Arrived in tagbilaran by ferry and before even getting off we look out into the city and saw a building that was higher than the others. Had a hunch that it was the Belian hotel but wasn't sure. We were thinking that if it was that, then we had scored because it was very close to the port. As we exited the port, it became clear that it was the hotel! So that was good. ...

It is at the heart of the downtown of Bohol. There's 24hrs minimart jz next to the hotel. Within walkin distance of a shoppin mall that has lots of variety of foods and some pubs. Easy to get transportation outside the hotel. Near to the main attractions of Bohol like the Chocolate hills, seeing Tarsier, and checking out the crystal clear sea water at the coastal area ...

I found the best hotel value for money in Bohol. Because it's new and food at the restaurant were fantastic. They also have free pick up if they don't forget... Staff at the restaurant organized very well. It seemed much different organized from reception erea. They forgot to pick me up and no apologized. I also complained for the slow services, but the man who seem...

Great location! It is just near the port of bohol. It is walking distance to a mall and some restaurants. The front desk staff are all friendly specially to Vanessa and Jeanybelle. They attended our needs and answered our querries about the island. They are like family to us. And we miss them! I will surely be back again to this place if we go back to the beautiful isl...

The Hotel is new. Great room facilities, just wish that they have bidet in the toilet but it's not a problem to us. bed is comfy and air conditioning unit is good. i am surprise that the room we booked has its own terrace. the very best part is that the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices and tastes good. my 3yr old toddler loves to watch in their Smart T...

It's in the middle of all the attractions (must see) in Bohol. Panglao is a 40 minute drive and Chocolate Hills about an hour. Just 5 minute walk to the nearest public market and supermarket. The hotel is 5 minute drive to the airport and the Tagbilaran Port can be seen right scross the bay. Best of all, the hotel offers the comforts and facilities that a 4 star or...

We stayed here for 5D4N. If you're only a group of 2 to 3 persons, I would suggest room 205. It is close to wifi router and really spacious. Here are my comments. 1. Staff- They are so responsive and welcoming. 2. Breakfast/choices of food: I loooove all they served us. They also have value meals from 85php to 100php with rice and ice tea. Super affordable and wort...

This is a really spectacular hotel! It is close to the Port, close to the airport, and close to shopping! Cleaner than you ever expected; Well managed, well maintained, friendly, yet professional staff, each and every staff member is attentive, constantly striving to fulfill your slightest need. Located in a very nice area of Tagbilàran, Bohol, Philippines, this hot...

Our stay at sun ave. was great, staff are very helpful and friendly. location is excellent and easy start to most all of bohols attractions. our children loved this hotel as they could watch the boats come in and out of the docks, limited hot water but ok,breakfast limited, beds very comfortable be sure to book penthouse,,, nice stay

Stayed in a nice room with bathtub room 301. Though breakfast is not included, hope they include next time since they have their own county cafe. Love the room interior and the rest room, very nice . Just that the hot shower seems not hot. But overall will recommend and will stay again herewhen we visit bohol again

a lovely quaint hotel with the homey feel. the staff were very accommodating and you can freely express your concerns with anything about your room anytime for there is round the clock receptionist and maintenance personnel available. also, their breakfast was really good and you can choose from american, continental and filipino breakfast.there is also a yummy hot cho...

we were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the soledad suites hotel in tagbilaran. it's only a 5 to 10 minute ride from the airport and is conveniently located within walking distance of conveniences like shopping, etc. the hotel staff were very nice and the room was comfortable and clean. we will definitely stay there on our next visit to bohol! for the price, ...

I went to Tagbilaran with 2 friends and we stayed at MetroCentre Hotel. This is one of the more upscale hotels in the city. Since they will be leaving the next day and I will be left alone in Bohol for 2 more nights, we looked for a budget hotel/inn where I can stay. We canvassed 2 to 3 hotels around a budget of less than 1000 pesos a night and all the choices we had w...

Location: 10 min walk from Port of Tagbilaran. In front of University of Bohol. Place: It has gate. and inside the inn is so cozy and instagrammable. Room: We booked the DOUBLE ROOM and stayed for 1 night. The CR is very very small. EVERYTHNG IS GOOD, EXCEPT THAT SMALL CR. -ThanJoooooooooo

the guide books refer to la roca's "faded splendour" - well, definitely faded now. but the worn feel is compensated by friendly staff, and reasonable service, as well as an excellent location in tagbilaran within walking distance of the ubiquitous shopping mall. the hotel swimming pool was clean, but if you have children do bear in mind that like many pools in bohol,...

Location is ok, in the center of Tagbilaran, not far from the port though in a small dark area when night comes. Same remark as for Panglao, demand is apparently higher than the supply that's why I felt it was quite pricey for what you get. Room is really basic of a local hotel, bed is ok but not really comfortable, no blanket. It was noisy in the morning and it also f...

I was stay in Bohol while super thypoon yolanda hit Philippines. Fortunately, the situation in Bohol quite fine although heavy rain and heavy wind for a day. My flight was cancelled moved into tomorrow so I overstayed one night here. The staff was very helpful helping me in this situation. There is wi-fi but it can only limited access due to the earthquake in Bohol on ...

owners are great. very quiet and clean. not too many people when we were staying. a bit far from the city center. we rented a scooter for 400 php per day so that wasn't a problem. for the price for the room i would highly recommend. i would definitely stay again if i go to bohol

It is my first time booking online, though a bit hesitant, I find Haven and gardens Hotel a perfect choice. It has a good location - near the airport. Though our room is in the 3rd floor and no lift, it was the least of our concern. The room itself is clean and spacious. The staff could have been friendlier and accommodating - the reception I mean. But there's always a...

Basic accommodation for a night with no restaurant and a shower in need of some work (I do not like having to flip a 220V breaker on and off repeatedly while standing in a wet shower to get hot water). However, a short distance away was the Bohol Tropical with excellent food and waterfront setting where you could spend the $40 you saved by staying at the Kode.

I would not return this hotel again. First, my room was taken by others when I got there even though I fully paied it through agoda. The staff could not speak English and no warm shower, very old room and facility. The wall was also very thin... Only positive side is the price. Never stay in this hotel again.

Besides the AC was really loud, the size of the room actually is really big comparing to normal philippine's economic type of hotel. A bit old fashioned, but very neat and clean. Some features are old but still functional well.. But, yes, the AC was too loud I had to turn it off when I felt a bit cooling down. No hassles at check in when I arrieved really late witho...

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The food they served was great and the staff was very, very friendly. They took great care of our little daughter while we were dining in the hotel. Staff was helpfull and very friendly. Rooms had comfortable beds but needed some renovation. The location is near Bohol Quality Mall (BQ) and near airport.

I chose this hotel for its location just outside the city of Tagbilaran. The room was a good size, with a reasonable shower room, aircon and TV. The Crab House restaurant was very good for main meals but the breakfast was a big disappointment. The free breakfast is very poor but if you want a better one, you get no credit - in reality, for most people, breakfast is not...
