Good Location”

The hotel location is at a good spot, within walking distance to the JR and Keisei Stations. Food and shopping is convenient as well, however do take note that the hotel got 2 block. 1 is an old block which all check-in has to be done there, and there's only 1 way escalator without any elevator. So if you have many luggages do approach their staff to assist to reverse the escalator for you.

Super Convenient Location”

Close to MRT line, JR line, and Airport Direct Train line... Plenty of nearby restaurants, some even are 24 hours running. Family Mart and 7/11 also within 3 minutes walking distance. Near to beautiful Ueno Park as well, good for releasing stress after working by wondering around the park. They even have a one of a kind Starbuck inside the park. Must check out this.

It’s an unique Hotel. Good location for Sakura (5 mins to Ueno Park) & Shopping for locals goodies. Total we booked 3 rooms for 9 of us- 2 Standard Rooms for 2 pax each and 1 Japanese style Room for 5pax. The Standard Room a bit small after putting our luggage only left a walk ways. I love the Japanese Style Room although slightly small as well but but love the style.

PERFECT LOCATION ”

Booked this last minute before our trip to Japan and I was not disappointed. It’s a 5 minute walk from JR Okachimachi Station (North Exit) and tourist spots like the Ameyoko Market and Ueno park are walking distance! On your way to the hotel, a lot of restaurants are still open past 10pm. You get a good value for your money as the place is clean, complete with toiletries, TV, hairdryer, free room cleaning service and enough space for your luggage. Will book here again for our next trip to Tokyo.

Typical small room”

Room was very small, as we are 3 adults staying together. The bunk bed and sofa bed was arranged for us. There's not much walking space even for luggage's. Plus point if you love shopping at Don Quijotes as it's just across the street. Ueno JR and metro just few mins away

It's clean and there's a supermarket near the hotel. There's a Family Mart on the street corner. And there're many restaurants nearby. But the room is really small. I can't open my suitcase. It's a little expensive on Fri. stay.

Convenient Location, Nice and Clean and Smoke free”

The room was quite spacious. Breakfast was ok. We stayed in the building opposite to the main building and everything looks new and clean. There is a supermarket right beside the hotel and Donki is just 1 block away. Close to Okachimachi, Ameyoko, JR& Metro stations. Recommended!

Hotel haven’t clean or change the cups. It’s just got a small mirror at bath room and the rooms is served for up to 7 people. No place for hanging the clothes in the bath room. However, the location is very good and the declaration is so nice.

Satisfactory hotel with decent location”

Only one of the hotel staff understands and speaks in English (a Korean at that), which he even struggles to do so. Food served at the breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement in terms of variety and taste (they only served pork and fish meat during our five days). Nevertheless, the hotel is just an 8-10 minutes walk to both the Keisei Skyliner - Ueno Station (direct 40-minute train ride from Narita International Airport) and Tokyo Subway - Ueno Station (Ginza and Hibiya lines).

Great rooms with kids”

Pro: The bunk beds were great for kids. We booked room with outdoor bath and it was beautiful with a lovely Japanese garden also. Con: Absolutely no storage for bags. Not a single chair in room. No hooks or rail for hanging hand towels or bath towels. Everything had to be stored on the floor.

It's a great hotel with an amazing staff. We just did not expect that the bathroom would be too small. However, still with great amenities!

Nice location and clean room”

Nice location, near Ueno station, just 10-15 mins walk and near Tokyo subway G15, just 5 mins walk. Clean room and friendly staff.
