Clean hotel with Onsen”
We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is about 10 minutes from Shinjuku station where you can book your Shinkansen tickets for days ahead if you forgot to do this at the airport or didn't have time. The hotel itself is very clean and the on site Onsen was a welcome start to the morning. The breakfast was a delight with choices for most tastes. High end shopping is close by if that is your thing.

My 2nd APA Hotel that i stayed in. As usual APA hotel is super clean and nice even the room is perfectly clean. Facilities is good. The public bath is awesome. Hotel staff are very friendly and efficient especially the guy that help me with the check in.. will return to any APA hotel in tokyo. As i think they have a very high standard in their hotel cleanliness, facilities and the staff that is working there.

Room has everything we needed and it was nice to have an Onsen in hotel. Hotel was also quite near the subway station. Just keep in mind that the rooms are really tiny and it will be more comfortable for one person. It was difficult to lay out our luggage’s and we didn’t exactly have any other space to walk.

EASY METRO ACCESS ”
Very convenient. Right next to the Shinjuku-gyoemmae metro station so it was great to stay out of the rain in June. Still close enough to the shops in Shinjuku. Great selection of restaurants and must go to a Robot restaurant. Definitely recommend this place. One neg- the pillows are flat and uncomfortable. Maybe I’m just used to American pillows.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is less than a block from a subway station and yet, it is in a prime location. For a short walk away, you will find Shinjuku centre where restaurants, shopping centres, bars, cinemas, etc.. are all around. Despite of the room size which is rather tiny, the room is clean and modern. The staff is super nice and accommodating. This is a very convenience location.

The hotel was in a great location. Just minutes from gay bars in shinjuku. It’s clean but SMALL. That was not a lie. The hours for the onsen were a bit inconvenient. You basically are paying for the location, which is what I wanted. I’d stay again if it were cheaper.

Location - 10 mins walk to the main station. Hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and a cinema Room - very tiny and limited walking space. But it has everything you need in the room. Toilet is very tiny too :( Staff - very polite and helpful. Others - SPA is free to use.

Great location - good value”
Only stayed here one night, but wish I had stayed longer as I loved the location. Room was small but functional, clean and adequate. Fairly decent breakfast option is also available, as was a hotel spa. Would definitely recommend and will consider staying there next time.

Value for money hotel located out of the noisy and busy part of shinjuku”
Hotel is located at the quieter side of Shinjuku. Walking to Shinjuku main station is approx 10 to 15 mins depending on your speed. Room is small but well designed. Great for two person. There is a free bathhouse available to hotel customers. However, I did noticed that there are quite a number of ambulance siresn throughout my 5 nights there. If you are a light sleeper, this might be a breaking deal for you.

The best thing about this hotel is how close it is to central Shinjuku. Plenty of halal food options nearby and a metro station less than 5 mins walk away. Only gripe was the pillows were too small. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again.

Beware, rooms are really small. Between 11-13sqm. Very little space to place 2 big luggage. Climbing over things and side stepping each other. Bathroom is tiny. Kept knocking into the walls. Plus points include a very good breakfast with wide choice of western and Japanese food. There's also a nice Onsen (Japanese bath) in the basement of hotel. Complimentary use for hotel guests. Bathroom amenities are good too. Shiseido shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap, etc.

Hotel is walking distance to station (red line), walking to shinjuku central abt 20mins.. Room is pretty small jus nice for 2. If you have big lugguages is difficult to open all at one time. Overall is not too bad, for its facilities and area.

This hotel was a great choice for our plans in the Shinjuku district. The breakfast choices were ok - nothing special. The room was very small - just enough room for the double bed and not much else. If you’re sharing a room with someone be sure that you get on with each other as the lack of space is a challenge - but perhaps the norm in Tokyo mid budget hotels? The hotel had a really nice complementary Onsen which was a nice surprise.

Typical small room in Tokyo Shinjuku. Walking distance to Shinjuku about 10mins. I love their Psen Grand Spa at B1, Went for bath every night. Behind hotel is Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Happen to stay here around the Sakura Seasons, entry fee ¥500 yen per person.

Room is a little bit crampy small but other facilities were good. Still I would consider this as a value for money. As I've paid for a cheap room rate consider it's in Tokyo. Just within a short walking distance you'll get everything. Convenient.
