I'd sincerely give 5 stars for this Hotel. The hotel Operators are really thoughtful. They responded to my special request through Agoda v fast. Toiletries provided include hair brush, hair tie, even branded face oil & facial removal oil , small disposal towel and bath salt! The rooms are big compared to City hotels. Cleanliness is 5 star! The 3 bedder is gd for even family of 3A & 2K. Breakfast spread is v good. Downstairs, there is a laundromat where u can wash & dry laundry for ¥300 and ¥100/half hr respectively. Saves the trouble of having to bring dirty laundry back. In terms of location, it's literally in front of USJ and v near JR. Just next to the hotel, there r plenty of eateries & u can buy the Osaka Amazing pass from the hotel next door (Keihan) to get around to Tempozan Harbour Village by Captain Line fr the Universal Port nearby. There u can visit the aquarium for a fee, take the Santa Maria cruise & Ferris wheel free with the pass. Truly love my 3 day stay there!

The hotel is closest to the train station among the other hotels in the area but the other hotelsare situated closer to USJ. I like the fact that there is enough supply of food during breakfast. If u also intend to take a short trip to Kaiyukan aquarium and tempozan, the hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the port. My fave part is that they also provide PJs to adults and kids.

This is the hotel that is across Universal City subway Station. Also very close to the Captain Line ferry to Tempozan Village (Marketplace + Ferris Wheel + Osaka Aquarium) There is Lawson convenience store at the 1F. Their lobby is at 2F. They have coin laundry machines as well and our floor has free ice cubes to offer. The staff are very helpful - they have a counter for luggage deliveries to other hotels and airport and we bought our ferry tickets from their reception as well. 100% recommended and will definitely book in our next stay in Osaka.

Staffs were friendly and public bath room was spacious. Also, this hotel was very very clean and easy to access public transportation. However, some travellers were 'extremely' noisy and their noise made me get up at 2:00 a.m. Even some of their children shouted everywhere; in the hall as well as even in public bath, but their parents didn't take care of it. Also, they opened the door for the dress room in public bath room even though it was next to hall. I had to close the door because the room was very private for women only. Everything involved in these noisy people were stressful and unexpected. This was my first time not to sleep well during my every single night. This hotel should control this kind of noisy travelers perfectly and made their rooms or their floors separated from other nationalities if needed. If not, I would not go there nor recommend this hotel to others.

This is the best hotel i’ve stayed in japan so far. I was in osaka for a business trip and had to be in Intex so the location for me was perfect. If going elsewhere though, you will need to walk to trade ctr mae station which is just 10min away with convenient walkways. The best thing about this hotel was the room. I’m used to small, cranped rooms everytime i visit japan but this was just so spacious. Cleanliness is top notch as well as service. This is japan after all. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would book again if ever i need a convenient location near Intex

Friendly staffs. You can get your teabags and bathroom essentials beside their counters. They have vending machines, microwave oven and coin-operated washing machines on the first floor. Hotel was like a themed place, quite entertaining to look at the decorated walls and lifts. Room and beds are spacious, i booked a standard twin room. The have a 7 eleven right next to hotel which is awesome. A moderate long walk from USJ but it’s a manageable walk for me and my aunt. I like the place and environment in general. The downsides are i found a few stains on the wall, bedsheet and bathtub base. 2 strands of hairs are found on the bed too lol. The washing basin emits a little sewage stench once in a while when you use the tap there. Other than these, the place is quite pleasant.

I like staying near where I intend to visit. This hotel was made for visitors going to Universal Studio Japan. Apart from USJ, we took the Captain line (ferry) which is just across the street to go visit Kayukan (aquarium) and followed by the Ferris Wheel. Some may enjoy bringing the whole family to Legoland which is just opposite the Kayukan. Nothing beats a quick route to the hotel after a long day

fantastic location. JR line from kansai airport goes direct to Bentencho,costing only Yen1190 . Porta Inn can be seen from Bentencho station. S Rapid is the fastest. PortaInn is a new hotel. so it is very clean and got friendly staff. Free simple breakfast is good. Enjoyed the japanese rice with condiments and there is nice scrambled egg and sausage. Ask staff for direction to the family run Kyushu Ramen Store. It is directly opposite the Family Mart. Yen650 for a nice tasty bowl of ramen and Yen300 for the nicest gyoza I have tasted in Osaka. I would like to have a bigger mirror.

If you're quite on budget but still want to stay in a hotel that is very near to USJ, this is the best place for you. A few minutes walk and you're there. I love how friendly the staff are. They even help us to get the room we wanted since our agent messed up our booking. The place was accessible to almost all shops and you have variety of choices of food resto. The place was so clean and staff were very accommodating. The only difficulty we had was communication. Not all can speak english so may want to learn to speak a bit of japanese. I would like to stay there again if ever we visit japan again.

our stay at the hyatt regency osaka hotel was wonderful. the hotel is located in the bay area but we didn't mind being away from the busy crowded downtown areas. public transportation is very easily accessible. we stayed in a queen room on the regency club floor which was very spacious, had a great view of the bay/harbor, was spotlessly clean and comfortable. every staff member provided superior service. i was previously a manager in the front office of a leading 5 star hotel so i have high standards and first hand knowledge of what it takes to "win over" your guests. i highly recommend the hyatt regency osaka hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Well, I was there for a concert so this hotel is pretty near the venue, just 5 mins walk to the venue. However this hotel is oretty far away from the nearest train station but it's still walkable distance, probably around 15 to 20mins of walk, you can hitch a cab if you want because it's gonna be cheap. Anyway, this hotel is nice by itself, the surroundings outside hotel gets abit dark in the night due to lack of lamp posts around so i wouldn't suggest a single lady to stay here. Oh one last thing, the staffs don't really speak other languages except Japanese.

It's a little off the usual tourist spots but if you're headed to Universal Studios, this place is great for its proximity. The rooms are small but charming, beds are comfortable, sheets are divine and you can even do your laundry on one of the floors! We were only there for 2 nights so didn't get to explore the area nearby much but there're quite a number of convenience stores in vicinity. We also didn't get to try the vinyl players in the rooms, what a shame! Their counter staff was a really friendly guy who spoke good English and was incredibly helpful but never over lingered. We absolutely loved our stay here and we would definitely return! Love the iced latte we ordered at the hotel too!

The room is very spacious and almost every household stuffs are provided except for iron, very near to the train station, one thing that we had a little bit of problem is the check-out time was different from the booking site, we found out that check out time is one hour earlier than the one written in their front desk tablet so, we had to rush checking out. I called the staff if we could extend but my request was not granted. I will still recommend this place to friends and family. If we will go back to Osaka, we will book this place again.
