Nothing special in this hotel. But was conned by the restaurant beside the hotel which serving Okinawa foods. Pls try not to dine in that restaurant.

This hotel is a decent hotel if you plan to stay for a short period of time. The room is very roomy but the bathroom could need an update. The breakfast was decent. We stay here for 2 days and 1 night since we have to fly out from Narita. There were better option further away.

One station from airport terminal 2/3 station and nearby Naritasan Temple. A good place to stay for a night and spend some times for Naritasan Temple and its garden! This hotel is very clean and big. Staff is very kind and able to speak English! Recommended hotel!

A great option for a late night arrival in Narita Airport. Just 10 minutes by train from Terminal 2. Excellent service, room and breakfast. Will stay again. Highly recommended.

Hotel is about 8-10 min walk from JR Narita sta. We couldn't find elevator to get to street level, so we took the stairs. Not good idea if you have heavy bags. Hotel is old, room & bathroom are typical Japanese size, small. Room did not smell good, had a toilet smell. Would not stay here again.

The hotel is close to the station. It is clean. There are many restaurants nearby. It is a good choice if you arrive at Narita airport late or you take morning flight the next day.

When I was checking in, I couldn't find my booking reference. So I asked the receptionists if it possible I can use my passport for check in, but their face were no expression just saying they need the number and went inside the office… I totally understand the procedure, but for god sake you are working as receptionists, that attitude weren't professional at all…
