As arrived in airport in late evening, we stayed at this hotel and went to Tokyo the next morning. The hotel is located just a few minutes from airport by their free shuttle bus. We booked a Comfort Twin room and requested for a large bed. Two days before we arrived, hotel replied it had been confirmed. They moved the two beds together to form one large bed. Well done! Check in was fast and smooth. Check out was as easy as just dropped down the key. There is a convenience store in the lobby where we could buy something to eat. The room was big in comparison to other hotels in Tokyo. The room was clean as well as the toilet. There was an air purifier in the room that made the air fresh all the time. Bed was not too hard but comfortable. We had a good sleep that night. Breakfast didn't have many choice but most of them were healthy and tasty. Overall our stay was satisfactory.

Perfect overnight hotel”
We stayed overnight before heading into Tokyo the next day in 2 family rooms that sleep 4 each. Airport shuttle was easy to find, spacious & clean, and on time. Room was well-stocked with amenities, lots of outlets for charging. The 24-hr Lawson's convenience store had everything you could want. We didn't need to go to a restaurant for dinner. We were particularly impressed with the buffet breakfast. It was wonderful and had something for everyone. Definitely pre-purchase at check-in if it was not included with your room. We then took the airport shuttle back to Terminal 2 to catch the Keisei Skyliner to Tokyo. It was a very pleasant start to our vacation. Highly recommend!

Great value for money!! Would come back next time”
Pros: - Shuttle service to and from the airport offer early mornings and late nights too - Fast and efficienct check in service. Even if there was a big line, there were many receptionist and we only waited like 5 mins - Clean facilities. Big washroom!! and big beds - very comfortable - 24/7 convenience stores - so we could get water bottles and early breakfast/late night snacks - Laundry service - Weighing scale to weigh your luggage at the lobby was helpful as our luggages was reaching the maximum weight lol Cons: - our room was quite far from the elevators, but a little walking never hurt any body - laundry service was hard to find because there weren't many signs on the 3rd floor. we had to go down to the lobby and ask the receptionist. so going back and forth was inefficient. would definitely come back!

Much Better Than I Expected!”
Note, this was my first ever international trip and Hotel Nikko Narita exceeded my expectations when we arrived. We stayed here due to early flight and was expecting a generic business hotel. What we experienced was a wonderful hotel with plenty of dining options and a 24-hour convenience store, spacious, well appointed, comfortable rooms, and a wonderful winter illumination in the outdoor spaces! The staff were all very helpful and spoke English. I had left behind a small bad in the overhead storage on the shuttle bus from the hotel to Narita airport. I called the hotel and notified the staff which bus I left my bad on. They retrieved my bag from the shuttle and returned it to me quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice!”
We thought this was a surprisingly good hotel. Our standard room was quite spacious, super-clean and had a lovely view of the Christmas lights. High-quality amenities, too. It's less than 10 minutes away from the airport and the shuttle service was great. There's no restaurants around there, so we ate dinner at the hotel and the food was fabulous. Unfortunately, we had an early morning flight and couldn't try the breakfast buffet. Staff was very accommodating. Maybe we got used to Tokyo prices, as we found this hotel to be an incredibly good value!

Great hotel close to airport”
Big delicious buffet in the morning (cost extra but worth it). The rooms are fairly small but that's Japan in general. Bed was comfortable enough and hotel staff is great. The entire place is made to make traveling to and from the airport easy. There was a airport shuttle that made a lot of trips throughout the day to the airport. If you want to splurge there's a great set course restaurant on the upper levels. The meal cost about $100 but was fantastic. They also have a neat little lounge near that restaurant.

Convenient location and free shuttle to various locations”
We stayed at the hotel for 1 night as we transited through Japan. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours so Lawson convenience store was very handy. There's also a 7-Eleven 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel with a good range of ready to eat food and drinks. I originally chose this hotel because it had some Japanese style rooms, which I highly recommend, and a free shuttle to the open air Boso-no-Mura museum. Sadly the museum was closed due to the coronovirus concerns, so we didn't get to go, however the hotel also offers free shuttles to the Narita City and the nearby shopping mall, so we went to Narita City to explore the area instead. I would highly recommend walking from the JR Narita, where the shuttle drops you off to the Narita San Park. You will see many interesting stalls asking the way and a temple at the end of your walk. We had very sorry time there as our flight was due in the afternoon, so only managed to see a little bit of it. Would love to explore more.

