I arrived at Heathrow on Sat, 2:30pm at T1, my connecting flight is next day at 9:30am in the morning at T4, so I decided to book this hotel for convenience. From T1, I took the underground to come to T4 (did not charge anything on the Oyster Card), once arrived at T4 underground, the hotel is well-signed. Follow the signage to the Arrivals level, walk to the end and ...I arrived at Heathrow on Sat, 2:30pm at T1, my connecting flight is next day at 9:30am in the morning at T4, so I decided to book this hotel for convenience. From T1, I took the underground to come to T4 (did not charge anything on the Oyster Card), once arrived at T4 underground, the hotel is well-signed. Follow the signage to the Arrivals level, walk to the end and take a lift to go up to Departure level, then there's a door leading towards a covered pathway (about 5 mins) and it would lead you to the reception of the hotel. The check-in process was smooth, make sure you ask the staff for the free wifi connection password for use in the lobby area (Do NOT enter your room details or else they will bill you), the signal was steady and strong. The single room (Room 184) that I got was quite spacious [compared to the other London hotels that I stayed at] with good lighting and I presume it was a 42 inch LG flat screen TV in the room, it was a joy. Room was clean and I couldn't find anything to complain. Tube from Heathrow T4 to central London, e.g. Oxford Circus took a little more than 45 mins, plus the walking from hotel to the tube, you will be in central London in 1 hour and it's £3.00 for non-peak hour using Oyster Card. I would recommend someone staying at this hotel again if they use T4.

I had a great stay here at the Park Inn by Radisson London Heathrow! I easily got myself from Heathrow airport and caught the Hoppa bus which took me directly to the hotel. The hotel was lovely. My room was large and had a kettle and tea and coffee facilities. I had booked my room on Agoda with a breakfast. That buffet was the best I had in my whole trip around Europe....I had a great stay here at the Park Inn by Radisson London Heathrow! I easily got myself from Heathrow airport and caught the Hoppa bus which took me directly to the hotel. The hotel was lovely. My room was large and had a kettle and tea and coffee facilities. I had booked my room on Agoda with a breakfast. That buffet was the best I had in my whole trip around Europe. The variety was outstanding! It was amazing and really delicious. They even had carrot juice! I was transiting here for about 12 hours so i was able to have a great sleep, wonderful breakfast and even made use of the facilities. I enjoyed a workout at the gym, a swim in the pool and a session in the sauna! It was a comfortable, easy and refreshing stay here. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is transiting at Heathrow. It was a high quality stay for a very good price.

If you are going into London, getting into London from this location is a 1.5 to 2 hour ordeal, I would NOT recommend this location if you are intending to do much in London. If your stay is on the west side or around Heathrow, then this is a good place to base from. The bus from the airport is £6 while a taxi will be around £16 but the taxi is a lot easier and you won't have to wait.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and gracious. The food was a little pricey for the menu, but having a restaurant in house is convenient. The hotel does not provide its own shuttle to the airport, so options are to ride a commercial shuttle bus at 4.50 pounds each or take a taxi, 16.00. these rates seemed high given the distance to the terminal. With three people we went for the taxi, which came exactly when ordered, picked up our bags, and dropped us at the terminal doors. Very low stress! We would stay here again.

Over all catering services are okay at best, it is fair for its value and the quality, is it unpleasant? no. But food are unremembable after consumption at a airport price facility on the edge of the airport. Staff was experience but due to lack of organization it is some times too busy and unorganized at busy hours, they do try and add the effort of efficiency and not delay the customer rushing to the airport, at a such busy hotel services is understablely lowered, one early and non peak time, even parking benefit for early check in for would be nice.

The Welcome Biscuit was really a delighted surprise and thumbs up for making the customer feel good. Of course, the biscuit tasted delicious too. The next big thing which I am immensely happy about is the room. I booked the room on Agoda for 3 guests. When I entered the room, the bed for the third person is already set up ready to use. I am impressed. Next the room is clean and tidy. The complimentary tea and coffee section was well equipped and I found hot chocolate which is real good. There is even a pack of walker cookie, which is cool. Also there were two complimentary water - one still and one sparking. Next the bath rooms are clean and the toiletries were really very good quality. The showers hot and cold water mix works perfectly without much adjustment or waiting time. The beds, pillows and blankets were soft and comfortable. Overall, the stay were excellent with nice comfortable room and good staff service. The probably minor negatives were the room windows are just next to the car park lot. We can see the cars clearly just in front of the windows. So, if you like bright sun light to come in but are concern about the possibility of being seen from the outside, then it is still wise to close the curtain. I did not really check but I believed the windows are tinted and cannot be viewed from outside.

