Okay stay at Tokyo”

The room is very spacious for a family of 5 adults. I liked also that it was situated in the Korean Town area. You can also leave your bags before and after your stay. However, my request is, please update your listing/posting in Agoda with the correct address and check-in time. I booked a private transfer from Narita and used the address which was provided in the listing and turned out to be incorrect. I also booked this place since it says check in time is 12 noon but in reality, it is 4 pm. We arrived and saw that the cleaning was still ongoing, the owner didn't send us check in instructions ahead of time and he/she was not as responsive. As we have a night bus trip to Osaka during this time, I requested to check out late and the owner didn't allow. Upon our return to get our bags later that day, we saw that no one is staying so I would have appreciated if he/she allowed us to check out a bit later.

Location is within walking distance to public transport, food and shopping areas. Host is friendly, accommodating and responsive. Recommended.

Enough for 5 ppl to stay ”

Room was not too big ,but enough to stay for 5 ppl .Owner sent the direction on map ,the point of the direction no update ,we follow the shop to find the hotel is quite hard ,because the shop is change to other shop .hope owner will update it in the future .

Convenient Location and spacious apartment”

The location of the property is very convenient. It is just a short walk to Shin Okubo JR Station. There are other subway stations nearby and also the Shinjuku JR station. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Shopping area and nightlife area of Shinjuku is also near. The open layout of the apartment is spacious, we were 4 adults, family with older kids. We were comfortable with the 2 big beds. No need to lay out extra beddings. There is a separate living room area with sofa. Lots of space for luggages. The shower, toilet and the lavatory sink are separate from each other. This is convenient for us to use the facilities at the same time. There is a big closet with plenty of hangers. The outdoor balcony area has plenty of hanging space for clothes. The washing machine is very useful and conveniently located outside. The host is very accommodating. They are very nice and is considerate of their guests. It is easy to communicate with them. I highly recommend this property.

Big room with location trouble when check-in”

Good point : Big room this is satisfied, location near train station & food shops. Bad point : This is a rent-room, not the real hotel then we did not receive the location after reserving the room. There has confusion when you search Casa-Bianca in google map, it will show you the another place which is not the Casa-Bianca in Agoda. We found trouble at 9pm and that's too bad.

Nice place, very clean, very good facilities. Although there's a lot of drunk people in the area at night, and garbage trash thrown in the street. Which i think should be addressed. Thanks!

K Town”

Located in a Korean town surrounded by restaurants and mini stores..close to police station..parking is expensive the one next to police station..I would recommend to park further away from busy street and train station..we found parking cheaper which is 10 minute walk from the apartment..We’re happy with our stay at this place..

The place exceeded our expectations in all aspects. It’s very accessible to all the things we needed”

It’s near the Shin-Okubo station (about 3-5 min by foot) and only a few steps away from 7/11 and other stores and restaurants but is surprisingly quiet during nighttime. The host is very accommodating and responds to all queries real time. We would definitely stay at this place the next time we visit Japan.

位于新宿的住宿区的一条小巷子里，我们到达时下雨，拖着行李箱找了好半天(谷歌地图错误提示)遇到一个在当地生活的东北人帮我们带到地方，说实话没有开门之前就有点失望，开门以后感觉更不好，有一股霉味迎面而来，设施陈旧，特别是床上用品不干净，问了房东(应该是中国人)他说就是这样的，如果觉得不舒服，让我们自己换，床单就在床板下面，打开他认为的干净的替换品，还是失望，我们三天的住宿穿着睡衣睡都觉得不舒服。退房后我们去北海道，订了一家当地民宿，房东是日本人到车站接我们，把我们带到屋里，传统的日式小别墅整洁干净，我立即把在东京的衣服全洗了，身上才觉得舒服了。真是没有对比就没有伤害。

入住退房簡易。 地點不太方便 近韓國街 人流有點雜 離JR大久保車站約10分鐘。房子外觀較舊 但設備充足 尚算整潔，4 人住宿空間足夠。
