We stayed here for 2 nights then went to Lake Kawaguchiko and Hakone then back again to this hotel for another 4 nights. Both times, our luggages were already in the room waiting for us. Imagine being tired, sore feet, your luggages were all ready in the room. You do not have to lug all the way to the room. Luxury! They happily stored my luggages when I went to Kawaguchiko/Hakone. Impressive service. Truly appreciate it. Love it. The location is good. Near Akihabara. Not only that there are Akihabara Station, Ochanomizu Station. Awajicho Station, all nearby locations be it JR or Metro. Excellent! Best of all, Family Mart attached to the hotel :D

We stayed here for 2 nights then went to Lake Kawaguchiko and Hakone then back again to this hotel for another 4 nights. Both times, our luggages were already in the room waiting for us. we stayed for 4 nights at mid December 2019, 2 adults and 2 children 10yr and 7yr. the room is small but we enjoy with the facilities and amenities. the nearest stations was Ochanomizu and Awajicho. if you bring many luggages we suggest to walk from those stations. family mart is front of lobby and across the street there is a supermarket & mall. the staff was very helpful to explain how to use the heater (heater remote is using Japanese)

It was a very welcoming stay! Cosy hotel surrounded by nice shops, there was a beautiful river flowing near it, with a bridge connecting the area to the main shopping district of Akihabara. Very convenient! There is a 24-hr family mart nearby too!!! Overall, it served its purpose!!

Excellent location near different JR and metro station”
5 star services! They upgrade our room and it is spacious comparing to other Tokyo hotel. The location is excellent which is near Akihabara, Ochanomizu and Kanda. There is a convenient shop downstairs, a supermarket and medical beauty shop nearby. I definitely will book this hotel again when I go to Tokyo next time.

I was surprised that this hotel is located near a sophisticated business hub near Akihabara. Room and facilities were economy hotel style but very good for its affordable price. Will definitely look this up again if I stay near Tokyo.

This hotel is near in different places to go in Tokyo. Easy access to train stations going to Sensoji Temple and market, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Ramen Station, Shinjuku Gyoen (garden---cherry blossoms start to bloom), Shibuya Crossing Square where we target the Pokemon Center and Jump Shop, Shibuya 109. Our hotel is very close to Anime Akihabara, walking distance. Plus! in Ameyayokocho Market where we bought our omiyage! The only thing is---I preferred to see front desk staff to smile genuinely when they are greeting their guests.

Recommended for those who would like to intensively shop at Akihabara (just a few minute walk to). The staffs are very helpful and informative.

The hotel is good enough for us because we need to to frequently go to Sola City. It's also convenient for us to get food and entertainment from Akihbara, the place for cosplay and arcades. There is a family mart attached which makes it convenient to get some necessities.

As you say, our hotel is located about 5 minutes on foot from Ochanomizu Sora City. For JR, Akihabara Station and Ochanomizu Station are the closest stations, so I think the access is very convenient. We have a FamilyMart on the 1st floor of the hotel. It is open 24 hours a day, and the entrance is directly connected to the lobby of the hotel, so you can always use it without going outside. Valuable words from our customers encourage us. Great location”
Pros- Great location, close to Akihabara Station and Electric Town. Self-service laundry and the convenience store on site. Cons- room and beds were small. The pillows were not that comfortable. Air conditioning was not strong enough, it was hot in the middle of the night. Hope they can improve their amenities in the future... But overall, still a good stay and might consider it again on our next trip.
