More than I expected...”

This hotel is more than I expected before. The room is spacious for my family with 2 children. Location is fantastic, very close to public transport, mall, supermarket, restaurant, etc. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

Great Hotel with great location”

Great hotel with individual air conditioning (some hotel in Tokyo is using centralized air conditioning and it can become quite warm during sleeping time). Great location with easy access using the Rinkai line train station just opposite the hotel. There is Aeon, Family Mart & Lawson just across the street as well to get daily necessities.

Yes, with a caveat”

The hotel is located near a train station (not covered by Japan Pass), a shopping mall and some restaurants. However, one does not have the feeling of being in Japan, but any non-descript impersonal suburb. The staff were efficient (if conversations were kept at minimum) and my room was comfortable. My floor was a smoking floor (not good smelling). I do not know about the breakfast/meal offerings.

I arrived late at night, very easy access from Ozaki JR stn on the Rinkai line. 2 mins walk from the station. Check out at 12:00 is very good if you need time in the morning. Around the station there are a lot of places to eat and get things. Would stay there again if I am working in the Shinagawa area of Tokyo.

Convenient ; Hotel right in front of subway station across the road . Above subway stn is a large Shopping ctr with AEON & supermarket , 100¥ shop . Good if one is travelling south via Japan Rail Pass cos hotel. cos

I spent the night in this hotel for 7 days and 6 nights ... Relatively cheap price for a classy star hotel in Tokyo..This hotel is close to Haneda Airport ... The hotel atmosphere is quite quiet near the port, and 1 minute to Shinagawa Seaside station for the Rinkai Line ... The rest is quite satisfying for me who stays there ...

Near to Haneda airport. Take Keikyu Line to Aomono Yokocho station(¥410) (airport bus ¥570,Rinkai Line ¥610),after exit point ,go down staircase keep to right ,walk straight (about 10 min. ) see Aeon mall,walk pass the mall keep to left side will see the hotel just opposite.

One minute from train station, Aeon Mall and a 100yen shop nearby.”

Very suitable for those flying out from Haneda Airport and want to do last minute shopping at local supermarket. I stayed here for my last night in Tokyo and spend the last few hours shopping at the nearby Aeon Mall and 100yen shop. Both are about 2min walking distance away. Furthermore bus station to Haneda (570yen per way) is also just less than 2min away. If you have a lot of luggage, bus is more convenient than train. It took about 20 min to airport.

5 star hotel and in front of train station.”

Any place in tokyo that is in front of train station is extremely convenient to go around tokyo. The area feel very posh and Aeon is just in front of the hotel too. its a nice feel to go back to this area as it is calm and peaceful. the hotel is a very good hotel. it is not in the centre of busy places like shibuya or shinjuku, but after the whole day of going to busy places, it is nice to go back to a peaceful area. Aeon opens at 6.30am in the morning and closes at 1130pm at night.very convinient if you want to have some food supplies.

Best budget hotel in Tokyo!!”

Recommended when you travel with kids and go to Disneyland. Near train station, Aeon Mall with many restaurants and convenient stores is just in front of the hotel with supermarket and open until 11:00 pm. Bigger rooms compared to other budget hotels and clean and just 30 minutes away to Disneyland & DisneySea. Good Staff and very accommodating. This is my 3rd visit in Japan and my first time to stay in the hotel. Definitely will come back again.😍

Good access to Daiba ”

I stayed at this hotel after going to a live at Zepp DiverCity. Shinagawa Seaside underground station and a shopping mall are just across the street. Situated in a quiet area, but convenient access to central Tokyo.

Good location, friendly staffs”

I have stayed here for the second time. The view from my room (1616) is superb. At night, the city light is beautiful and in the daytime, we can see river and harbor activities. The hotel location is just across the street from Shinagawa Seaside Station (Rinkai Line only) and AEON. There is also a bus stop across the street which is passed by airport limousine bus (from and to Haneda Airport) and other buses. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended hotel. Near Rinkai Line station which is easily connected to JR station. Near Aeon and limousine bus station to Haneda airport. Clean Hotel . I will definitely stay at this hotel when I go to Tokyo again.

Nice hotel with affordable price in Tokyo”

Room is quite spacious as we book three bed room. In front of the hotel there is AEON mall open from 9 AM to 11 PM and train station. Just be careful, train cost from here to Shibuya is costly about 430 yen for one way, be prepared. Better use special pass like Tokyo wide pass, one day pass, etc. Airport Limousine bus to Haneda airport is also cross the street, just walk 5 minute with cost only 570 yen.

The hotel is just outside Shinagawa Seaside train station, and are conveniently located right opposite of a massive AEON Mall which you can pass by for some grocery top-up. The staff was very nice, and the room was cozy too!

Hotel is right in front of the Station. When consider the price, it's perfect. The room is a little bit bigger when compare to some other place in Tokyo. The staff is great and the room is also clean.

Worth the money”

Located just opposite Shinagawa Seaside MRT, near AEON shopping center but expect expensive MRT fare for taking MRT from Central Tokyo to Shinagawa Seaside MRT. Room size just right for solo travelers.
