Tiny room but well equipped ”

Pros: there's a sanitary inspector in the room which makes me feel so clean (love the spray), the tissue box is amazing (no matter how many pieces of tissue I pull out, there's always more!), nice water kettle, warm heater, soft bed, good amenities Cons: cannot open luggage fully unless I open it outside the room, water will close by itself while you bath (not sure if it is to save water?)

Value for money, good location, no frills”

The location of the hotel is great as it's next to the takaracho station which has a direct train from Haneda. It's also walking distance from the Ginza line and Tokyo station. The rooms are small but clean. The bed was too soft for me but most days I was too tired from my daily excursions to feel it. The staff at the reception were helpful and offered maps, directions and umbrellas if required.

convenient location, excellent service, quiet room”

Stayed at APA hotel for 6 nights and it was very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Special mention goes to front counter staff who went extra mile in writing directions for us in Japanese in case we get lost and could use it to ask the locals for help. amazing staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel in great location”

This is perfect clean hotel in Ginza, good value for price that we paid, they maybe can improove english of staff and add breakfast service, but it was no problem as there is good choice of restaurants in location.

Clean quiet hotel located within walking distance of several train stations”

We stayed here for 3 nights to be closer to Tokyo station (1km walking distance max.), and found it was very close to Takaracho station as well (150m away!). The room was well sized, with a very comfortable bed and customer service was lovely. The hotel lobby and nearby area are fairly quiet, so definitely recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful area instead of a super busy street in Tokyo.

Decent ”

For the amount charged, the hotel is quite small and the staff will not help you if you need to make a call to a local business no matter how polite you may attempt it. Their reply is that they cannot take responsibility. . The breakfast is very so so compared to other Japan stays and when that is your start for the day, it is too bad to not have good tea or coffee. I’ve stayed in a range of hotels in Japan. This isn’t the worst or the nicest. But for the money, I wouldn’t recommend to a foreign traveler that may need assistance with communicating to local businesses on occasion to reserve something or who likes a good Japanese breakfast for the charge. Cleanliness got a ding because there was hair in the bath tub on arrival. Overall not a bad place, just a bit too expensive without any facilities or extras.

Pleasant stay”

The room is extremely clean and tidy. Feels comfortable once step in the room. Not really spacious but good enough for two people. The staff are helpful. And housekeeping staff are really thoughtful. Was away from the room leaving "do not disturb" on day 3, the staff still left a bag of necessities like towel, bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush and etc outside the room. I really enjoy my stay there. Location is strategic too

Fit for Purpose”

I loved the fact that it was very close to the train station and a lot of other food joints! It had convenient stores around too which was easy for drinks or snacks. The room was small, but it was fit for purpose, as in leave bags and explore Ginza amongst other things like Disneyland etc. Overall, it was great, the staff too were very lovely and accomodating.

Well valued”

Booked this hotel last minute (literally half an hour before checking in) as I missed my last train from Tokyo Station. This was one of the most decent and cheapest option that was closest to the Tokyo station so I can easily catch the first train back early next morning. The room size was obviously small - but this was expected for every city centre hotel in Japan. Overall was glad that I stayed, had a few hours of decent rest before running to the station to catch trains again.

Visit to Tokyo ”

We each (3) had our own room so it got a bit pricy but the location, close to Tokyo station, was perfect. We walked everywhere and it was close enough for us to walk with our luggage to catch the bullet train. The restaurant isnt only all of the time but there are many choices within a short walk.

Rude front desk staff!!! ”

First time in this branch, Checked in is ok, but during check out, was late for 15-20 min partially due to double checking of thing left in the room (room extremely small and can't open two luggage at a time!!) and waiting for lifts (only one lift for this 15 story building). A local lady was in the in front of me for checking out, it seems the staff did not mention to her about late checking out and was polite. But when it's my turn, she was very rude and warn me about my late for checking out for almost 20 minutes!!! She literally says in high tone 'you are twenty min late please do not check out late again!!' I was like?!?!? How can a front desk staff WARN customer in a rude way? After all that, another tourist check out late apparently 10 mins later than ours. But staff dint say anything at all!! double standard!!!! Most of APA hotel staff have attitude problem and I will advice my blog reader to avoid this hotel chain if they don't want to spoil their holiday by their rude staff. Totally not Japanese hospitality

Very close to Takaracho subway station. Very convenient.”

If you finding the place to stay that close to the subway station, this one is a good choice. Takaracho station also on Asakusa line which connect to Narita airport via Keisei Access Express, so it's easy to come and go back to airport. The room is nice, air condition works great. Wifi is ok. Only the water (tap) is not easy to adjust to match my needs (too cold or too hot). All the rest are great.

Value for money”

I have stay in the hotel for 4 nights and find it clean and suitable for business usage. The breakfast is standard and same everyday however I am fine as its value for money at the rate it was charge.

Exeptional location, just few steps from 3 different metro station served by different lines plus 10 minutes walking away from Tokyo station. Rooms size very small, as typical in Tokyo. Wi-Fi service not great, it works but sometimes very slowly and loses connection. In general I would recommend this place for a business visit or a short stay in the heart of the city.

We booked a semi-double which was small but had absolutely everything needed for one night and was comfortable and well put together. In the business district but convenient access to Tokyo station and short walk from bars/food etc.

Cozy Hotel”

The room is small but normal size for Tokyo standard hotels. Location is not very near the Tokyo Station, it will take you about 20 minutes to walk to the Station although the place is clean and bed is soft. The staff are helpful which is also great in this hotel.
