We had a very nice and relaxing time staying at Jeju Lotte Hotel, love the cooling weather. Our room is at the new wing, it is huge with balcony overlooking the pool (they call it lake view), but it's kind of a long walk from the hotel front desk. It is in no way international standard, the casino is so small and I can tell the gamblers are all from mainland China. Now that I recall, I didn't receive my welcome drink which is included in the package!!!!! Location of the hotel is very near to ammenities, with convenient stores and eateries just outside the hotel. We were there for 3 days and have covered places like the Ripley's Believe it or Not museum, Teddy Bear museum (can skip this, boring), Alive museum (highly recommended), Yeomiji Botanical Garden, Cheonjeyeon Falls, Daeyoo Land (shooting range), Jungmun Beach (a few mins walk from the hotel pool area) & Olle Route 8. Except for Daeyoo Land which we took a 10 mins cab ride, all the other places are reachable within 10 - 15 mins walk. We also went to the famous Black Pork Street by cab (50 mins ride), a long journey but the food is really good. Apart from all the nice things that I have experienced staying at the hotel, it is not cheap and definitely not for anybody on a tight budget.

Hotel was so clean throughout the rooms and facility, it was a pleasant stay! Their customer service was also awesome, greeted by staff from parking lot, and assisted with luggage all the way to your room. Staffs were so polite and kind. Their follow up service was amazing !! They were even avle to trace back call history and assist. I would rate this hotel 5/5 for their professionalism in serving customer with their clean facility and excellent customer service!!

Beautiful manicured gardens probably larger than the hotel itself. Lovely for evening walks and a gorgeous view of the sea from the edge of the garden. The swimming pool area is full of constant activities late into the night with salsa dances and suprano singers entertaining guests at all times Rooms were clean and spacious. Two for Two. Checked in to Bayhill the two times I've travelled to Jeju and have absolutely no regrets doing so. Thoroughly enjoyed my first stay back in 2017 and needed no persuasion to check in again this time. Just as I remembered, the check-in process was amazing - done over a cup of tea and cookies. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful - managed to secure us some last minute tickets to The Nanta show too.

Three of us stayed in the twin room and it was spacious and comfortable. The sea view was great and relaxing. The buffet, coffee shop and bornga(bbq restaurant attached to hotel) was delicious and value for money! Especially the bibimbap and bbq at bornga is a must eat! I was in Jeju Island for a conference held in the International Convention Center. This hotel is a little over a kilometer away from ICC Jeju. It has a coffee shop near the reception area, a convenience store next to the building and a wide array of shops and restaurants within walking distance to the hotel so one wouldn't worry about getting supplies or food. It's also pretty safe with a police station and a fire station nearby so one would feel secure in the area. The staff were very helpful with my requests and the room amenities were sufficient for my stay. I found it very helpful that although most of the instructions in the room were in Korean, the hotel provided English translations for the various controls in the room (the only one I couldn't find a guide for was the alarm clock, but it was no big deal). The WiFi was pretty good too and there were plenty of power sockets for work. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place to other people too. :)

Also surrounded by forest, you can go for a walk. Not in the central area of Joongmoon, a car is required to dine out or to visit the beach. I can say everything in the room was quite low quality. I never stay here again, when I'm considering the price. If you want to stay at hotel garden for a long time, you will satisfy this hotel, but if you need any comfort, then please do not choose this hotel.

I booked Booyoung hotel on line on Agoda.com at around 6 pm, took a flight, arrived at the hotel after 10 pm. When I was checking in, I showed the front desk the Agoda confirmation email with a full payment, but they would not honor it. They told me to run my credit card otherwise, I will not be able to check into the hotel room. They told me to run my credit card otherwise, I will not be able to check into the hotel room. The following day, when I was checking out, they asked me to sign the room charge. I had no choice but to sign, otherwise, they are considering me trying to stay over night for free. I signed, and now I see the Booyoung hotel charge showing up on my Credit card statement in addition to Agoda.com charge. I informed Agoda.com customer service, and I hope to get a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice, the staff members courteous, the location is good, and it is a nice hotel (for those people who do not have a billing problem).

There is a laundry shop at this location Cheonjeyeon-ro 214 (064-738-8474) and there's a self-service laundry just two shops away at a lower cost.

The staff was extremely friendly. I arrived late on my first night and they assisted with ordering food from a delivery service for me (tasty chicken, pizza, and beer). After that, it was down hill. The AC unit in the room couldn’t be plugged in as it’s mounted too high above the door. The WiFi had issues cutting out on me and I couldn’t connect all my devices. This property is part residence and part hotel. Room is actually a 1 bedroom apartment. It comes with kitchen but sadly missing pots and utensil. At least there's a washing machine but panel is in Korean. There's quite a number of eateries around. As we are only staying for the night, it suffice to say that it exceeded my expectation. Overall, it's a good place to stay if you're exploring the southern and western coast of Jeju Island. Just remember parking lots is limited so you might have to park along the roadside.

Good scenery! I could see the green tea plantation from my room. Very quiet and relaxing. Big room!!! I booked Deluxe Twin room for 3 people, and it was much bigger than expected. Too big for 3-4 people!! I don't understand why, but there are two shower booths as well ;D The room was very clean and I loved that the floor wasn't carpet. Everyone loved it. happy ...Good scenery! The owners were nothing but amazing! They greet you each time you come through the door and are genuinely helpful and concerned for you! As the pics show, it is a beautiful new and modern building that was clean and comfortable. Great views of the ocean from the balconies, and its located centrally to all the sites in the southern area of jeju, so nothing is more than...The owners were nothing but amazing! There is a nature park just below, where they have an amazing free swimming spot with a wall in the sea. Fresh water flows down from the mountains and mixes with the waves! So beautiful!