On the first day we sat near the waffle station and it got quite busy, so avoid that area, although the chef at the egg station was very welcoming and friendly. There are also food vending machines. There is good parking, but I think there is a charge for overnight parking. If you are dropping off or picking up, you still have to take a ticket at the barrier but the first 30 minutes are free. The hotel is walking distance to Hatton Cross tube station, and getting to the center of London takes about 30 minutes. There are several shuttles from the hotel to the airport, starting early and finishing late.

Similarly, there does not appear to be a regularly scheduled bus, but a chartered National Express bus can be arranged at set times through the front desk for 5 pounds. Ask for the bus to arrive earlier than you need in case it should not arrive on time. At one point, I contemplated a long walk to the airport, but the terrain of large highways between hotel and Heathrow seems to prohibit this. The White Hart pub down the street has a number of fine real ales on tap and quite adequate pub food.

The hotel staff was beyond friendly and curtious, the English breakfast was tasty and filling, and the bathtubs (a rarity in China) were large and accomodating. I would deffinaely stay there again. One caviet, though, the hotel does not offer free internet. You must pay for this. So if you expeiance issues with your connection (which I did), you must find an internet cafe' in Sough. Otherwise, a most enjoyable stay.

In the morning, we were about to purchase tickets for the Hopper Bus at the conveniently located ticket machine in the hotel lobby, but a hotel staff member told us that it was practically the same price for two people to get a taxi. She ordered us one which arrived in 5 mins, and was definitely better than the hopper bus. We will definitely choose Ibis again! It was excellent value and close to the airport.

The shower was over the bath, which is normal but not suitable for me. I would recommend it for its reasonable price so close to Heathrow.

My last day in London before I had to leave the next day I was lucky to have found this really nice hotel. Very close to the airport, but not right in the middle of lots of other hotels and noise from Heathrow airport. It is kind of tucked away with trees around it making it sort of secluded. A little patio table for two outside the door made it really nice to relax and reflect on my trip the last night. They have a really nice restaurant and you can also sit outside on a nice day like I did and have lunch or dinner. They have a late evening menu and even 24 hour cold sandwich room service menu. This was nice as I had a late Sunday Roast there when I arrived around 3 pm and wasn't hungry at my usual dinner time. I had a nice simple sandwich and a glass of wine around 11 P.M. which was just all I needed. The bed was comfortable. The heavy drapes kept the light out when I took a much needed nap in the afternoon after a week of constant running and seeing the sights I wanted to relax my last day there before my long flight home. They called a taxi for me in the morning when I left and got to the airport very quickly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to be close to the airport for convenience but yet have a quiet, peaceful time and a chance to be outside in nice weather. The staff was very polite and friendly. I would definitely go back to The Stanwell if ever in London again.

Also, many of The rooms had ac issues and we were told taken out of order. It's April- room would be brutal if much hotter temp outside. Also beds and pillows on hard side. Staying again there just before leaving London. Good for price.

As an artistic person, I couldn't have chose a better place to stay. Everything about the Hotel including, the exterior and interior design provides a positive stimulation. The color coordination and theme are perfect and inviting. The staff are cool but at the same time professional. It surely holds its own as one of the best hotels in the area. As an individual that's in an out london around the clock I find myself leaving in hotels a lot. Now it's not that it's possible for me to stay elsewhere, there is surely no hotel like Moxy. It is a different concept compared to standard hotels and Marriott are definitely on to something with this one. You can only judge the place after staying there, give it a go.

It was a pleasant experience after my long haul flight and baggage delays, just to get to my overnight hotel quickly and be met by staff who attended to my check-in promptly and professionally. The hotel has a bar that serves good quality bar food. This is ideal for the weary traveller. A restaurant is also available. The restaurant looked quite full which I always take as a good sign. The room was clean and well presented, internet access available (at a small charge). The following morning I awoke refreshed, had an excellent full buffet breakfast and then got a taxi to Terminal 1 which only took a few minutes. I opted for the taxi as opposed to the shuttle bus because of the large amount of luggage I had. My stay was a pleasant one and I would definately stay there again on my next overnight in Heathrow.

When looking for a place to stay I looked for one with parking. To my horror when I arrived the 3 spaces in front were taken. Although better parked there could of been 4. I was informed by a member of staff that I would have to park in a side street. This marred my whole experience. I was told by the owner in the morning that he would of moved his car!
