Although I made a reservation for three people, our room had two single beds. We were told by the staff that because you have a child (11 year old), you should fit two people on a single bed, which was laughable as the bed was barely large enough for one person. We had to change our room and pay an additional charge per night for the room that would allow three people to sleep. I have to say that the breakfast at the hotel was very good. However, the staff was not very accommodating and most did not speak English adequately and was hard to communicate at times.

Central tokyo location in the heart of Shinjuku. Airport limousine bus from Haneda drops you right at the hotel lobby. Shinjuku train station and bus terminal is few mtrs away. Clean rooms and decent buffet bfast spread. Staff is friendly and courteous. Recommended for business travelers.

Very nice”

Really enjoyed staying here (although a bit above my usual Tokyo hotel budget). But ticks all the boxes. Great location (right next to Shinjuku station and Takashimaya Time Square) with plenty of good restaurants and shopping. Rooms are nice and clean. With free WiFi (good speed). Laundry service available. Great breakfast buffet (Japanese and Continental options) with stunning views.

2 adults, 2 kids (8 and 6 years old); Booked Standard Double Room w/ King Bed 26 sqm. 5 night stay. With our kids being young enough, we wanted to stay in one room together. We were quite happy to have found this hotel. The location was perfect specially in regards to being able to easily use Tokyo's Subway system. It's proximity to the Shinjuku station as well as the Yoyogi station made getting around easy. The room had an armchair and an ottoman that I was able to put together and use as a bed so my wife and kids slept quite well on the king bed. However, I am only 5'8" tall and 145lbs, so take that into consideration. The hotel gives 2 free water bottles daily and there is also a vending machine nearby for more drinking options. We used the Family Mart nearby for our 5 day supply of water. For first time visitors in Tokyo, I highly recommend this hotel.

Within minutes from Shinjuku Station New South Gate exit / Express Bus terminal to : fro hotel! Lots of Restaurants and cafes nearby and Shake Shack is right at doorstep! Walking distance to the heart of Shinjuku! Will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel on a great location. ”

The hotel is very clean and the location is fantastic. Close to subway station and tourist sites like Pontocho Alley. The room itself was a little bit small (we had three beds) and it was difficult to move around between the beds and suitcases. The beds were firm, but we were so tired after the whole day of sightseeing that we didn't bothered us that much. Overall, a great hotel to stay when you come to Tokyo

Pro: hotel is between shinjuku and Yoyogi station. Use the Yoyogi station if you do not wish for a meltdown figuring out 6 stories platform with 200exits at shinjuku. Hotel is 4 mins walk from shinjuku new south exit (at new women). Hotel is opposite Takashimaya and Tokyu hands. Shake shack at ground level of hotel, tim Ho wan right outside the hotel, pizza and Vietnamese /thai restaurant on the ground level of hotel. Room facilities: English channels: CNN, BBC, channel news Asia, limited English movies (available usually more often in the day than night) , no children channel. Polite and helpful staff who will help to reserve airport limousine bus to airport. Bus pick up is on ground level of hotel which is super convenient. Hotel supply bottled shampoo, conditioner, body wash and Shiseido facial wash. 24hours family mart 2 minutes walk towards Yoyogi station. Cons: no cons. You pay for convenience.

Excellent location ”

I Guess the location is the best part about the hotel. The rest of it is pretty standard for a four star hotel. Nice room etc. A little old but location is just so convenient. Stay for the location. Helps that it is an airport limo stop.

Top location - top room - top view”

Absolutely top location in the centre of 3 JR/Subway Stations. Less than 5 min walk from Shinjuku Narita Airport Express Station. Hotel lobby with restaurant/bar is located on the 20th fl of Century Southern Tower. Easy access to different street levels. Fantastic view, big rooms. with all what you need and expect in a 4-star hotel. The quality of this hotel has a price but it worth. The only improvement could be donewith a more various selection on the breakfast buffet, just ok with limited choices and every day same! Shopping and outgoing quarters at walking distance.

Highly Recommended ”

The hotel is value for money. Staff are warm and very hospitable. Location is a plus point. It is about 5 mins walk to Shinjuku JR station. Takashimaya Times Square is across the bridge link. There are also a few fast food chains located near the hotel. Shinjuku main walking area is about 10-15 mins walk. It is convenient to get here from Haneda Airport and to Disneyland. We love our stay there. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

hotel was in excellent location”

hotel was in very excellent location. next to the heart of shinjuku stn. so taking train rides was a breeze. lotsa of shopping malls... lumines, newoman, takashimaya times sq, tokyuhands and all the walking distance of d shinjuku streets shops. room size is big and fits all 4 of us with kids aged 3 & 6. only set back was when i read review some travellers mentioned abt the handy mobile and i enquired with the hotel. they mentioned its provided but when i arrived they have stopped it. we were a bit disappointed and we have to look for alternative and trying to get our overseas roaming activated. if we only knew they have stopped it , we would actually rent out a mobile router from d airport instead. price was a lil steeper end but its all for convenience.

Recommended stay ”

Location is very good, just steps away from the JR line, opposite Takashimaya. View is very good at very high floor, overlooks the beautiful Tokyo city. Staff recommended a very suitable clinic with english speaking doctor when we needed one. Will be back here again.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel. Though there is no morning scheduled for the limo service from airport to this hotel- I will Still choose this hotel I view of the great location and stay of this hotel, I love the height and spectacular view of this hotel. And it’s very near to great food outlet and shopping. It’s walking distance to various places and the train serves to many convenient places.

Convenient location”

Next to Shinjuku station, Tokyo Hand and Lumine. Lots of restaurants nearby. The ground floor and 1st floor excess by lift make everything accessible. There's an airport limousine that brings you to the doorstep of the hotel. The only drawback is the there's not kettle to boil hot water in the single room.

Excellent location”

Very close to shinjuku new south exit. The front desk is very friendly and let me save the luggage for 1 more day without any extra charge even I'm not coming back to stay in the same hotel. If you want to find a bigger room with convenient transportation to anyway in Tokyo, this hotel is probably the best choice.

Fanta location 5 min walk to rail, local shops, restaurant etc. very clean, quiet with airport bus collecting outside for both airports. Strongly recommended

Smell”

I chose to stay in a non-smoking room. But, the cigarette smell was all over in my room and on the same floor. I had a headache with this smell throughout my stay. The staff was neither freindly nor caring. The worst hotel I had ever stayed~!
