Comfortable, clean hotel at convenient location.”
The room was very clean and comfortable. It wasn't very big, but that was to be expected for a room in downtown Tokyo. We weren't in the room much anyways and because of the layout, it was definitely big enough. The bathroom was very big. They provide showergel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Other amenities (toothbrush etc. ) are provided in the lobby (right in front of the elevators) free of charge. As a nice extra we had a floor on the 10th floor with a good view. The staff we dealt with spoke English and both check-in and out were easy and fast. The location is very convenient. It is in a quiet side street and the walk to the subway station doesn't take very long. All in all a very good price / quality hotel at a convenient location. We had a great stay.

Great location, great hotel”
Great location that is easy to get to from Shinjuku Station or Shin-Okubo station. You are are 2 block back from the night life and hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but once you get to the hotel you can’t hear any of it. I will certainly be recommending this hotel to others.

Nice Location, Friendly Staff”
The location is near east exit of Shinjuku Station, just need 8 minutes to walk. Staffs are friendly and helpfull. Lot of restaurant and mini market surrounding the hotel, easy to find good food. Amenities are quite complete.

Good location in a great area”
This hotel was in a good location in Shinjuku. Less than 15minutes from the main station. It’s in a colourful location but really quiet. Room was bigger than expected and spotlessly clean. Close to convenience stores and a coin laundry. It’s shinjuku so it’s not hard to find a great place to eat close by.

About 10 mins walk from shinjuku station. Easy access to restaurant, conveneint stores. The hotel room is neat and clean. Size is acceptable for a hotel in Tokyo. Bathroom is large enough to enjoy a good shower and bath.

Good stay once upgraded room”
Hotel is conveniently located in Shinjuku, near a laundromat, Korea street and not far from the main Shinjuku area at all. The standard room is too small for a couple with no luggage storage in the room, so worth upgrading. We had a great stay!

It was very comfortable, clean and large room that was unexpected. Staff were well mannered, kind, hospitality was great. A bit walk distance from metro but it’s acceptable destance. Not sure about the price being fair or not since it was New Year’s Eve price but for sure will check again to consider staying again. It was more than expected :)

Hotel is 15 mins away from Shinjuku Station. Staff was nice and there's a convenient store 500 yards away. Restaurants nearby too.

Overall Ok”
Location is good, walkable distance to the metro, mostly korean food nearby this hotel, less than a minute walk to family mart and don quijote, hotel to the right there’s a batting center which u can play baseball. Their water pressure in the bathroom is a plus too! Staffs are very helpful! Cons: sleeping room is so small that u can’t barely walk after u open a large suitcase especially 2 adults with 2 large suitcases in a double room.

Ideal location”
This hotel is situated in an ideal area/location for couples. The nearest station is Shin-Osaka and this is within reach of the shopping district. Shin-Osaka is a relatively smaller station but it can get pretty crowded. Traveling with a big luggage might get difficult for some, but we were fine with it.

Room a bit too small”
Room is a bit small though it claimed it is 18 sq m. The bathroom is in Japanese style and relatively big, consisting of a shower area and a bathtub, but I didn't use it. Quite a walk from the nearest railway station, around 10 minutes. Everything is clean and tidy. Staff is nice and polite. Be reminded that the hotel located in red-light district and not suggested for solo female traveler.

Cosy room, decent size. Large bath. Comfortable Crowded Kabukicho area. 10 min walk to Shinjuku station. Not a easy walk with luggages and the crowd.

Clean hotel, small room, awful breakfast ”
Clean room; small space (esp compared to other hotels at this price point). Breakfast was a sandwiches/ham & yogurt (no options). Would not pay for this. Area is a bit seedy on the less busy side of Shinjuku (but short walk to station).
