Room for Improvement ”

Staff are brilliant, Gemma, Sylvia (lady from Poland - both fantastic) but the hotel needs an overhaul. Shower and tap in sink stayed cold for 10 mins, air con very old and noisy so impossible to sleep. Milk for tea 5 months out of date and sheets smelled musty. Appreciate there will have been a lack of guests over the last few months but there needs to be attention to detail and a refresh on of room amenities.

We stayed here for one night while our children attended a concert in Birmingham. The hotel was very central and only 10 minutes walk from our venue. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. Very clean and the room was very comfortable. Thank you.

The room was quiet, clean and larger that average. We got 2 interconnected family rooms, so everyone was happy with it. Great food and good facilities. I can highly recommend to everyone.

Spacious and well-furnished room; spotlessly clean, with high-quality bedding and very comfortable bed. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment. Staff professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Large room, very comfortable, great breakfast. Would not hesitate visiting again. Just a pity about all the construction work going on around the hotel and over Central Birmingham

Couldn't beat the mid-August price for this city center hotel. Decent property but with a lot of new competition it will need to be updated. Annoying to have the housekeeper knock on the door before 8am.

this is a city hotel which has good amunities - the rooms are large and the bathroom too, the only problem i faced is the air conditions and this is twice i faced. the restuarant is great escpacially in the breakfast lounge while the staffs are very helpfull all the time.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The house keeper do a great job and the room is very nice and tidy. The location of the hotel is very convenient and there are a few nice restaurant nearby. Overall good value for money and will recomment to friends and family

The stay was pleasant. Hotel was located centrally and the room was very comfortable and nicely designed. Staff were friendly and efficient.
