Find hotels in Whale Temple

"Paid for 3 nights top Premier Suite with king bed. The following points. 1- Hotel is 50% complete with room still dusty. Bathroom floor still dusty from construction, mirrors have alot of dirty spots, AC not working properly. 2. Went in for breakfast and was told that we had to finish in 15 mins because the restaurant closes at 10am. So closing time was for the staff and not for guests. Never heard of. 3.They ran a promotion for lower tiered room with much cheaper price along with free perks like lunch, spa, etc. I complained to them and manager basically said i should have booked lower tiered room to get perks. It meant I paid for higher price and get less. I said i dont want more I just want to be treated fairly. However, they said I should have booked for lower tiered room to get more so somehow its my fault to book their pride and joy of 4 star suite. This is coming from a 4 star hotel but their actions tell me that they consider themselves 2.0 star hotel. 4. The hotel manager called and wanted me to compare price with them. In the end, they say what I paid for (their premium suite) was not worth having promotion. 5. In the end, not worth it. I dont recommend this hotel for anyone who is a hotel afficiendo or someone who is willing to pay for and expect luxury. I feel I can get much better room and service from a 2 star or even homestay. You should book your stay in Vungtau at a different hotel not at Premier Pearl."
