Excellent Hotel”

Everything polished and clean. AC available, iron, iron board, hair dryer, tea making pot with free buscuits. TV has soo many channels and big screen. Starbucks is part of the hotel just outside. All in all, an excellent choice as I would now expect from this Hotel chain globally.

Great Hotel but expensive”

Would have given it 5 stars for all ratings but for the price. The price was that of an equivalent London hotel than that for a small town like Kenilworth. Otherwise it was spot on for all the things. Excellent breakfast. Parking is a bit of an issue and had to park to an offsite (3-4 minutes walk) for 2 of the 4 nights stayed there.

Helpful and good location”

There are closed to Thai Restaurant. Very quite. Good to have Starbuck at the lobby area.

it was OK”

It was Fine except the same problem as 5 year ago the elevators not working . we were on the second floor and we are both well into our 70's, not an ideal situation.

Pleasant ”

The hotel was well maintained and checking in was fast. Location is good, right in the heart of the town. Close to the shops. The only downside was we checked in on a Saturday and one lift was not working. At night the lift did not work as well so climbing up to level 5 if you are unfit is not good. Since one lift was only working it took the lift forever to come on Sunday morning. Other than the lift incident everything else was good. The rooms were clean. The standard Holiday Inn choose your own pillow. There was enough tea and coffee supply in the room. Also loved the ginger snap cookies provided! As we got the room at a discounted price, it was worth paying for the comfort we got.

Business hotel in the countryside”

This is a fairly standard Holiday Inn in the very pretty town of Kenilworth. Efficient staff, clean room, close to lots of bars and restaurants, gorgeous view of countryside from my room, walk to Kenilworth castle. Good value.

Modern Hotel ”

The hotel appears new or newly renovated. The rooms are small. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel which is very convenient for breakfast. On the first morning we reported that the wc and the electrical shaving socket were faulty. On returning late that evening we found nothing had been done. The reception staff were foreigners.

舒适”

位於小鎮上，地點交通算是方便。酒店本身是正常的holiday inn，不過可能少人通過agoda預定，員工不熟悉流程，已預付酒店費用，前臺説沒付費。好在態度還可以，agoda也很快幫忙解決了問題。

가성비가 많이 떨어 집니다..”

직원들의 친절도나 이해하기 쉽게 알려주는 것은 좋았으나, 역시 냉장고도 없고, 창문도 닫아지지 않아 좀 시끄러웠습니다. 홀리데이 린 만 4번째 묵은 것인데 없눈 것은 냉장고, 치약, 칫솔은 없었습니다. 이점은 꼭 확인하세요..
