Appreciated the free shuttle to airport and the nearby Vinpearl-land or -safari. Staff is caring about the guests. It is definitely a perfect place for holiday with children. Less positive : the resort is really isolated, which increases the costs if you want to escape to some non-Vinpearl place. However, be aware that most resorts in Phu Quoc are in that case; just, Vinpearl is a bit further from everything else than the others. Check the location on a map. To be improved: the identification of the resort upon reservation. There is a possibility of confusion between at least 4 Vinpearl facilities in the area."

"- I booked 3-bed room villa with ocean view in promotion deal hence cost is quite reasonable, including 2 buffets per day. + Room is large, beautiful private swimming pool. + Food is good, buffet is changed daily. - Airport shuttle bus of Vin is not really good. Have to walk quite far under the sun without umbrella. They combine with group of pax staying other place as Vin oasis...etc. - location is very far from city or market. But its ok if all you need is playing in Vin Wonder and Safari. "

"Everything was wonderful, the friendly and helpful staffs (especially Ms. Thanh Hoa - Guest Service Agent), the spacious room, the pool, the facilities. We were very happy with our stay except the location is abit far from the town, however the hotel provides free shuttle every evening to Duong Dong Town, we were not aware of this prior to our trip, if we have known earlier we wouldn't move to another hotel at Duong Dong Town on our 3rd day. And the other thing for the hotel to improve is on the quality of their food. Free shuttle service to Vinpearl Land & Vinpearl Safari. Wonderful stay and we will definitely go back to this hotel for our holiday in Phu Quoc."

"Vinpearl Resort is a rare gem. A. It looks even better in person. Yes it truly does. B. Service is way above par. Yes and no problem is their answer to everything. C. There is a lovely woman who calls herself, Mila(nickname) who deserves a shoutout and a raise. She alone put our stay over the top. Thank you. D. The breakfast buffet has everything and I do mean everything you could want. E. Sunsets. Right in front of you. Lovely. F. The pool is spectacular. G. Vinpearl Safari was a great day. Giraffe Restaurant alone worth the price of admission. H. Frequent shuttle service to stores and other restaurants. I. The grounds are beautiful. J. Other people we met staying at other places complained about trash on the beach. No so at Vinpearl. Spotlessly clean. So make a reservation already!"
