Great hotel”
Location is near train & bus station. It is very near ginza main street. I love that the staff are very friendly and easy to speak with. They have accommodated all our requests. The hotel even provides bottled water for us every day & also provided hand held device with mobile data for easy navigation around the city.

Comfortable, wider than average single beds, good sized room and bathroom, fantastic location-easy 10 minute walk to Tokyo station and close to good restaurants.. Staff were helpful. Very happy to recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Clean and Convenient”
It was my second time to check-in at this hotel. Double room was kinda small compared to twin room but nonetheless we still had a great stay. Convenient location. Clean Room. Helpful staff.

When I arrived the hotel, I found the room very very small, if you have child or many luggage, it would not be a good choice. But devices are new and very good, with a humidifier in the room -- that's useful for TWnese.

A lot of amenities. Remember to reserve at least double bed if you are traveling with a partner. The room is small but cozy.

Hair dryer is so dirty. I clean it By myself and the curtain is too thin too protect the light outside.

Room size is sufficient, very good amenities in room. Location is nice, just minutes walk to the nearest JR station and metro station. 7-11 is righ opposite of the hotel. Staffs are polite and accomodating.

I booked 2 twin share rooms for my family and we loved the size of these rooms! Location is good in the centre of Ginza. We took cabs to Tokyo Station when need to and the fare is around 500 yen only, though walking is possible within 10 min. However, breakfast has no variety and menu was the same during our stay, which was pretty boring. Amenities provided were good, I must say, and shower was powerful. All in all, it was a nice stay for us.

I’ve been staying here for the last 2 years. I really enjoy staying here . Its well kept and convenient to get to from Haneda airport. 7-11 across the street and good Italian food on both sides of the hotel.

The location is very good. Rooms are nice and clean. Rooms are a bit small but enough for two large luggage resting on floor unopened. Hotel reception counter and lobby are separated. I asked for printing service at counter but the staffs refused. They recommended a printing shop far from the hotel but also unable to print due to communication problem.

Quiet location in the heart of Ginza”
As expected, hotels in Japan are quite small but with a little adjustment to the room amenities, this hotel is okay. I like that its near Ginza-Itchome station exit 10 i believe and you can roam around Ginza just by walking. Location is great!

850 meters walk from Tokyo station Yaesu Central exits”
If you take the NEX train from Narita airport, get off at Tokyo station and exit to street level. Exit the Yaesu side ( as oppose to Marunouchi side ). Its about 850 meters flat walk. It is a convenient location if you shop around the Ginza area or Yurakucho station. Tokyo underground shopping is enough to take up 3-4 hours. There is also Daimaru dept store at Tokyo station. But Unizo is becoming popular and prices are going up. Cherry blossom week is to be avoided...
