Jo helyen levo szalloda, a Tokyo Station es a Ginza metro megallohoz is kozel. A szoba pici (nagyon, kb 9-10m2), de janpanosan nagyon-nagyon jol felszerelt. Az automata wc-tol kezdve az agy melletti sokfele telefon tolto csatlakozoig sokfele felszereles, eszkoz all az ott alvok rendelkezesere. Praktikusan berendezett, kicsi szoba. Ha valaki nem utazik sok cuccal, akkor teljesen elfogadhato, az adott idoben nagyon jo aru szalloda.

The staff was helpful from the very beginning to the end, location is perfect, near all the convenient store (family mart) which is a plus for me because I'm travelling with a baby. Although the room is small like all hotel in tokyo, but there are room for 2 large luggage and 2 small luggage. Also they clean the room everyday, a huge plus for me. Would love to stay here again if I came back to Tokyo.

My husband and I traveled with one teen and one child under 10. Very few hotels in Tokyo can accommodate all of us in one room with regular room price but this one hotel did with good size room, super comfy and clean beds and top service! They also welcomed our luggage before and after which I found very helpful! Location is best!

Favorite in Tokyo”
This is the second time I’ve been to Tokyo within a year and I have stayed at 4 hotels. Between the location and price, the value can’t be beat and I liked it better than others I’ve stayed in despite the rooms being bigger and/or just as well-located. A lot of it is because I realize now that I prefer Ginza over Asakusa and Shinjuku; Asakusa is too quiet and far from everything for me (despite cheaper room of same size) and Shinjuku too busy for me (bigger room but more expensive). Hotel Gracery was just right. I’ll be making it my go-to whenever I’m in Tokyo, which will be again before the 2020 Olympics!

This hotel is such a great find! I loved it so much because Ginza is one my favorite areas in Tokyo to start with. PLUS the central location and the very reasonable price is just everything I could ask for. The rooms are also noticably larger than your regular Tokyo hotel rooms. We didn’t choose the breakfast option cause we like to explore different breakfast spots. Long story short; if you want to stay in Ginza, pretty hotel with almost perfect location, and you don’t wanna spend an arm and a leg, just do yourself a favor and book this hotel!

The hotel is right beside Ginza 6 shopping complex, a few blocks away from Exit A3 of Ginza subway station. Also very near Kabukiza Theater, Uniqlo flagship store, Matsuya and Mitsukoshi dept stores, etc. The nearest airport limousine bus station is at Courtyard Marriott Hotel which is a few blocks away too. Very convenient. They also have a guests lounge where there is free coffee and tea. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Whenever we are in Tokyo, we stay in Hotel Gracery.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Gracery Ginza. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean. A bit small but it was well configured. It didn't feel as cramped as other Tokyo hotel rooms. The hotel was located near restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Trains stations were 5-10 minutes away. Not much of an issue unless you are transporting luggages and/or heavy bags with no wheels.

Excellent room size and location”
Hotel was located opposite Ginza 6 and easy access to Ginza station via Ginza 6 B2 walkway. Am absolutely satisfied with the spacious room size for a twin room., and the basic equipping. The room is however a bit dusty for my sensitive nose and respiratory system, perhaps due to dust settled on the fabric cushion sofa, and carpet floor. Only Staff are courteous and helpful.

Great location. Small rooms but very clean. They have free brewed coffee , tea and water 24 hours a day in the lobby's area . Will definitely stay here again.

We booked Tatami Double Room, and it was smaller than we expected. But, it did not matter, because, although tiny, but the room was nice, clean, well equipped, and I love the linen and bedding the most. The most important is, it was excellently located in the heart of Ginza.

The place is very nice and accessible in the best area of Tokyo in Ginza. However, they should provide an actual bed for the third guest in rooms for 3 instead of a sofabed for the price they were charging. All in all this is my usual place of stay when in Tokyo so I hope they stay reasonable in their rates.

Clean and nice room, location is ok, I came here from Haneda international airport by train, arrived at Ginza-Higashi station, and walked about 8min to the Hotel. If time is ok, better taking bus to gate of MARRIOTT hotel, easy to find. Hotel is next to Ginza-Six building, shopping area. Even when i arrived at here at 23:00, still found Lawson and 711 to buy easy food and drink. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.
