informed Agoda.com customer service, and I hope to get a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice, the staff members courteous, the location is good, and it is a nice hotel (for those people who do not have a billing problem).

There is a laundry shop at this location Cheonjeyeon-ro 214 (064-738-8474) and there's a self-service laundry just two shops away at a lower cost.

The staff was extremely friendly. I arrived late on my first night and they assisted with ordering food from a delivery service for me (tasty chicken, pizza, and beer). After that, it was down hill. The AC unit in the room couldn’t be plugged in as it’s mounted too high above the door. The WiFi had issues cutting out on me and I couldn’t connect all my devices. This property is part residence and part hotel. Room is actually a 1 bedroom apartment. It comes with kitchen but sadly missing pots and utensil. At least there's a washing machine but panel is in Korean. There's quite a number of eateries around. As we are only staying for the night, it suffice to say that it exceeded my expectation. Overall, it's a good place to stay if you're exploring the southern and western coast of Jeju Island. Just remember parking lots is limited so you might have to park along the roadside.

The owners were nothing but amazing! They greet you each time you come through the door and are genuinely helpful and concerned for you! As the pics show, it is a beautiful new and modern building that was clean and comfortable. Great views of the ocean from the balconies, and its located centrally to all the sites in the southern area of jeju, so nothing is more than...The owners were nothing but amazing! There is a nature park just below, where they have an amazing free swimming spot with a wall in the sea. Fresh water flows down from the mountains and mixes with the waves! So beautiful!
