The check in was fine. The room was actually clean. No bugs. But upon pulling the curtains closed to block out light there was a pair of....... THONG PANTIES thrown across the top. I was heavily disgusted. Other than that it was ok. Ice machine was on other side of property. I was on a dark corner in the back which made me feel iffy but it was safe and fairly clean. Loved the fridge and tv was good. Water was super hot..

Smelly rooms ( humidity and fungal germination), fruit flies, no mini fridge, tiny WC, most of the outlets not working, bad coffee, cold jacuzzi, no grill, poor customer service or lack of thereof. Great location.

Upon arrival it took over 30 minutes to check in, the room has a smell of cigarette and mildew, carpet had stains, there were no comforters only the bed sheets which were stained, and there were roaches. I won’t stay in this hotel again.

very bad customer service. we were there for 3 nights. no room service at all. my husband asked told in the morning that please we want room service we have baby and we want to change our trash every day. but still the front desk didn’t listen to us and when we were back to room at night room was not clean and smells so bad. next morning we told the front lady about that and rather than apologizing she argued. very bad service

Es un hotel muy antiguo con baño pequeño. Un puerta daba con un una puerta de la habitación de atrás. El extractor de olores tenía un sonido rarísimo. El servicio del personal fue bueno tanto en la recepción como en el comedor pero el hotel muy antiguo.
