We came to Candeo after spending time at a nearby hotel called Sotetsy Fresa Inn, which was horrible. Candeo Hotel was a blessing with bigger comfortable rooms for the same price. It had a great lobby and eating area to relax in. Wifi was blazing fast. And the best thing about the hotel... The hotel location is fantastic. Room is small, but they have made very good use of space. The best part is all the amenities. We stayed for 5 nights, and having these amenities - like a variety of toiletries, night clothes etc. - makes a huge difference. However, I want to warn future guests that although the hotel advertises free WiFi, this is incorrect and misleadin...The hotel location is fantastic. However, I want to warn future guests that although the hotel advertises free WiFi, this is incorrect and misleading. Of the 5 nights we stayed here, we did not have WiFi for two night. When we complained to the staff we were told the WiFi is 'busy' and they pointed us to a nearby location where we can go to buy WiFi/data. I am a frequent traveler, and I have never experienced this at a business hotel - no WiFi, no explanation for why no WiFi (it seems it's a common occurrence), and no effort on the part of the staff to fix the problem. If I had known this earlier I wouldv'e made alternative arrangements. But pointing me to a shop where I can by my own portable WiFi on my last 2 days is not a solution :(

i have booked three rooms in tokyo prince hotel, including two single and one double room. all are quite spatial, compared with other hotels where had stayed in tokyo. the hotel location is fantastic, just in front of tokyo tower. we had the rooms with tower view. although the hotel is a bit old and under renovation, the facilities in the room are appreciable. the near...i have booked three rooms in tokyo prince hotel, including two single and one double room. all are quite spatial, compared with other hotels where had stayed in tokyo. the hotel location is fantastic, just in front of tokyo tower. we had the rooms with tower view. although the hotel is a bit old and under renovation, the facilities in the room are appreciable. the nearest metro station is only 100 metres away from the hotel. there are many eateries along a street connecting to the temple next to the hotel. the staff speak english well. the downside of hotel service is that no free internet provided. you have to pay yen per day for internet access. overall we found the stay in the hotel enjoyable.

i'll start by saying that i didn't have really high expectations for this hotel. i read a lot of the reviews after my company booked my business trip and informed me that i'd be staying at the good hotel. here are the bullet points: room size: other reviewers seemed to complain a bit about the rooms being dark. they are, but the size is more than adequate. smaller t...i'll start by saying that i didn't have really high expectations for this hotel. i read a lot of the reviews after my company booked my business trip and informed me that i'd be staying at the good hotel. here are the bullet points: room size: other reviewers seemed to complain a bit about the rooms being dark. they are, but the size is more than adequate. smaller than most standard chain hotels, but did not feel cramped. service: the staff seemed to be nice enough, but i did not hear any awful answer to the things that are not functional at the good hotel. i stayed only four nights. the lobby was ok. value/location: this is where the good hotel earns the three-four stars. for what you pay, which typically isn't much, you get enough and you're in an incredible location right in the middle of downtown tokyo. last thing i'll say is that i got the impression that others did about breakfast. i did see a lot of people enjoyed their meal at the hotel.

A great hotel with excellent facilities - a very decent gym with a good sized swimming pool. Staff at the hotel were very helpful - We visited during the Sakura season, and concierge was most helpful in pointing out the best places to go for this seasonal attraction, along with making recommendations for food and reservations to our chosen places. There's no shortage of good food options near the hotel, and even a convenience store across the street, along with a medicine shop located closeby. The hotel is also located near a train stop. Highly recommended!

Good location The hotel is situated near Roppongi subway station. There are many good food and shopping in the area. It is convenient for travelers traveling light, no big luggage. Room The room is clean but very small. I cannot open my big luggage fully in the room. It is ideal for business traveler with a tiny luggage. No airport limousine There are no airport limousine coming to the hotel. You have to book at Grand Hyatt Hotel, which is about 10-15 min walk. If you are carrying a big luggage, it will be inconvenient, but not impossible. Overall This hotel is ideal for business travelers traveling very light, not for business travelers traveling with a medium size luggage and planning to buy lots of stuffs from Japan.

I lived in Tokyo for many years and know it well. This hotel was a surprising find, since I had never been before. It was lovely, located just off a major intersection in one of those wonderfully secluded corners of Tokyo, no more than a five-minute walk from any of three subway lines, within walking distance of entertainment, the new Mori district in Roppongi, shop...I lived in Tokyo for many years and know it well. It was lovely, located just off a major intersection in one of those wonderfully secluded corners of Tokyo, no more than a five-minute walk from any of three subway lines, within walking distance of entertainment, the new Mori district in Roppongi, shopping, nightlife, and just around the corner from General Nogi's Meiji-era home (preserved as it was 150 years ago) plus ever so tranquil and beautiful Japanese temples. The hotel itself is impeccable in the Japanese tradition. The rooms are good-sized, but remembering that no Japanese hotel has the larger-size rooms available in other countries. The staff has good command of English (not always easy to find in Japan), and is so incredibly attentive, my feeling is that by themselves they earn this hotel an extra star. The bottled water supply by the front-desk again, deserves another star because it is so unusual. The breakfast offers a good choice of Japanese and Western fare. Now that I've discovered it, I'm certain to stay there again!

The room (semi-double) was clean, quiet and very well equipped, the bed comfortable, the bathroom big enough with basic products on display, the personal very nice and ready to help. If you don’t expect a view or a fine breakfast (here you can nevertheless grab a banana, a piece of bread, some butter and ...I stayed 3 nights in this hotel and I’m globally very satisfied. The room (semi-double) was clean, quiet and very well equipped, the bed comfortable, the bathroom big enough with basic products on display, the personal very nice and ready to help. If you don’t expect a view or a fine breakfast (here you can nevertheless grab a banana, a piece of bread, some butter and jam, coffee and tea to your room) it is the perfect place. The location is excellent. The personal doesn’t really speak English but they really did their best to understand with a digital translator and answered my demands. If you are a smoker there is a tiny smoking room downstairs. For the current price I think it is a good deal in Tokyo (about 100€/night).

You just need 6 minutes walk from Grand Hyatt Hotel ( if you ride Limousine bus from Haneda Airport) Only 1 minute walk to get famous Roppongi Crossing. The staff very cooperative, they can full fill my needs (exp, I booked Twin Bed Smoking room, but they gave me King Bed non smoking room. They got me Taxi, They send my luggage savely, and They give me information about tokyo subway properly). Also the equipment of the hotel is complete (even though the room is very small). I loved the tolietries, very good and looks expensive (I love the shower bath soap). Definitely will come to this Hotel again, and will tell our relatives to book this hotel too.
