it was my first time in Tokyo and didnt know what to expect. first of all, i had the queen executive room. it was small, yes, but not as small as other hotel rooms in tokyo (since i visited my friends' hotel rooms in roppongi during the same trip). everything was quite perfect. sufficient for my needs and i loved the onsen on the rooftop! background about me: i stay a...it was my first time in Tokyo and didnt know what to expect. first of all, i had the queen executive room. it was small, yes, but not as small as other hotel rooms in tokyo (since i visited my friends' hotel rooms in roppongi during the same trip). everything was quite perfect. sufficient for my needs and i loved the onsen on the rooftop! background about me: i stay at 5 star hotels and expensive boutique hotels when i travel, and i must say that the location and charm of this hotel has made me decide to stay there again when in Tokyo. i dont think anyone would regret booking this hotel for the price and what you get out of it...

This hotel is located in the center of Roppongi, no matter you want to take Hibiya Line or Oedo Line, you can walk to different entrance to take the metro easily. If you want to go to Roppongi Hill, it just takes you less than 10 mins walk to there and you can enjoy the best city view!! And the hotel room is relatively bigger than other rooms in Tokyo, at least th...This hotel is located in the center of Roppongi, no matter you want to take Hibiya Line or Oedo Line, you can walk to different entrance to take the metro easily. Location: right next to Izumi Garden complex with a wide variety of eateries. The hotel sits atop subway line providing immediate access to anywhere else you care to explore in Tokyo. For business, downtown Marunouchi district less than 20 mins away. Service: friendly and helpful. Vending machines in hotel ok, but better to walk to nearby family mart or Izumi Garden for lower priced snacks or sundries. Daily newspapers only in Japanese. Rooms: these smaller rooms superior to most of this class of hotel. Remarkably could hear no noise from adjacent occupied rooms. Free internet access a definite plus. Mini refrig large enough for storing reasonable amount of perishables. With breakfast included, exceptional value for money. Stayed 4 nights. Would stay again.

A great hotel with excellent facilities - a very decent gym with a good sized swimming pool. Staff at the hotel were very helpful - We visited during the Sakura season, and concierge was most helpful in pointing out the best places to go for this seasonal attraction, along with making recommendations for food and reservations to our chosen places. There's no shortage of good food options near the hotel, and even a convenience store across the street, along with a medicine shop located closeby. The hotel is also located near a train stop. Highly recommended!

I have been visiting the Center on December 2008. Modern, nice, clean with co-operative staff (English speaking - it's good for foreigners from all over the world who do not speak Japanese). I was surprised to meet a lot of visitors from different countries, if i'm not mistaken they were from USA, Finland, Spain, United Kingdom etc. I saw not only tourists but business...I have been visiting the Center on December 2008. Modern, nice, clean with co-operative staff (English speaking - it's good for foreigners from all over the world who do not speak Japanese). I was surprised to meet a lot of visitors from different countries, if i'm not mistaken they were from USA, Finland, Spain, United Kingdom etc. I saw not only tourists but businessmen and even musicians (artists). Also I liked a lot the quality of restaurant (breakfasts were tasty, different meals, Japanese and continental choice - very good that they are thinking about different cultures for cuisine preference). I also liked the venue - the very center of Tokyo-city. You can find cultural sightseeing near by also - fantastic. Metro station and other transport opportunities are available - that's convenient for inexperienced and regular travelers. Thank You very much!

The room (semi-double) was clean, quiet and very well equipped, the bed comfortable, the bathroom big enough with basic products on display, the personal very nice and ready to help. If you don’t expect a view or a fine breakfast (here you can nevertheless grab a banana, a piece of bread, some butter and ...I stayed 3 nights in this hotel and I’m globally very satisfied. The room (semi-double) was clean, quiet and very well equipped, the bed comfortable, the bathroom big enough with basic products on display, the personal very nice and ready to help. If you don’t expect a view or a fine breakfast (here you can nevertheless grab a banana, a piece of bread, some butter and jam, coffee and tea to your room) it is the perfect place. The location is excellent. The personal doesn’t really speak English but they really did their best to understand with a digital translator and answered my demands. If you are a smoker there is a tiny smoking room downstairs. For the current price I think it is a good deal in Tokyo (about 100€/night).

You just need 6 minutes walk from Grand Hyatt Hotel ( if you ride Limousine bus from Haneda Airport) Only 1 minute walk to get famous Roppongi Crossing. The staff very cooperative, they can full fill my needs (exp, I booked Twin Bed Smoking room, but they gave me King Bed non smoking room. They got me Taxi, They send my luggage savely, and They give me information about tokyo subway properly). Also the equipment of the hotel is complete (even though the room is very small). I loved the tolietries, very good and looks expensive (I love the shower bath soap). Definitely will come to this Hotel again, and will tell our relatives to book this hotel too.
