Good place, location is good, but I like other places in Japan instead of Ginza. I knew the room booked was small, but it was even smaller than expected. The gym is good, and the staff is great too. Would stay again if needed.

Shower Curtain”
1 .The shower curtain was very smelly, i don't think they changed it. I never have a chance to tell them, since i was always out and about and went back to hotel very late. I expected them to change it on the next day. 2. The luggage keeper drop my luggage and left scratch on my newly bought Rimowa. Urgh! Everything else is perfect especially the location.

Surprisingly good! ”
It's very safe and clean. The little things they provide in the room, full toilet amenities and a comfortable sleep. Things worked and not a faulty switch or bulb. I had an enjoyable stay. For a 4 star hotel, I'm impressed because it's actually better than my stay at Ritz Carlton SG.

Comfortable Stay”
I had good and enjoyable stay at hotel. Location is prime in Ginza. Different sub way stations are near by. Airport transfer bus has pickup from hotel.

Very competent older business hotel”
Like most Marriotts, this hotel is not particularly attractive, but it works well. Rooms have everything they need; food is fine; it's very clean of course; has an acceptable small gym. I found the concierge to be quite dedicated and helpful. The hotel is old but generally in working order. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Metro, which is not ideal but manageable. All in all, a reasonable choice for a standard hotel in central Tokyo.

Staff was amazing and very accommodating! The staff made us feel welcome and at home. Concierge was very knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend!

when i go back to japan i will definitely stay in the courtyard by marriott again. i had a fantastic time and the food was delicious and the room always clean. and the hotel was also near the shopping malls. cheers to marriott!

Comfortable hotel and convenient location ”
Located in a convenient spot for the Ginza area with the Main Street and subway a 5min wall away. Hotel is clean and comfortable, the rooms a decent size with all the usual amenities. Staff are polite and helpful all across. Breakfast spread is reasonable with the usual mix of western and local items. Gym is small but for Japanese hotel standards has a decent set of free weights and a couple cardio machines, and most importantly at no additional cost.

Service and location was great but there was no air con”
The staff were exceptionally helpful and the location was great. Unfortunately I will not go back to this hotel because it doesn't have air conditioning. even of the temperature outside was cold, the rooms were hot. Rooms only had heaters which we turned off. There was no fan, so not much ventilation because the window opening was small.

We got premium room on top floor although no views at all from the window. Room is big for three with Tokyo standard room but still small for Marriott brand. Just few blocks from Ginza and many restaurants and cafe nearby. Easy access to metro hibachi ginza within walking distance.

I am impressed with the staffs were very attentive up to the smallest details (great job Mr. Hyu and the rest of the front desk team for helping me and family to arrange for so many requests!). Location is good located in between Ginza St and Tsukiji Fish Market, also easy access to Metro lines connecting to other parts of the city. The limo bus is handy especially when you want to have a relaxing travel to and from the airport. 24hr stores all around the hotel in case if you are looking for anything after hours. Plenty of restaurants as well in the neighbourhood.

Courtyard is not expected to be a luxury brand while I think it's expensive comparing with the money I paid. Maybe that's the one more or less in Japan. Anyway, I will try others if possible.

Great location & service staff”
The hotel is very well located in the Ginza shopping district/area. Close to a lot of food and bars. Hotel is well maintained and staff are very warm and welcoming. The rooms though are small for the price you pay, but then again it's Japan :)

Good location & facilities”
We were on a business / leisure trip and wanted a hotel with fitness in it. This hotel is in a great location! Close to Higashi-ginza and Ginza station (400-500 meters I think.) and surrounded by good restaurants and convenience store. Would definitely come again since it is the perfect spot for everything in walking distance and shopping area. Room are quiet small but so as other hotel in Tokyo. The staffs are extremely helpful! Since I want to book manicure and pedicure, both only require japanese speaking. They organize everything for me. Great service!
