Comfort stay, very easy to go or from Airport”

From airport line train just go up and exit a2b, turn left and , the hotel is there. Room is very small like another hotels in japan but comfortable. There is free light breakfast (bread&juice) for all guest, but we pre-booked breakfast so we got another breakfast coupon using at the near restaurant called Denny

Simple but great hotel”

We enjoyed our stay at hotel wing. Rooms are a bit small but nice & clean. The view at the roofdeck was amazing! Overlooking the tokyo skytree was picture perfect. The staff was very helpful they even helped us hail a cab when we checked out. Thank you for making our stay extra special!

Excellent hotel!”

Kind and efficient staff, great location, close to subways, beautiful nightscape from the rooftop, small but can accommodate young child if using same bed, clean facility as it's a newly built. You can hear hallway noise a bit, but between rooms you don't hear anything. I would stay here again definitely. Asakusa has so much fun things to explore as well. Have fun, guys.

Love our stay”

Our room was the tatami room with skytree view on the 10th floor. Super comfy, budget hotel but excellent service, great amenities, great 12th floor skytree view, excellent location (right outside Asakusa station with elevator exit). We can definitely feel the quality of our stay, even the smallest detail is carefully thought for. The room is small, but so is everywhere else in Japan, this hotel has the best utilization, comfort, quality and price even with the small print we trully enjoyed our stay. One thing that can be fixed though, their combo washer and dryer doesnt dry our clothes, this really frustrates me, I have added a lot more drying time but no luck, I ended up hair drying bunch of clothes. Go for other coin laundry.

Good location and good staffs”

The location as very easy coming by metro Asakusa Ginza Line. Leaving from exit A2B the hotel itself was on left hand side walking by 1 minute. We booked Zen Room with river view and it was very pleasant. The staffs were many multinational so even you are not English Native Speaker, they can really help.

The hotel is very convenient, less than a min walk to train station. The hotel is clean & staff are well trained. Jus a suggestion, the hotel might need to add on more washer. Cause 2 washers are not enough to supply the demand.

Great location with super friendly staff”

Was surprised by the qualitied service I received during my short stay in tokyo. Almost all fair priced hotels were fully booked during the high season for maples and thus we booked this hotel at a very last minute. The hotel was very close to the subway station and provide free breakfast each day. They had some redemption schemes where you can exchange free snacks or beverages for eco friendly acts as well. The room we stayed was small, as expected for japanese hotels. Everything else was fine during our stay and the staff at reception were all super friendly. Would definitely come back next time for a fair priced stay in tokyo!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to Asakusa, many shopping centers. The elevator exit is just next to the hotel which is very convenient for us especially with many luggage and kids. The view at the top floor is amazing.

Best hospitality experience in Japan ”

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. All the front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. So far the only one in Japan given us and explained in detail all the informations such as the places & directions around the hotel, what are the shops open till late or 24hrs, and the train schedule to catch the flight, not forgetting a printed instruction map to the correct train. Kudos to Chen and her colleagues!

A good stay in Asakusa”

Although the size of the room is small, but that's the feel of Japanese minimalize, you've get everything needed during the stay including light meal daily. Superb services and hospitality from the staff, top notch cleanliness, wonderful view from the room and rooftop to the Tokyo Skytree. Extremely near to subway/train, super convenient especially you need to go to Narita Airport. Total value for money. Thanks to all the friendly staff from the hotel, Arigato.

Great place to stay. The rooftop view of tokyo skytree is amazing ! We enjoyed having our supper there watching the nice skyline of the city with tokyo skytree as background. The location is good, remember to take your way from mrt exit to the nearest lift of the hotel (you need to find yourself). From the lift, you get to hotel on your left hand side with less than 1 minute walk (seriously yes). So dont walk on the street to find your hotel. Very clean as well. The staffs are helpful too. They borrow us umbrella on rainy days. Enjoyed the stay in Asakusa!

Great hotel with a great view!”

Great location and very hospitable staff. So happy with our room even if its small. We are a family of two adults and two kids. We really appreciated the free light breakfast everyday. And the view of the Tokyo Skytree and Sumida river was priceless. We see it from our room everyday. They also have a roofdeck observatory and on our last night we celebrated my daughter’s birthday there with ice cream. It was so relaxing. They even put up tables and chairs and had a vendo nearby for drinks! Hotel is walking distance to the Skytree and Sensoji temple. Would love to go back again someday. :)

Small room; value for money”

The location is good and easily accesible. Good 3 nights stay for us as the room size does not matter to us since we took day trips and only back to room to sleep. Reasonably price as you will be surprised to find all that you need including shaver, toothbrush, all the essential things that you need. complimentary bread or bun Monet juice. Near to all attractions including Sensoji temple.

staff were very friendly and very welcoming. its a good thing there is a washer and dryer. it actually save the hassle of us having to wash lots of clothes back home. the rooftop access is kinda cool, we need not travel to take a good view od the sumida river, tokyo sky tree and thr golden gai. We stayed at Hotel Wing International Select Asakusa Komagata for 2 nights. The hotel situates in a very prime location & close to subway. We were informed about free small breakfast each morning (bread + drink), which was nice but we didn't come down to take them since we don't usually have breakfast. The staffs were very nice and polite and also told us to checkout their rooftop if we have time. We booked for a Japanese twin room type since it was the cheapest and was happy with the room. The beds were comfy and the room was clean and new. There were also luggages space beneath the bed. The coffee machine was easy to use and a plus. The wifi was superb as each room get specific login+password so no bandwidth stealing during peak time! The tv was a smart tv so you can connect & stream from your mobile device. The most awesome thing was the rooftop of the hotel where you can see the Asakusa area with Tokyo skytree etc! Overall, this was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip.

u should buy their pajamas. really. thats cute n comfy :p Theres an elevator to the asakusa line exit A2, only few steps from the right side of the hotel. Or u can get the hotel from Ginza Line (no elevator) exit C4, then walk to left about 4 minutes. Theres no underground connecting way for these 2 exits. The bedroom area is spacy. But the whole room is very effective built. Especially the bathroom. I should put my right foot at the bathroom floor n the other foot inside the bathroom when i drying my body with towel :p When typhoon or windy day, the humidifier or a tool like that, make some annoying noise continously. When i call a staff, she get inside n only say that it is a common thing.. wtf.. i almost cant sleep :( then the typhoon blew the hotel so i can feel the earthquake lookalike at my 9th floor, and the staff is run away from my room Σ(-᷅_-᷄๑) ... but u should buy their pajamas. really. thats cute n comfy :p theres a coin laundry (500Yen for 5kg). And u should go to observation deck at the top floor. Thats amazing !!! In front of the hotel, theres a family mart, and many restaurant. Get a walk for only few minutes n u can reach the beautiful sensoji area. The receptionists have a good english and quite helpful. But u should buy their pajamas. really. thats cute n comfy :p
