Near subway station, but old and bathroom is so small”

We stayed for 4 nights. The furniture and everything else is quite ok but the bed sheet and towel is very old ( need replacement), specially the mat on the bathroom we didnt use the wifi provided since we brought our own and we only came to sleep ( very early to go and late back to apartment) for 2 or 3 people maybe ok, but for 4 - I suggest choose 3 stars hotel and pay for 2 rooms - because the price is not different much since this is studio apartment, we have to take turn for bathroom & toilet ( because it is 2in1 ) and the bathroom is very small - very very small and hard to move around while you are taking shower. the bed & space is quite large, but need some improvement on carpet and bed sheet & bed cover/blanket. Overall the best thing is the owner is very fast in responding thanks for that

Great location”

Room is perfect for 3 persons. Fit our 3 large and 3 small luggages. Near to train station and easy access to any places without changing so many trains. Place is near to family mart & Korean town where there is alot of restaurant. You can actually walk to Shinjuku station too if you don’t mind walking for 15 mins. The only down side is the ambulance siren which will pass-by every 1 or 2 hours. But you will get used to it. Recommended location if you are looking to stay in Shinjuku area.

Pros: - Cheapest accommodation in Shinjuku area - Just across Higashi-Shinjuku station - Convenient stores and restaurants within the vicinity - Prompt response from the owner - Free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash gel, toothbrush) - Reliable pocket WIFI Cons: - Dust build up in airconditioning unit - Beddings and towels have musty smell - Difficulty in using shower heater. Either too hot or too cold. When desired temperature is achieved, it will be too cold again after a few minutes. - Not sound proof, loud sirens wake us up at night

Good location, spacious room for two and surrounded with places to eat”

We enjoyed our stay at Daisuke's Place. Near the train station, Fukutoshin Line Higashi Shinjuku station take Exit B3. Also, sort of near the Fire Department so expect a couple of loud sirens every now and then. We like the apartment coz it is spacious compared to some of the hotels we stayed in Tokyo. However, the place needs a bit of an update. There are stains on the carpet and the sheets are questionable. We felt itchy. But you'll not mind it much, the longer you're there. They also have hot shower. You'll have no problem getting food. It is located near Sukiya and Family Mart. A block away from McDonald's and Pepper Lunch. We went there during Typhoon Hagibis and everything was closed. We stayed in, bought some microwavable snacks and waited until the storm passed. We were comfortable. We appreciate the WiFi provided and fast internet connection.

A little spacious home in a good location”

Conveniently located apartment near train station, tax free store and a lot of good restaurants in the area. Pocket wifi working the entire time. Everything is ok except that percolator not heating up water and we cannot turn on the heater to warm us up at night (don't know how to operate the japanese remote control). Appreciate if there is an english manual to provide operational tips. Would recommmend this place always.

入住的PDF檔敘述很清楚，屋主線上回應很快，房間大小很適合2人入住；床單質料不太舒服，枕頭有味道很像沒有清洗，裝飾品上面有灰塵和霉，窗戶隔音不佳，半夜不知道是救護車還是消防車好幾次經過，聲音大到一直被吵醒，不喜歡的住宿體驗。

整體不錯～整潔度還可以再好一點ex地毯上的毛髮沒有吸乾淨”

髪の毛がいろんなところに落ちていたり、タオルやバスマットから嫌な臭いがしたり.......衛生面で気になるところが多かったです。スリッパも4足分用意されていましたが、全部ボロボロでドン引きしました。トイレも尿臭が激しく、自分で消臭剤を買って置いていましたが、それでも「ウッ…」となるくらい臭いがきつかったです。 しかし一緒に泊まった友人は特に何も不満を感じていませんでした。私のように少し神経質な方、臭いに敏感な方にはオススメできません。

お風呂が少し小さい。”

思っていたよりも綺麗でした。 道路沿いで少しうるさかったですね。

窗戶隔音不好，位置極佳，價錢便宜。”

窗戶隔音真的不太好，因為在六樓又在馬路十字路口邊，能聽到外面的車聲，但在可以接受的範圍。枕頭太軟不是很好睡。但位置極佳，設備齊全，加上價位也非常便宜，所以CP值算高。
