This hotel is located a few minutes away from JR station. And actually, it is net to Tokyu Gotanda Station. The hotel is a bit old but the room and the facilities are well-maintained.

Budget Travel”
I recommended based only on cost and location. This was a late decision booking, looking for something cheap. Only a couple minutes walk from Gotanda station. Staff was friendly. Not much to the hotel itself, as it is old, walk from the elevator to my room had a real strong cigarette smell. Lots of food and drinking establishments nearby.

Hotel room is very old though, looks a little run down, not much finishing but hot water is working well. If on a budget can stay at this hotel.

Location is great but very shabby and old ”
Very near to the station and location is great. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. However, the hotel is very old and shabby. The first few floors of the hotel building is filled with bars. Not a good environment for a family. Room is well cleaned but everything old. I've never stayed in a Japanese hotel this shockingly old. The positive side is that the staffs (not all) are helpful. Compared to the price, not worth the value unless you want to stay near the Gotanda station with many bars and restaurants.

You bet what you pay for”
This is a extremely cheap Hotel because it has extremely basic installations. The location is good but the interiors are over a decade old or even older. Staff is very nice and friendly so I give it a higher rank and so the description is true. Be aware that it is a very basic Hotel so I only recommend it if you have a very low budget.

碰巧赶上日本樱花提前开放，酒店前面就是“目黑川”，是条河，沿着河走，就能赏樱花，那里的樱花在东京特别有名！酒店整体感觉不错！很卫生！交通特别便利！

仕事で台風対策の為利用”
台風接近中、仕事で次の日、遅刻出来ない為、利用しました。 ネットで、職場に何とか近い距離で、値段が安い条件で探して選びました。 部屋全体で5畳位の中に、バス、トイレ、机、テレビ（18インチ位）が付いています。小さい湯沸しポットがあります。600ml位。 若干狭い感はありますが少し仕事して寝るだけだったら問題ありません。無料Wifiが使えます。 部屋は清潔感はあります。除菌スプレーが置いてあります。 駅近で、スーパーも近くにあるので、便利でした。 値段は安くしたい。雨風しのげて、寝れればいいよという方はおすすめです。

一般的なビジネスホテル”
室内には冷蔵庫・ドライヤー・ケトルがあり、歯ブラシ等のアメニティもあり、設備はとても充実していました。レンジはフロントで対応して貰えます。部屋は古いという印象です。清掃されているので、汚いとは感じませんでした。経年劣化による汚れに見えるものはありますが、清潔ではありました。 歩いて3分でやスーパー駅に行くことができ快適に過ごすことができました。 コインランドリーも歩いて5～10分ほどの場所に1000円で洗濯・感想ができる施設がありました。

3泊したのですが、その間とても快適に過ごせました。確かに設備は古いのですが、丁寧に掃除されているので抵抗感もなかったです。 エレベーターが必ずカウンター階に止まるのですが、スタッフさんが毎回会釈をしてくださるのが好印象でした。 駅近だしコンビニやドラッグストアも近くにあって大変便利でした。
