Excellent location, nice, clean and safe facility, helpful and friendly staff. We were a family of 4, with kids age 13 and 10 and had a “cabin room” with 2 bunk beds. The one drawback is that the room was VERY small. It basically had the 2 bunk beds and a small desk. No seating area or closet, no room for suitcases. We all had one suitcase so we kept it at the end of our mattress and slept curled up. There was about a 2 foot by 5 foot area between the beds and desk, then maybe a 4 foot by 6 foot space when you enter the room, which is unusable for storing anything since the door to the room and bathroom open into that area. We would definitely stay here next time, but get a different room. Some hotels in Japan have tv’s that can be dubbed in English, this one didn’t, so all tv was in Japanese. But just watching some of the crazy shows they have was entertaining even not being able to understand what they were saying!

The room is clean, Onsen is good but the facilities is too less such as hair dryer , no comb and brush. The breakfast is good. The location is the best, in the middle of Ameyoka, not far from JR Ueno, Kiese Sky Liner and Takeya for shopping.

It is walking distance from Ueno JR station. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. The hotel is very newly renovated and everything were so clean.

Facilities & Services are superb. Its proximity to station is also strong point. Loved stay here. Even I didn't use the common bathroom, but one of our group really loved. Would stay here again if I revisit Tokyo.

Only takes 3 minutes walk from Ueno station, the hotel is really new and clean, although the space is a bit small, consider its price it's totally not a problem.

We were in the annex building which was a little inconvenient as the spa is in the main building, but the staff was great and everything else is fantastic. Location is perfect too!

Loved the deep soaking tub on the balcony. The room fit the five of us comfortably. The coin operated laundry was nice. The location was great being close to Ueno station. I would stay here again.

First & most importantly - there r several Centurion Hotels/Locations near the Ueno Stn. Be careful when bookng. Ours was the Centurion Hotel & Spa. Public Bath, Sauna and Cold Splash Pool available, Men & Women separate. Our room had a furo located on a lanai. It was entirely closed off w/ bamboo walls (even the top). Very nice with a sitting area (2 chairs & small table). Could have seated 4-6 people, to just hang out, and if you could find chairs LOL! The furo was deep but narrow. I am a small 4'9" & it was a little cramped for my legs. My husband is 5'6" & he was totally cramped & used the regular tub in the bathroom so he could stretch out. But you can't beat the outside ambiance. Difficult to enter/exit as you needed to step all the way down into the furo. No steps. We had a twin deluxe room. The size was american size, 602 was larger than 601. The lowest price rooms, 605, 502, doubles, were really cramped. Close to the zoo & muesums & shopping & restaurants.

Perfect location, near Ueno station and Keisei Skyliner station. Shopping malls and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The electricity in the room seems not so stable when you use the hair drier, apart from this, everything is perfect. Will come back again.

Great front desk staff, clean and spacious (for location and price) room, excellent location in many ways - including within a 15 second walk to a Kuroneko location (handy for shipping luggage to airport, etc.) The only issue was that the battery had a sewer smell.

We had a double room with a sofa bed for three adults so that it was smaller than our expectation from the sample photos. No wardrobe at all. Not even enough hangers for clothes! However, it is Toyko and it is acceptable. The hotel has a laundry room including a washer and dryer. It is convenient. The location is great and very central, close to JR/Metro station. Food is everywhere! Love to stay again.
