Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ginza is very new, modern, and clean hotel with great facilities located close to Ginza shopping and dining area. Moreover, you can find 7-11, family mart, and lawson natural around the hotel, extremely convenient! Ginza-itchome station (Yurakucho lline) is just right beside the hotel, but I prefer taking few minutes walk to Ginza station which is ...

Stayed for 5 nights in a double room. Good size compared to other hotels in Tokyo. 7-10 min walk to JR Shimbashi Station and 5 min walk to Higashi Ginza metro station. Staff are not fluent in English but they try their best to help. To Narita airport, we took a cab to Tokyo Station (less than ¥1000) then express airport bus. 7-11 below the hotel, Lawson’s across the...

We were traveling for our honeymoon and wanted something nice but not too expensive. Even though it may be pricier than some other hotels, you pay for the awesome location (sheltered all the way to Shimbashi station, and connected to Ginza station. And just one stop away from Tokyo station). The guest relations staff were really helpful in making reservations for us an...

We had a great, two-night stay at the Sardonyx. We were put in a smoking room at first (which was probably my mistake when I booked) but they quickly moved us to a non-smoking one. Staff was really friendly and helpful throughout. The rooms are equipped with lots of small touches that we really appreciated, like large bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower, f...

I loved my stay at the Millennium Mitsui and I will stay here again in the future, possibly every time I visit Tokyo. The furnishings are comfortable and modern and the lobby is beautiful. It's perfect walking distance from the fish market, a main train station and I couldn't be happier with their staff if I tried. I came down with tonsillitis while I was in Tokyo and ...

The hotel is modern and close to the train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lobby and the restaurants are located on the 16th floor and have a beautiful view of Tokyo. The buffet breakfast was amazing. You have a lot of options between hot and cold dishes. My room was on the 18th floor and had an amazing view. The bathroom is very modern and it ...

Second time in Tokyo and opted to stay in Ginza area this time. And just wow this hotel made my Tokyo trip one for the books! Restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores are aplenty nearby. Located at the heart of the shopping district - so make sure you check out all the shops (local and international). Metro station nearby. Also near Tokyo station & Ginza station. ...

The hotel is in a central location, staff are conscientious, very helpful, and speak English - they let me check in very early (8 AM)on the day of my arrival. Rooms are very comfortable and larger than average for Tokyo. The massage chair, English newspaper every morning, and free internet are definitely appreciated! The only con is the lack of a exercise facility in t...

If you're planning one of those early morning trips to Tsukiji Market, Solaria Nishitetsu's a good bet - its an under-10 minute walk (or just 1 short train stop away). Also, the front desk was very helpful in making a booking for me for a restaurant - they speak good English and were always smiling. The toiletries smell great and they provided little face towels in the...

It’s a business hotel in Tokyo, so, like other hundreds in town, its rooms are small but but very clean, quiet, friendly, and super duper convenient! 7 min walk to Tokyo metro Yurakucho Line (Ginza-itchome), 1 min to Tokyo metro Ginza line (Kyobashi), and Toei Asakusa line(Takaracho) is right next to the exit. A family mart supplies you whenever you’re in need everyday...

I had previously stayed at another Tokyu Stay hotel in Tokyo but this time wanted to try the one in Ginza for a new location to explore to city from. This hotel like the previous one again did not disappoint. They fit so much into the room that it is ideal for travellers - a washing machine, dryer, microwave, kettle, sink etc. I found the room to be spacious for Toky...

The room (around 30 square meters) is way bigger than most hotels I’ve stayed in Tokyo, and we (three in total) were able to fit in quite comfortably. There is this lounge in the lobby (accessible by hotel guests) that is a nice area to relax a little - best part is it also serves free drinks. The location is quite convenient (only a short walk from both the JR and the...

This is the biggest room we stayed during our holiday in Japan covering Osaka, Tokyo and Kyoto. Location is excellent because we have access to 2 stations (Shiodome which is right in front of the hotel and (Shimbashi which is about 400m away) giving us access to about 6 or 7 lines. Even going to Gotemba, Mt Fuji, the train to take is at Shiodome station! Food is all ar...