Awesome Place”
If I was going back to Tokyo, I would specifically book with hotel Nikko Narita again! It was clean and modern! It had extremely convenient transportation options too. I had fell in love with it because of how easy it was to travel. The transit busses were mostly free. Everyone here was very kind and accommodating. They even kept my hotel room clean as well which I appreciated. The Lawson store downstairs was amazing and convenient! When I go back to Tokyo I will book with them again. This time I am going to Osaka :c

Great choice for ver comfortable transit”
My Jetstar flight was cancelled due to fog, and this hotel popped up on a quick search for cheap accommodation near Narita airport (capsule hotel was booked out). Must say had a great sleep on very comfortable bed and best pillows ever. Hotel was much more deluxe than I imagined (only AUD100 for the night). The staff were very efficient and very friendly, which seems to be typical in Japan! Will definitely choose this hotel if required in the future.

Last minute oasis in Tokyo near the airport”
We ended up staying an extra night in Tokyo, having missed our flight to the US. We stayed at the Hotel Nikko Narita. They have a full size transport bus to shuttle you to and from the airport, and it only takes about 10 minutes. It is a beautiful hotel with a couple of restaurants to choose from, if you need a meal. The room was a very nice size and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Hotel with super helpful staff”
From the time we arrived after a long flight everything was made very smooth with the check in process. All was explained in detail and so much information given. Offered a great deal for the most amazing breakfast buffet ever. Lovely and clean! Wish I could remember the staff members name as he was so friendly and I feel a real asset to the Hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Great Hotel”
Excellent staff extremely polide, cozy room, cleanliness all over, great lobby, no airplane noice, excellent breakfast buffet, mmmhh, totemo oishii desu, free and frequent airport transportation, very good pice, just like a Hotel should be. On my next trip I will be there again. and will recommend it to my son who travels frequently to Japan. Thank you for the nice stay, see you next time.

Nice airport hotel”
Room was clean and more spacious than expected. The free shuttle to narita was very convenient as well. The Lawson convenience store on grounds was much appreciated. For anyone wondering how to get here if you intend to fly out from here the next day, there are Narita Access shuttle buses from Ginza and Tokyo stations, after 630pm there are hourly buses direcy to the hotel for 1000 yen.

Fantastic location close to Narita airport - lovely rooms ”
Very impressive hotel with large, clean rooms and comfy beds. Easy to get to and from the hotel via complimentary shuttle bus from the airport., which takes 5-10 minutes. Facilities include a sunset bar and restaurant, coffee shop and convenience store. . Lovely staff. Next time we will come earlier and enjoy a dinner meal.

Excellent service!”
We loved staying at Hotel Nikko Narita. We arrived before the check in time but friendly staffs took us through to the reception. We needed to print out our “home print out boarding passes “ but no access to a printer, we asked JAL staff at the airport to do web check in but we were told that we cannot. We asked the hotel staff the same question and she kindly offered to do so and did it on the spot! Great services were offered during the stay and the breakfast was excellent. We’ll definitely come back to stay there next time . Highly recommended!!

Lovely Large Hotel 15 Minutes From Narita Airport”
We needed a hotel close to Narita airport as we had an early morning flight out. We were very pleased with our choice of Hotel Nikko. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent and on time, the room was spacious, modern and very comfortable and the staff and facilities were were all top notch. Highly recommend.

Convenient, clean, great food”
This hotel is conveniently located close to Narita airport and has a free shuttle service. The staff is polite and the rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of delicious and fresh food. The staff helped me mail a parcel in Japan. They also helped my family with our suitcases. The WiFi works.

Great for airport access ”
We stayed at this hotel at the end of a two week trip to Japan, just the night before our flight home, to save the hassle of travelling from Shinjuku early in the morning. The shuttle pickup service to and from the airport was really convenient, and took about 15 minutes max. Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and recommended which time shuttle to get for our flight in the morning. There are a selection of restaurants, most of which were on the pricier side. We opted for the bar on the 11th floor as it had a 2000yen drink and meal option (we had a cocktail each and club sandwiches with fries, which was pretty filling) and really enjoyed the view and atmosphere. There is also a handy convenience store that we got breakfast from. The superior twin room was huge, by far the largest hotel room we had in Japan. The decor was a little dated, but everything was clean, functional and comfortable. The extra space was handy for repacking suitcase for flying.

Convenient location for fly in/out”
There is free shuttle 5 minutes to the airport, take the stress away from early flight completely. Japanese style room is clean and unique, love it. There are a few dining places in the hotel, plus a family mart for some quick snack. Great value for the money. Highly recommended to people who land late or fly early.

Great overnight stay”
Catch the bus from Narita at stop 16, it’s about a 10min ride. Easy Check-in. Room was clean and tidy. It would have been nice to have a couple bottles of water but that’s just my preference. Bar was nice to relax in. Would stay again