My husband and I traveled with one teen and one child under 10. Very few hotels in Tokyo can accommodate all of us in one room with regular room price but this one hotel did with good size room, super comfy and clean beds and top service! They also welcomed our luggage before and after which I found very helpful! Location is best!

This is a hidden gem amid the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Well connected to the Shimbashi and Ginza stations, The Celestine is a boutique hotel that is comparable to global five-star chains. The attention to detail was impeccable as expected of the Japanese - my 3-year-old son received his own bedroom slippers along with a cute handkerchief! Extremely polite staff who ...

Perfect location not ony for Ginza, but also for other area. It's close from Ginza, Shinbashi and Higasi-Ginza, and also easy to reach from the Haneda Airport without any transfer. As other usual hotel in Tokyo, the room is small but enough to take a rest. Also the room condition is perfect and most of amenities are provided in free. Staffs are kind and helpful for eve...

Hotel is very well managed with excellent service, great food and good location. It is best value for five star hotel in Tokyo. The only weakness is the concierge, the ladies working there seems not as well trained as other Western hotel, can not really either communicate or understand Western guests’ taste or preference.

Room is bigger comparing to other hotels in Tokyo. Many sockets in the room. However, Hotel is a bit far from Tokyo Train Station if you take Narita Express train (take around 12mins)., but hotel is still very close to two subway stations. If you are planning to Tokyo Disneyland/Sea, you can walk from hotel to Hachobori JR Line (only 7 mins) and it takes you only 11-1...

I have to booked this hotel because my mother was admitted at St. Luke's International hospital, across the street from the hotel. Actually, the hotel is very good. It is located by the river and walking distance to Tsukiji subway station. The room is large compare to others hotel room in Tokyo. If you walk around the street nearby the hotel, you will find many small l...

This hotel is supposed to be operated by robots, but the only robots we saw were the talking mannequins posted at the hotel's check-in counter. There was still a human to receive your booking, who just referred us to the computer screen after he took our passports and reviewed our reservation. They also had a roomba type robot floor sweeper that roamed around the small...

Central location located near to several subway lines, convenient for travelling about in Tokyo. Rooms are okay for two travellers - taking into account the standard room sizes in Tokyo. A short walk away from the Access Narita Yūrakuchō bus stop (cheap buses to the airport at 1000 JPY). Also a short walk away to nearby shopping streets and convenience stores. Plentif...

I expected, for the very good (for Tokyo) price of 9,300yen a night, that the semi-double room would be tiny. But it turned out to be bigger than I expected - My husband and I got a corner room on the 11th floor, with two windows and a view of the river next to the hotel. In fact, I've stayed in so-called "business hotels" in Tokyo that have rooms smaller and much more...

Lobby was beautifully decorated, room was clean and modern-looking, price was good. I really appreciate APA hotels for looking great and not being overly pricey for it. It's located in not overly obvious place (you'll be fine with GPS, tho) but you CAN get to Tokyo station on foot in about 15 minutes, which is great. I always prefer staying at hotels close to yamanote ...

in the heart of the great shopping area and it would take days to do this with food places everywhere and 3 subways within 5 blocks 2 1 block away.the tokyo forum a fantastic building does not get enough kudos and its 10 mins away and deserve your visit. the fish market is 20mins by walking and needs a visit

Hotel is very conveniently located with many good restaurants around the area. It is also centrally located right next to the Ginza area, great for shopping. Also just a couple of stops away from the Tsukiji fish market for those interested. Many top class restaurants near the Shimbashi station. Room is a little more spacious than most other hotels in Tokyo. It also ha...

the best is the great location which very near to tsukiji fish market . if you need to watch fish auction and wake up early morning at 4am ,here is the best hotel you need it.the housekeeping ladies are so friendly and helpful . front officers are good service with smile on face. i would said it is one of my best choice hotel in tokyo.

Almost everything about this hotel was so good. Yes, the room is small, but that's what you get in Tokyo. For the price I paid at $90 a night, I was more than pleased. The bed is comfortable, there's even a television and a large desk that doubles as a dressing table. I found the furnishings to be quite modern as well. The toilet is small (I'd prefer "cosy") yet clean....
